Really busy store. Plenty of parking close to the building. Inside is a bit dated, but clean enough. Kinda tight maneuvering a cart in a busy store, especially by the checkouts. Selection of groceries is awesome for this size of store! Regular prices are a bit high, but they routinely have great sales. The cashiers are fast and know what they’re doing.

I am so disappointed to find out that Gerbs can and will dock their employees paychecks for asking customers "how are you today?" Too many times per shift, by $5.Fortunately ALDI's is just around the corner.

My "go to" grocery store in town. I go here multiple times a week. Awesome staff! Extremely friendly, nice to see the same cashiers regualrly. Everything is very easy to find. The beer is a little pricey and not much of a liquor selection. The meat department has some really awesome specials periodically. Good balance of price and selection. The friendly service is very much appreciated

An employee named Ben stood out on my visit. This young man was so very helpful and assisted any customer he could throughout the store and on the store front. Definitely an asset for Gerbes!!

The prices are crazy high compared to other stores. Only reason I will shop here is if I have no other choice or in a bind. Store is semi clean and service is usually very slow. Usually wait over 15 minutes in line

This review is in regards to the online grocery and delivery service.1st, do not fall into the trap of this service. Unfortunately, it is not in-house, rather a third party performs the shopping. The thirds party is "instacart". Being set up this way allows for little control over the order at all. Pretty much none. Even after I called the store for help, Andrew had no knowledge at all and was very dismissive. I felt like the store didn't care and that it had "nothing to do with them". From a corporate perspective, this is a huge fail.2nd, the app itself is very poorly done and rushed. It's apparent that the API for the website/app is not cohesive enough to allow the transaction to be smooth. It allows for no noyes or any way at all to cancel the order. This is a BBB problem at its core.3rd, we have been waiting over 24hrs for the order and still have no idea when it will be fulfilled. We have no way to communicate with anyone really responsible and no real way to review said person. At this point, we no longer want it but was told by gerbes customer service that we are not allowed to cancel it. I'm just so surprised.It is my hope that this review will help others from falling into this trap. Hyvee, Woods (for all its faults), and many other stores we have used, never have these kind of problems. It's simply unacceptable.

Great customer service!!!! Products were stocked and easy to locate. I give it four stars because the cashier complained about how she was over worked and under paid. That is none of my business. I work in customer service and that's not a topic for us to share with our customers.

Tired of scrolling through those television platforms, only to find yourself thinking… man, there’s nothing good to watch on these things anymore? - Life got you down in the dumps, and you find yourself needing that pick-me-up shot of chuckle juice?? We’ll look no further! Do yourself a favor, and filter for the 1 star reviews! The level of entitlement, and wah wah wah, that coexists within said ‘reviews’, will leave you rolling on the floor til’ your stomach hurts from the laughter. - Ironically, once you DO (and you will, they’re hilarious) find yourself in this belly aching position, take yourself on down to Gerbes, where they’ve got all the finest must-haves for any kind of get well/ recovery needs!

We shop here regularly and the staff are always helpful. If there is ever more than 2 people waiting they open a register. Very clean and well stocked. Also a storm shelter for the community.

I searched the web looking for Torani raspberry syrup the only store that had it was a place called Gerbes 20 miles from my location. I called the morning of Jan.16 to make sure it was in stock I was told by a man that they did not carry it but he would go and check to be sure I told him the web site said aisle 4. He came back and said nope don't have it and they don't carry it he CHECKED!!!! I drove there anyway because I trusted the website I was on more then him, sure enough I walked right in and down aisle 4 and there it was so I bought everyone they had.Why have an employee that can't even do a simple task? I even told him where it was. I gave the store 4 stars because it's a nice friendly neighborhood store

This is the only grocery store that I shop at. I love the cashiers and the selections of fresh and isle food that they give you. Every time the people at the cash register ALWAYS ask me if I need help out. Super sweet small town grocery store.

Overall the store is ok. Prices are a little high compared to some places I go. I have been to Gerbes 4 times in 5 days, for one item I only get at gerbes and they are out every time. I dont know if they just aren't ordering enough or what but I am not wasting gas to get there again. I would rather pay extra and get what I want the first time.

It's close and I can run there to get milk or bread or eggs. the people there are friendly, and ready to help when you need it. But each time I buy produce, I end up with very poor quality. It seems that when I buy bagged apples or oranges there is some fruit that is bad even rotten. If I buy fresh produce like that, I have to manipulate the fruit in the center of the bag to be sure it is not rotten. For this reason, I only use Gerbs as a quick stop to pick up a few needed things. I do the major part of my shopping in Osage Beach.

This store is the number one place my grandmother stops they carry everything from hearing aid batteries to shrimp and tamales the staff is always friendly and they will help you to your car if it is needed
