Best price on dog for us in town. Saying that, I'm wondering how the new transition to becoming a tractor supply will be. We just moved , less than a year ago, to Missouri and had one near our house. We used to specifically get their dog food, too. Lol. Also, I'm still keeping an eye out for trees. You guys sold them so quickly! However, the plum tree I was able to purchase is thriving. It looked rough but definitely a hardy tree. And to the male cashier with the cane, we always look for you when going in. Your customer service is not only wonderful but knowledgeable and spot on.

Five stars are not always equal. That being said, this Orshceln was well stocked and decently clean. The most impressive part was the checkout experience. Ther were only a couple people standing in line and another checkout was opened and we were on our way. I love stores that get you taken care of!

Decent selection of most things we need for the farm. Good place to buy wormer, meds, and needles. Store could be a lot cleaner. The help is not super competent. Seems like the employee turnover is high, and some of them don’t act professional, talking loudly and joking around with coworkers at the checkouts.

Two older women (not the young checkers up front)with walkie-talkies on that looked like employees never offered to help me and I stood there for a bit waiting to ask for help then kept looking on my own. They just kept talking to each other not seeming to talk about work. Certainly not working. Very frustrating

Only stopped by for plants. They had been frost bitten and not a good selection. I did manage to find a few. Upon entering the store I found some cute solar lighted roosters. (I thought were cute until I got it home and found that it did not work). Oh well it's cute just standing in the flower bed.

I hope the new Town and Country that's coming in and taking over (no more Orchelins, sad face) is going to do a great job for their community like Orchelins has done all these years.

Although the prices are higher, the variety of things there is very large! They have all that you can't find any place else in town. From eletric fences and beehive equipment to rope and cowboy boots.

They were out of stock of the brake light bulb I needed this time but they almost always have what I need and I loved the atmosphere plus the people are always helpful and courteous. I love their pet section, it puts Walmart's to shame

Great place for hardware, lawn and garder. Store brand is great quality. Wish it had a better hardware selection. The cashiers are really nice and helpful. It's a Missouri based chain so i like spending my money here. Better prices on just about everything than Tractor supply.

Quiet, clean, great staff, and have pretty much any essential item you would need for your home or shop. Definitely recommend this location. Really has no comparison to anything else in Eldon.

Needed unusual plumbing pieces on a Sunday for my moms well that was broke. Not only did they have them in stock but James gathered them and had ready when i arrived. Highly recommend not only supplies but above and beyond service

Have to watch the store like everyone of them. Show a price over something then when you buy it that is not the price. Happen to the man in front of me but he caught it. Why wouldn't you put a price on your items unless you are wanting to charge more.

You can't find a store employee for assistance without going up front to get a cashier.There is a cranky older grey haired cashier who never once said thank you but instead told us we were holding up the line because we failed to read the sign that said to find am employee to assist us. I spent over $200 and she still never said thank you 🤨

When you live in a rural area a store like this is a must. Although they tend to be either a bit higher priced or right in-line with other retailers. Orschelns is one of my go to stores. Their product line and focus is diverse without being overwhelming; unlike a certain retailer. And I can only think of one time I was looking for something and they were out. This did not change my opinion about Orschelns.
