Simmons Grocery and Hardware has a little bit of everything. Gas,Diesel,food,groceries,clothes cigarettes, beer, liquor, boots guns and ammo, sporting supplies. You name it and they have it. It’s definitely worth checking out . I highly recommend this Business.

Well stocked place, and had a dire need of safety-toed boots. They have several good pairs, if you're looking, but only 1 in my size [14] which I was grateful for. Awesome prices on the boots too, wonderful.

Convenient location with cheap gas and large variety of merchandise. Perhaps not the best priced but useful in a pinch. Store itself is dated but clean.They sell alcohol, hardware, tools, boots, groceries, fresh produce and hot food . Clean restrooms

Stopped here for a break and ordered a pizza at 4:00pm for a 6:00pm pickup. The order wasn't even being prepared when I arrived at 6:00pm. The cashier said that she wasn't aware that I had ordered a pizza. While I waited, I walked around their store. Many products had what looked like 20 years of dust on them. Their produce was actually rotting! Literally rotting in the cooler, and still for sale. The one cashier kept wiping her nose and then touching food products. When my pizza was finally ready, I was met with open hostility and not even an apology for making me wait an extra half hour. This place needs new management and an overhaul.

Not On GPS But Owner/Ops You Need To Stop Here! We came upon this fabulous truck stop/general store that didn't show up on GPS. The lot is better than most TA's/Pilots. It's gravel, but level, graded and no potholes. It's easy to get behind the store too ( from the diesel pumps). Not sure about overnight parking as forgot to ask. But gorgeous park area with picnic benches and beautiful scenery. The store is set up like a country store but on a grander scale. I would be surprised if they didn't have what a driver wanted. Plenty of hot food, booths by the front window, tools, home supplies, pet supplies, groceries and lots of touristy goodies. It's refreshing after being in the same truck stops with the same layout to walk around this store. The employees were excellent and the entire store clean. Restrooms on the right towards the back and you'll see a lot of antique decorative accents on the way. Not sure if we want this true 'country general store' on the trucking GPS because it's one of those little gems you want to keep to yourself, however what a great place for drivers. Stop by, walk the dog, get something to eat and enjoy this Missouri general store, you won't regret it!

We have stopped here often and always had good service and thats why i give this review a 2 instead of a 1. However, this past visit was a new low in customer experience.We stopped for a sandwich for our great grandson on our trip to Branson. There were 3 women behind the counter and 2 were arguing. One man waited to pay and finally walked out. My wife asked for a sandwich and the woman behind the counter could not be bothered. She continued arguing with the other lady. We started to walk out and then the woman had time to ask if we needed a sandwich.I worked in the public sector for 35 years, and I know you work with the customer first and handle management problems in the back office, not in front of the customers.We won't be back.

Great place for all your grocery needs, meats, vegetables and all the dry goods as well they also stock some household items. This is a great place to stop if you're heading to the river or on a picnic you won't be sorry you stopped by.

Awesome selection. Super nice employees especially one of the Bosses, Stephanie. We usually fill up before traveling to KC or Springfield. Gas is high quality and the selection is the best ever for a truck stop, grocery, Hardware, and Supply. They have fresh food to select from and even nice booths where to eat from. A Great Place 👍

Very friendly and helpful staff, I love Simmons. They have a large variety of different snacks and groceries, including some frozen foods along with offering pizza and wings from hunts brothers. They also have plenty of automotive and hardware inventory. They also accept food stamps which is a major plus!

I pulled in here because it was the closest place my gps said had truck parking to my delivery. Friendly staff, clean restrooms, good prices, all sorts of groceries and hardware. I would definitely stop again when in the area.

From lunch meat to liquor, this is a must stop before we head to the woods. We're heading back again this week and we'll be picking up poison mole worms. They worked great a few months ago but they're back. If you need it, they have it 😉

Grocery, coffee, assorted hardware, sports clothing & work boots. Quite a bit of stuff. People at counter very friendly and clean restrooms. Truck Diesel & gas station. Limited big vehicle parking but I think there's a lot next door. 🤔

I give 3 star’s for the store. It’s like the old general stores. You need it they might have it. But the help is not so friendly if you’re out of Town folks. I had to search for the cashier at the register and when I found her she was not very friendly. Kinda snotty. I asked about ordering a pizza and she said it will be 45 minutes and I said really the sign says 10-12 minutes. Well because we have several others in front of you and some wings too. And all that was in the store were 2 elderly men. So I was like okay. Went to the car called it in and it was ready in 10-15 minutes. Yes the look on her face was priceless.

They have a decent selection of ammo that isn't much higher than Walmart. I can't complain about it being a buck or so more when it saves me an hour drive round trip going to Walmart and back.Staff was friendly and helpful and we're pleasant to chat with.

A large general merchandize store and hardware supply. Well stocked and reasonable prices. They have a food bar with great pizza's and hot specialty dishes. Reasonable Gasoline Prices! A Landmark Establishment!
