Quaint little place. Went here years ago and remember liking it a lot more. This time the food was fine, we did breakfast, coffee was extremely watered down to the point my wife wouldn't even drink it. My English muffin breakfast sandwich was good though.Service was kind of bad. Took a while to even get menus after seating ourselves. Not a single trip to our table to refill any drinks. Wasn't rude, but also wasn't overly friend. Kind of just indifference.Hate to beat up on a small town shop, so this really stings. We will definitely give them another try when we come through again.Parking can be a bit of a challenge because there isn't a ton around.Parking: Parking is not terrible to find, but it's limited immediately around the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: They had highchairs.

First time here. I had the mini breakfast which was good, and very reasonably priced. Hubs had the western skillet also good. The two waitresses were very friendly and attentive. I am sure I would come back again. Just traveling through. The bread pudding was missing the puddingit was good but really should be called monkey bread.

We got water and lemonade and it tasted horrid! Tasted like chemicals. The manager was very nice and got us new drinks. Took about an hour for our food to be done. When we ate the food, it was very bland. Me and my wife got the chicken strips and it tasted as if the bread was soaked in not hot grease! My son got roast beef on bread with potato and he said it was bland! The only thing good was the crazy Q's, even the lettuce in the salad was turning old. Do not recommend, great hometown Cafe style, just food wasn't that great .Parking: Lots of spots to park at.

We went for breakfast. It was a rainy day, and with this being one of the only breakfast spots in town, it was very busy. The servers were trying to keep up. The food took a bit to arrive, but my husband and I were talking, so it wasn't a big deal. The food was delicious, and the price decent. I had French toast, and my husband had the Western platter. Both dishes we would order again. Cute little dinner atmosphere.

Nice cozy place. Ordered two steaks meals and asked for rare on both. Unfortunately both were well done, meat was tough, and no flavor. The wait person offered to have them cook new steaks, but we declined as we had another commitment and could not wait another 20 minutes for our order. We were hoping they would of offered to discount the meals. The meal did come with a plain baked potato and sides of butter flavor spread, and all you can eat buffet. The coke didn't taste like coke as it was flat and odd tasting. Didn't want to address any of this as it was bad enough that our steak were over cooked.

The manager cleaned a table as soon as we got there so that was very nice, however when we received our food it was cold and was not very good. The French toast was good. The biscuits were also very good. The service was very nice and the waitress was super sweet. I got the western scramble as did my friend and we asked if it came with green bell peppers and was told it did, although when I received mine it did not but hers did. The bacon was not fully cooked and was definitely not appetizing. Short answer, would I eat here again? No. But it wasn’t a bad place just not for us.

I would rate this resaurant 3.5, the half star is for letting people smoke inside, but since they're changing thay April 1st, 4 stars. It's an old small town diner. Not too bad; inexpensive breakfast and pretty decent after a weekend of camping. Would say food is somewhere between Waffle House and IHOP quality. I got a 2 egg platter with sausage patties, toast, and a side of shredded hashbrowns. Husband got 2 pancakes, b&g, and a side of bacon. Waitress was nice and checked on us a few times and refilled my husband's coffee. She had about 4 tables to juggle as well as ringing them up and seemed to handle it well. Food came out in about 10-15 minutes. If we camp at Echo Bluff again, we'd consider going back to try their lunch menu.

All I can say is wow, how are they open. I spent a couple of days reflecting on this "adventure" before posting a bad review. Sometimes I move on, not this time.First off, it took 15 minutes after seating ourselves to get someone to take a drink order and give us menus. We ordered Pink Lemonade, DON'T MAKE THAT MISTAKE! After mentioning that it tasted awful, the server told us they get a lot of complaints on it. Swapped it out for other drinks. We ordered our food and it finally came over 45 minutes later, it was busy, so I assumed that they were short staffed. We had ordered chicken strips and fries with white gravy on the side for one meal and the chicken fried chicken with baked potato and salad bar. Let's talk about it....Drink refills are limited to 2. Salad bar with dinner is not all you can eat. The chicken strips were over cooked, dry and chewy. The Fries were cold and tasted like they were made some time prior that day. The chicken fried chicken was a breaded thin sliced chicken patty like the ones you buy I'm the freezer isle at your local grocery store. The gravy was very thick reheated sausage gravy. The best part was the baked potato. It was wrapped in thin aluminum foil and served cut open. They must have used a steak knife, or maybe a chainsaw when they did it because the potato had shards of aluminum foil in it. I spent a fair amount of time picking it out.Several people seated were audibly complaining about something or another. A group of 4 got up and left after waiting over 20 minutes for service.I was so blown away by the lack of everything that could be from a small town establishment. When leaving, a guy with manager on the shirt was checking us out. He asked how was everything, I told him.... He lowered his head and rang up the ticket and apologized for the wait. As if the wait was the real issue.Avoid this restaurant when visiting. I suggest finding something, anything, anywhere, just not here.

Great food friendly staff,! Save room for Dessert! I had peach cobbler w/ice cream. My sister had blackberry cobbler w/ice cream. My wife had carrot cake. We had to rotate them around for taste tests and we agreed you couldn't go wrong with any of them. I'm sure glad we all agreed to get different desserts or we would never have known!! Yeah, we're fat!

Food had no flavor, everything was way over priced. The menu said our meals came with fries and they charged for each and every order of fries. Chicken alfredo noodles was way over done very mushy, the hamburger steak patty was extremely dry and no gravity on it. The corn dog was way over done to the point it was uneatable. Thr best thing was the salad bar was the best and that was pushing it. However, the service was amazing and so was everyone who worked there.

Wonderful, busy restaurant with good food. Great biscuits and gravy for breakfast. Had the best patty melt and fried mushrooms for dinner.

Ate here today 2/25/23 for lunch , the waitress was extremely professional and attentive. I failed to get her name but she was young with a braided ponytail. The food was good we had the ham steak and BLT sandwiches all very good. I love trying these greasy spoon type restaurants sometimes. you hit sometimes you miss but this one was great nothing fancy just good food and service. Please consider all day breakfast on weekendsParking: Kind of touchyKid-friendliness: Seems good for kids.

Honestly don't even want to leave this place one star. It was that bad. The food wasn't good at all. The bacon on this sandwich had to be taken off because it wasn't even edible. My youngest ordered a dinner plate which came with salad. The salad had to be gotten from the salad bar so after the server took our order she told my daughter to help herself to the salad bar. Then the server came back and informed me that she would be charging me for all-you-can-eat salad bar because my daughter went back up for a second salad bc she didn't have much on her first plate. However I think the worst part was that the prices that I was charged did not reflect what was shown on the menu. They weren't even close. We go out of town often always choose family-owned restaurants to eat at opposed to chain and this was the first time we've ever been disappointed. 0/10 do not recommend

Very small portions for a high price, Shrimp Alfredo didn't seem to be made with Alfredo sauce. Chicken Strip Dinner says 4 strips on the menu, however it came out with 3, was told it'salways 3 and it must be a typo on the new menu. They did bring out a 4th strip to make it right. Service was very poor, no refills on drinks until asked, even though there were only 3 other customers in the restaurant.

Not our first time dining here, but likely our last. Service is terrible, no refills on our drinks until we waived the waitress down and asked even though the place had only 2 or 3 other customers. Portions are small for the prices. Prices on menu are less than what we were charged on our bill.
