The Eldon Walmart is stuck in the 1980s. That could be a good thing or a bad thing depending on what you're looking for. I would not recommend their pharmacy as we had a question about something pharmaceutical but not a prescription and there was absolutely no one that could talk to us and we waited around for at least 15 minutes.

We waited 45 minutes in the electronic dept. With zero help. Watched two associates sitting and watching the entire time, again zero assistance. Finally called the store on our phone, when they finally answered (2 calls later) the associates who had been watching spoke and said someone will be back. 10 minutes later, an associate came back. We wanted to purchase a SD card for SIX DOLLARS. he asked if we were done, which we weren't. He couldn't take the item to the front for pickup there and because we were still shopping, wouldn't allow us to purchase it at the sales counter in the electronic dept. Bad experience all around, choose a different store where customer service might still exist.

They nearly force you to use self check out and have workers there staring at you like you are a thief or make you wait in the ONE checkout line. They should go back to having checkers check!!!!

I have so many problems with this store no real base for the cheaper generic brands and no one can ring you up for a propane exchange because there is a robot to do it for them even though the thing says to go inside if you have cash because it doesn't hold any cash you pay inside as normal and give the receipt there is a code on the receipt that you use outside please train your people better

Love Walmart for all the reasons! ONLY place I can afford motor oil & tires for my truck!! Walmart just saved me hundreds on one set of 4 tires! Sweet! Order/pay online, big selection, they ship to you, or your WM, then you schedule mounting directly with your store. I always hip tires to me, then schedule & bring tires in back seat or bed of truck. So nice to already have tires picked out & in-hand!

The Eldon location store is super handy. The selection here is limited as it's not a super center. My last experience was very good. Had to wait a minute for service in outdoor area. He arrived and was very helpful and friendly.

Prices keep going up, employees are only there to shop for online orders, items you are used to buying keep disappearing, interaction with staff is usually rude....

Don’t buy cyber Monday deals. Ordered a tv and it was broken right out of the box. Went for a refund ($500) wouldn’t refund me because apparently you can’t refund same day. I have to wait 24 hours for it I left the tv there have no way to prove I already brought it back when they have me go back. DO NOT buy from eldon for any Black Friday deals please save yourself the hassle

Why do I need to check and bag my own groceries when some one is just standing around doing nothing. I'm so tired of struggling to do their work and not getting paid or discounted for self check out.

We took a friend here and sat out in the truck whilst she went In. It was a lovely fall evening and I enjoyed my wait .The old glory was amazing in the breeze.

This is the worst ran store ever. Myself and three other people were hired and were pending a start date for over a month. I called every day to be told the hr lady wasn't there a manager wasn't there that sum lady named Keisha would call me. And no one did. I want the hr lady job must be nice to not work for a whole month and still have a job. Them knees probably hurt real bad lmao. And Keisha whoever she is she doesn't deserve a store my dog would run and communicate better than her.Update months later!!!Store still sucks I have been to this store 8 times and all 8 times the money order machine was down. I think the only reason this location is still even open is bc of the locals. It's a terrible place I recommend driving right past it and going to Osage Beach

I love the pharmacy, they pretty much know exactly who you are. They always have different stuff than all the Walmarts and usually have a good clearance.

They have really updated the store, and seem to have more relevant items. The electronics department is so much nicer, not crowded now at all. As always, employees are awesome.

Surprisingly modern store for a small town. They do have a very serious issue with check out being way overcrowded!!!! When your line for self checkout is 20 people deep and most people have full carts of groceries in it, it is not being used properly!

Does not accept wic, they were rude and I was left on hold for 49 minutes while they 'looked for some formula for me'. Got tired of waiting and called back..'oh I forgot' was the response and then proceeded to tell me they found it awhile ago and just forgot to come back on the phone and tell me.

The layout was very different compared to the other Walmarts that I have been to. It also felt like the entrance and exit doors in the front were kind of crowded. There weren't many people by the doors, I felt crowded due to the amount of shelves and other objects or displays that were near the entrance and exit.

Workers were very rude to me. one even "yelled" at me that i was stealing pull ups, after i went to self checkout and got my receipt checked. my son (toddler) had to go to the restroom so we went into the female bathrooms anf let me tell you it was nasty. the nasty restroom i have ever seen

Friendly staff. This is not a super center. Although it has most of what you would go to walmart for. They have done a lot of resetting this store and even added a jewelry counter. I've never had a problem finding someone to help me when I need it.

Very helpful. My doctor was unable to send refill request before leaving his office Friday. I ran out of one medication 💊 I need. The pharmacy was able to fill enough to do me until Tuesday... I'm very grateful....

This was absolutely the most ridiculous Walmart I have ever shopped at. For starters it was smaller than a mom and pops "country" market, which in and of itself isn't necessarily a bad thing... unless your Walmart. Adding insult to injury was the lack of selection in just about every department (if you could call it that). I've been to bigger and better Walmarts in smaller cities.

This Walmart is extremely small, almost wondering why it's called a Walmart. The employees are really nice though. Also, i tried to Mobile order food and it wasn't ever gotten together for us. Id go to a different Walmart.
