I would recommend Tricia and Brooke before anyone else. They absolutely love animals. While I had my fur babies, they were always excited to go to their “vacation home.” They live right there on sight and are all about the well being of your pets. Indoor outdoor runs. They really do accommodate most requests. I send everyone to them. Not only are they established in the community but they have helped so many out during flooding in the area. Housing, feeding and loving pets that were displaced during those debating events. Just know you will come home to a very happy fur baby.

I love everything about this place & so does my dog! I drive an hour to get there to board Morocco and he's been going since he was a puppy...he's 5y old now. Family owned, affordable on site boarding, loving/caring staff and fresh baked treats for the fur babies every night! 10/10

We have taken our dogs here over the last couple years and absolutely love it. Our dogs always come home happy and they always seem excited when we drop them off. They offer grooming services as well and it's always nice to pick up fresh pups at the end of their stay

Can’t say enough good things about it! They took excellent care of our two labs over the eleven days they stayed there. It was our first time using them and I feel like they showed our pups extra love through their whole stay. They came home very happy and well cared for. The staff was very attentive, accommodating, courteous, and professional. The grounds were very very impressive, clean. Will definitely send our pups there again

Our boxer is a scaredy cat but she LOVES going to stay with the ladies at Deer Run. She’s always happy and well taken care of when we pick her up and the staff is very friendly and do a great job! Highly recommend!

Just boarded our 3 dogs here for a week and couldn’t have been more pleased! From the moment we walked in I felt completely at ease. These ladies treated us like friends and loved on our dogs immediately. When we returned to pick the dogs up they were happy to see us but also didn’t seem in any hurry to leave! 2 of the dogs are older and had never been kenneled before so we were a bit nervous. So relieved to know not only did they do ok- they enjoyed it! I absolutely love this place, we will definitely be back.

Friendly staff, and cared very well for my two kitties. Always happy to answer the phone for a status update.This was the first kennel experience for my cats, aged 10 and 11, since their initial rescues in kittenhood. They had a dedicated kennel in the cat room. The staff let them come out of their kennels to roam the room regularly.One of my cats is a social flirt, and took well to her outings from her cage. She thrived and charmed the ladies!I’ve now learned my other cat doesn’t adapt to such a communal environment, and wasn’t interested in roaming the room, even with the other kitties all denned up. The staff made sure she had plenty of food, water, meds and clean litter, and did a great job while kitty kept to her brooding little self.Because of Ms. Problem Paws, I’ll probably have to find private suite boarding for her in the future, so she has a little more space beyond her den. But that’s on her - the Deer Run staff did a great job!But if you have a cat that likes to explore new places and make friend, they will love it there!

While they're a bit out of the way, they are worth the drive. We have been taking our dog to Deer Run for nearly 4 years now. The staff are not only friendly, but true animal lovers. Our dog doesn't take to people in general, but she never has any problems with the staff here. Cost is on par with other providers.

My dog thinks she is on vacation whenever she goes there, in fact when she sees me get her "overnight" comforter out she knows where she is going. We have left her there for 2 weeks at a time and just on weekends. The girls are great and it is nice knowing that my dog is being treated like family there. We've been taking her there for 5 years and she always comes home happy.

Great care for my little pups. They even said they loved my dogs and they were welcome to come back anytime. It’s a little more expensive than other area places but worth it for the care and attention.

So happy we found (actually we were referred to) Brooke and Trish. Our goldendoodle puppy was completely tired out when we picked him up and they take special care to work with the dogs individually. You can tell they really care and they also live on campus and the price is quite reasonable. Also now they have a fenced in property for the dogs to really let loose and run around.

Love the ladies at Deer Run. I've been taking my dog to be boarded there for a little over a year and never have a complaint. My dog comes back exhausted after her stay. They always treat her like she's one of their own!

Took my cat to the kennel for the weekend. I requested to see where my cat was supposed to be boarded and they made some dumb excuse about dogs being everywhere and declined my request! That was the first red flag. I have never had that issue at any other boarding places ever! People always show where your pet will be boarded. Second of all they have really strict times when you can call them to check on your pets because they are practically closed over the weekend. That is just something I don't understand. If you are running a boarding business, you need at least to check your messages and return anxious pet parents' calls. Previous places I have boarded my pets never had issues returning my calls. Plus the staff was sort of rude and "unfriendly". So I am never going back. It is cheap and you are really getting the service that is of course "cheap"!!! Also,some of my cat's favorite toys that I packed with him to play with, are missing from his bag. And I'm very disappointed by that.

I have been taking Rufus to this kennel for 6 months and I am happy to report that he has come to love going to Deer Run when I have to be out of town. I take comfort in knowing that Rufus is well cared for while I am out of town.

They are a great staff will love your pet like it was there's I have a rottweiler that is not people friendly and they have him rapped around there finger true dog whisper.
