I have never written a review for a business, but I felt compelled to do so upon my return from my appointment today. Drs. Ryan and Rhodes are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and kind. The office staff is wonderful too. I have been to several vet's offices over the years, but this, by far, was the best experience ever. Everyone was so patient, taking their time to explain everything, making sure all my questions were answered. They took their time with my pups, making them feel relaxed and comfortable. If you have been searching for professional and friendly veterinary care for your animals, you need not look any further.

Best Vet and Staff in Lincoln County! I have used this Vet service since they opened their doors in Elsberry. They are kind, caring, and excellent with all my cats and horses. I have cried on Dr Rhodes shoulder many more times then just once, most recent being just last week when I made the decision to euthanize my 17 yr old kitty. Hardest thing I have had to do in years. Give them a try. They are the best!

Do not take ur animals here!!!! All they do is rack up a huge bill without u knowing to tell u they dont know what the problem is.....they do not care aboit animals they care about making as much money as they can off of u! They took advantage of me and knew what they were doing...i told them i dodnt have much money at all and by the time i left i had a huge bill for what???????? Him to weighed!!! And they expected me to pay it all right then and there first off u didnt tell me what u were doing costed me....u never told me prices u played me back and forth with the nurses confused the hell out of me made my dog seem worse then he actually was.. Was trying to give him meds he didnt need!!! And wants to see him once a month every mo th cause my son is autstic......what does my son have to do with this....im here for my dog not my son! My son is fine! Wow! For being a vets office u should be ashamed of yourselves!!!!
