Varying from shift to shift this place is a little above average in certain areas. Showers are awesome. I had to take shelter in the cooler from Tornado that caused havoc in Iowa.

For the most part, this is a fairly decent Love's. The store itself was clean. I showered here. And here's why only giving 3 stars. For the most part the shower was clean, until I closed the door. A little dirt behind it. One thing common with most truck stops. They always seem to forget to check behind the door. The water pressure definitely wasn't the greatest, and what pressure there was was hard water. But it was hot, so that was about the best part of the shower.

This is An amazing loves to stop at. The coffee was fresh and the food was delicious. The store was nice and clean and the staff was courteous and friendly. Also a good large area outside to get your dog some excessive. No dog area but if you have a well behaved dog it’s a great spot to stop.

Like place is okay, but they robbed in shop, If you have issues with truck avoid this shop for any price! For bulb this is how much I was charged and before I did ask how much they told me noting much it is just a bulb. This is 3 min work.

Morning Front desk guy no very helpful.Trying to do PM service. Ask for estimateHe said. I can’t do it. . We have tough time right now. . But this people don’t understand.. we have to be careful every penny we spend. If we have to be in business. A simple estimate he can’t do it. Just give me a break.!

When I visited this location today and many times before. The Management here is the rudest people at this location. Jac thought she would take upon herself to give me her thoughts on the prices of the cigarettes and that I should switch. Kepted ranting about my choice in cigarettes. I am paying customer and want to be in and out. Not to be given her view point. I don't understand why a 3 minute interaction had to take 10 minutes in front of other people to buy a pack of cigarettes. Do better. And 20 mins to get a sandwich made with no customers. Get that guy some help.

Parked for the night in legal marked parking. Was told I need to move because I was in a no parking zone. There are 2 other trucks parked in the same area. 1 on either side. They were not told to move. And 1 of them was actually parked illegally. Also men's room was filthy. No hand soap. Trash bins full. Urine and feces all over in the stalls. Roller grill for hot dogs wasn't working so they had hot dogs in cardboard trays in the hot case. None were marked as to what was what.

The Wife and I just dropped in on the way home from Minnesota for a snack and a break. Everything was as clean as it always is at a typical Love's. We spent almost six dollars on chips and a drink for the Wife, and I got this Love's cup full of ice water. They actually tried to charge me for a cup of ice ($.50) in my own cup. If the cup said 7-11 or Casey's I would understand, but it was a Love's cup, and we were spending money anyway. After all of the decades trucking this is the first time that I've been asked to pay for ice.I dumped it out. I guess Love's is turning into Pilot, or worse.

I liked the travel stop because it's clean, accessible from highways, organized and friendly staff.The staff greets everyone and makes sure that you find what you are looking for.A good stop over from the highway

There is nothing better than seeing that ❤️ off in the distance at night. Knowing your coming in to a welcoming and clean environment from the road is truly comforting.

Easy to get to from the Interstate. Has a dog area for travelers and their animals. Clean bathrooms. Good selection of snacks. Need more hot food options.

They need to get some good Technicians who will work weekends.It's too hard on one or two Technicians, especially when they have to operate as a Service Writer, Technician, and also do Road Service.

Beware this loves will take your rewards card but not give you the points or receipt when you fuel up (no error code or card unreadable message was given) now I’m out 500 points. Thanks Eagleville loves!

Best Loves I’ve ever been in. They all look the same, but the people & the cleanliness of the store was top notch. I came in when there weren’t many customers & employees were busy cleaning up for the next customer. They went above & beyond in the shower area & all deserve a raise. For raising the standards of Loves to this location. Hats off! I felt welcome & was inundated with good greetings at this Location. It will be my go to stop & I would like to see other Loves models live up to this & their standards. Making our job as drivers easier. I know it’s a Dirty job on both sides,….. But… THANK YOU! :)Also, plenty of parking. I pulled in at 7:30 pm & there is still parking at 11:00. I know this could change with freight times. Peace!

IF YOU ARE AFRICAN AMERICAN DO NOT STOP HERE . SUBWAY does NOT practice hand hygiene Michael whom works in the subway along side two other very RUDE co workers will sure ruin your day . They assumed all of the black people in the room were all together. Simply because they shared being African American nothing more . Never once exchanged pleasantries or even a simple look but paired us all together even with non African American people in between us . And every one entering the store at different times . Not only will they assume but you assure them you’re not all one party and they’ll double down on the rude comments . I asked the female in the store to wash her hands or at least change her gloves before making my sandwich after making someone else’s and the response received was “aren’t y’all together anyway-“ and continued . I asked the store number and for everyone to identify themselves not only did they not identify themselves BUT the person taking payment lied about the store number and waved me off . COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I love Loves because Mr Love has hands-down the best loyalty program in the business! I haven't paid for a drink in two years at Loves and the points pay for a lot of my treats too. Angela does a great job taking care of truckers (transflows, etc ) and it's nice to be greeted with a smile. ....Thanks!

As a trucker I've been to a shyt ton of truck stops (loves, TA's, pilots/flying J's, mom & pops etc.) This was by far a great experience. The showers are update which is a major plus for trucker with good hygiene. Leann exhibited world class customer service, and exceeded my expectations. Considering the fact the there all the same. Overall this "Loves" will be my go to when I'm in the area. Thank you so much Leann you rock!!!

Showered there a week ago. Was not clean. Looked like all they did was put new towels. Sink had shavings in it, toilet seat had poop stains, and garbage can full of trash. Was afraid to use shower but I had to.** Update ... must've been a one off because has been very clean since review **

Worst place to take your business, I had a coolant leak and they told me to tow my truck to a Volvo dealer which is 100 mile away from me and they charged me 142$ for the inspection, I took my truck to another shop which is 13 mile away from them and they fixed my coolant leak an hour I went back to the road

Love's is about clean and friendly, and the Eagleville MO location has both of those traits. Bathrooms, store and pumps were clean and tidy with plenty of staff on duty. On a quick gas and go stop, we were able to fuel up economically as well as grab a hot chicken sandwich. The sandwich was surprisingly spicy and tasty!

Always a pretty decent visit here. Prices are always good in my opinion and bathrooms are usually clean for a truck stop. This time there was a vomit smell by the soda machines, so that was rather gross. Rest of the store was clean, but about had to hold your breath filling a soda cup. Hence the 4 🌟 and not 5.
