I am new to the area and I am trying to find the best groomer for my senior dog. When I scheduled my appointment I spoke to the owner Jennifer, who was so pleasant, nice and excited to meet Ginger. Upon arrival of my appointment, I was greeted by the receptionist (assuming) who didn't ask me who I brought in, and didn't tell me her name. She just asked me to fill out some paperwork at the counter and continued to eat her breakfast right in front of me. (unprofessional) I have been busy and I typically get her groomed every 6 weeks, but we made it to the 8 week mark and her ears are long and fluffy. I informed the receptionist of this and there might be some matting behind her ears, but it was nothing of concern. She then rudely interrupted me and said if there is any matting at all, we wont take her and we will send her back home. I politely corrected her and informed her that she's not matted, just the TWO spots behind her ear. After the discussion ended, I hoped with the attitude of the receptionist that my baby would be in good hands. Picked her up, and they informed me that she peed in her crate but there's towels so she's fine...... I let it go because at this point, I'm super frustrated. The cut and groom were great, but don't expect to pick your dog up and see a beautiful bow or bandana they don't provide those (at least she didn't have one). Unfortunately even though she looks great, the lack of customer service and how I was treated we wont be returning.

Edit: After our 3rd visit, the owner said she wouldn’t be able to take my dog again. She’s a nervous dog & they said no one there is trained to deal with nervous dogs except the owner (who is too busy to take her).Original: My dog looked so good after her grooming. The ladies were also really friendly!

3 stars only bc the cut was decent --0 stars for customer service. Our pup has been getting groomed his whole life. No complaints ever. This was our 2nd time here. Bad attitudes the first time per my husband who dropped him off but we gave them another try. Yesterday staff seemed annoyed that he peed a little with excitement. They don't greet the dogs lovingly and he honestly had a not so great feeling even leaving him there but we did. I went to pick him up and was informed bc he barked and peed a little w excitement it would be $20 more next time. I honestly didn't feel like they wanted us to come back-so we won't. More money bc he barked?! He's a dog!!!

I have been with Prestige for well over 25 years. I have shih tzus and the owner and staff use special techniques that caters to each of my babies from their puppy training experience with grooming all through their lives. Jennifer knows my babies as individuals and they were all trained to be groomed by her. They are easy to keep up at home due to her techniques and that makes all our lives happier and healthier. I would never go anywhere else.💙

They were polite and respectful, but were only able to get my German shepherd's back nails cut because she showed her teeth once or twice when trying the front. That's understandable, but they still wanted $10 full price for half the job done. I didn't fight over the $5, but I won't be back again either and don't recommend for this reason.

Went based on recommendations from a Facebook mom's group and wasn't disappointed. I felt like they truly cared about my pet. Since he was my first puppy they offered all kinds of advice. I made a second grooming appointment before I left. Highly recommend

Jennifer and her team truly care for your pup. She is busy, so be patient and schedule ahead. But so worth it.

My dog has had the same groomer for a year and he loves her. He is a very nervous dog and doesn't like to be groomed but they do a great job with him. Every other place was so expensive and gave him the most awkward haircuts but Prestige makes him look adorable for a much more affordable rate. I will return to Prestige forever because of the special individual care they give to every dog.

I took my even tempered dog in for a cut and a bath.. I have been taking this dog in to Prestige pet for 3 years. When I arrived to pick him up he had cuts all over his back from what I assumed was dull shears. I was told I had to pay $10 extra because he hadn't been in in 6 month and he mis-behaved. I let my dog's coat grow in the winter for warmth. All of this came to $60 and he obviously had not been bathed. There is a constant turnover of groomers in this place and I would not recommend this place to anyone.
