The store is very clean, bright, and if you have the app it makes it so easy to find what you need. There's a great selection of just about everything from fresh bakery, cut to order meat, to spices and everything in-between. The staff is very friendly, courteous, and helpful. I definitely recommend shopping here!

Man I love this location everyone has always been so nice and helpful here I come here for those huge tiger shrimp and even made sushi for the first time and they actually had all the ingredients I needed. I even ordered oxtails from the meat department and they gave so many 🤯🤩🤩

"Friendliest Store in Town"....what a joke. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever dealt with. First I inconvenienced Megan from having to do her job at the self checkout. I accidentally took the bag off early, requiring assistance to continue checking out. As she was walking over she mouthed "Oh my god". I asked her to get her manager, Christine, to come help. She first stated there was no one available but then magically was able to find her when i asked again. Christine never apologized for her employees behavior, talked down to me, wouldnt clear the screen till i listened to her and scolded me for being over the 10 items. Mind you there was a long line with one register open, employees standing around and only one customer using the self checkout(who actually had more than 10 as well, which Megan was aware of) Christine is supposedly the "customer service manager" which is a joke. She offers to get the store manager, Jason. Guy comes up with an attitude right off the bat, also didnt apologize for his employees and brushed me off. Telling me that the 17000 other customers hes had have been happy and basically saying take it up with corporate. Im in awe. This store needs some customer service training badly. How can you as a corporation have a motto like that then have employees act that way. You should be embarassed. This was the first and last time i will ever use Schnucks.

The lady who's working in the customer service area doesn't need to be assisting customers. Her customer service skills are not good. I have never used the Schnucks app before to utilize the digital coupons until today. So I needed assistance and she had a very snotty attitude in helping me. For the record, today is 11/14/2023 @ approximately 1:27 p.m.

Check out system is a hot mess!!! Honestly I haven't shopped at Schnucks in years because we moved out of state. But seriously the computers are outdated, lines to check out are a hot mess, I was laughing my a@@ off at the people circled around to check out. Self check out is a joke, so many questions just to pay. Update your system and check out would be much faster.

I've been sick the last few days so I got curbside groceries for the first time. It was really easy when it comes to seeing what was on sale or all the BOGOs and digital coupons. The only thing I'd have to say about it is pay attention to sizes lol I now have a box of 40 bagel bites in my freezer... I have no complaints about my experience but I think I just prefer to do it myself. But it was easy, fast and convenient.

This store has an in-house cake decorator so easy to get custom cakes from them. They went out of their way to get a cake to me in 4 days. The decorator was very nice and we chose a family complicated design. Schnucks has great cakes and flowers. We'll be going to the Eureka location more often.

I stopped there because I have a Gift card and was looking for a quick lunch. They have a whole section just for that. Hot and Cold foods, self service or use the Deli counter. I purchased the Foot Long Sub called King of the Hill. Loaded with toppings. It includes a small bag of chips and a 20 ounce drink for $9. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. That's even quicker than McDonald's, and healthier too.

I always like going to Schnucks in Eureka. Very friendly workers and great selection of products. Prices are high but it is a big name company so what do you expect.

Always has high quality produce. Went on a Wednesday morning and they were low on a lot of things throughout the store but that is not normal. Decent selection of vegan, gluten free, and other dietary need items.

Been shopping here for 15 years. Today was the last time. Poor service, high prices. The only place in Eureka that locks up vodka. They say it's because it gets stolen. They are just trying to sell their Small Batch juke.

This store is a little expensive, but they have products I've never seen before. I really like their deli and cheese section. And they have pretty good remade Chinese food.

Everybody knows how overpriced Schnucks is. Also very wasteful. Deli department won't cut down 12-in sandwiches to sell at 6-in sandwiches out of 6 in. But at the end of the day they throw them in the trash instead of giving them to a food pantry! Not only is that bad business but that's just bad everything no matter how you look at it

I haven't been there in awhile.. The store is super clean.. shelves are stocked with a variety of the item your looking for. They also have Kalorobi.. which is hard to find. All the employees are super nice and helpful. And finally prices are definitely reasonable with the way inflation is. Maybe this will be our new store. Happy Holidays

This is a good shopping plaza with many shops and restaurants in Eureka. We stopped in St. Louis bread Company and had lunch. That place is always tasty. I've been in the Schnucks here and it's clean and well maintained.

Always friendly people, and lots of options. Great for a quick stop or to stock up. Love the app and all the coupons are simple to "clip." Reward points add up pretty fast, too.

The store is great a lot of selections but the register we went to had Jason working the check out, he had bandaids all over both hands and all I could think was he's touching every piece of our food. Maybe have him put in latex gloves if you don't have another department to put him in until his hands heal?

The staff here is always friendly. The store is always clean and well stocked. I absolutely love the florist here. They have an excellent selection year round of flowers. I buy most of my potted plants here because the quality is top-notch. I haven't had anything close to a negative experience here. I shop here almost exclusively.

They rarely have things in stock and an abundance of the staff is rude . Almost there entire deli staff is always cranky and unpleasant. The green haired girl is the only one that consistently is upbeat and pleasant to deal with .
