This place has the BEST fireworks you can buy! I live in Texas and the canister shells are half the size as they sell in Missouri. When cities put on a big fireworks show, they are the same as this place sells. People in Texas shoot off their artillery shells that are not that impressive but, I shoot off the big 60 gram shells I get from Missouri... Everyone around immediately ask where I got mine from? They sound like a cannon and the shower of sparks that explodes have a diameter of 210 feet!Every time I drive thru Missouri, I time it so I can stop to buy fireworks during business hours.The staff is very helpful and will explain exactly what each item will do. The prices are very fair and they always have what I want in stock.I am a customer for life.

My son has Autism and the entire crew has made him feel special, welcomed and loved as we searched for safe and fun fireworks. They were patient and kind. Listened and understood our needs and helped us find things he could shoot off and things he could watch. They even let him spin this wheel for free fireworks. They have made our 4th a safe and enjoyable event. We appreciate and recommend this great place!! They have won our business for years to come!!!

Update: We hit the jackpot!! Yes, you can actually win with a spin of the wheel. $250 - these guys are awesome.I’ve stopped at several fireworks stores in Missouri. This one is at the top of my list. Now, it’s the only one we go to. We stop by on our travels several times a year.The owner is there daily, and the staff do a great job of making you feel welcome. They’ll help you find whatever you need.They run discounts you won’t find anywhere else. And if you like freebies, take a spin of their giant wheel and you’re sure to walk out with a few extras you hadn’t counted on. They also throw in free bottle rockets and punks.Highly recommended.

I stopped by on my way out of Missouri and this was the only place open out of the four I drove to. Quentin was really knowledgeable and helpful and provided some extras based on the size of my order. It looks like they have a pretty low overhead and a good sized inventory--enough variety but also not having to stock too much.

Rude and Misleading Advertising.Stopped by on the 6th of July, seeing a sign that said, "up to 90% off" and "blow out sale". Went in to ask if they have anything left that is 90% off. We were told that they sell year around, thus their prices are already great so nothing was 90% off. We said, OK thanks and proceeded to leave. It was rough because my 6 year old started crying because she had been excited to get some post 4th sale fireworks. This negative experience was not noteworthy.But then, what appeared to be a manager pursued us outside trying to argue that their prices were really good. We shared that we were only interested if it was a big 90% off sale such as the sign referred to. He wouldn't stop yelling at us. I asked him to stop yelling at us. Then he decided to start cussing around my small children.

Our family puts on a large 4th party every year for the last 35 years or so. We've been going to Fireworks World for a couple of decades now. Kim Smith and family are tremendous! Smitty is the fireworks king. He knows what he's talking about and knows where it's at. Don't even bother with Shelton or pyro city across the street. We drive 700 miles every year just to go see him and his store. And will continue to do so. Superb product topped by excellent customer service, at a great price. Plus, you get to spin the wheel of fortune setup for some free stuff on the way out. Go see Smitty at fireworks world in Eagleville, Missouri. You won't be disappointed.

Fireworks World has a huge inventory and great prices. The store is clean and comfortable. I live in Texas and when I travel North, I make a point to stop at Fireworks World. The owner has always been willing to share his extensive knowledge of the product and he gives great advice for an awesome show on any budget.

Stopped at all the fireworks stands in Eagleville today. This was the best in my opinion. The owner was there and took his time to talk fireworks with us. He also could have easily price gouged on firework shells and did not. We priced vs the competition and he was below anything the larger (Shelton) had to offer. I'll be back next year for the 3rd time! Support your local business owners!

I've been buying fireworks in this area for 15+ years and have been to every store here. Fireworks World used to be my favorite, but I think they've slipped.Pros:+Good selection, not as large as Shelton's+Good prices, equal to or lower than most+Friendly staff+Spin the wheel to win a price (usually only worth a couple bucks)Cons:-Used to stuff your bag with more free goodies. Now, not so much. We typically spend $300-$400 here, and still only got our $2 free wheel spin items. Shelton's across the road offers 20% in free extra items and YOU get to pick them out from the whole store.-Manual cash register, like an 80s adding machine, no line item descriptions. No way to know they rung it up correctly, and I do think they overcharged at our last visit.

I'm a trucker from cali, stopped here to buy fireworks for my 6 year old daughter n myself...the young guy in staff was very helpful,as he explained everything...Im not much into fireworks,so he helped a lot... I have been coming here since I was 16 (I am now 42). I live in Des Moines, IA and could just buy fireworks here. However, if your wanting expert advice, great prices, and a friendly staff. Drive the 75 mins it takes and buy your fireworks here instead. I tried the tents/stands in Iowa. The difference??? Iowa stands/ppl working there are like a high school sports team vs Tim and staff representing a “pro” team.Thanks again for all your help today. See you next year!
