There is a woman that's name is Danielle? Her name tag says it anyway but she is AWESOME!!She goes above and beyond for customer service and she deserves a raise FR!! She such a nice sweet person no matter the problem in the store (and trust me, there is CRAZY PROBLEMS in that store!!) But she is what others should look up to as for customer service bc she does it ALL and does it RIGHT!!!♥️

So I went into the store today to purchase a few items. At checkout time I wanted to use my DG cash from my app... Well the guy that was working didn't know what to do so he went and got Tina!! Need less to say, she made me feel like I stole the cash that I earned on my DG app... I don't know if she was having a bad day or what but she had a nasty attitude...

If you need a date with your significant other, or maybe you need a get away alone, you will find this Dollar General a gold mind in good deals as well as some item that you cant find anywhere else. Along with things that just dont seem right but make you laugh and take a photo to share.. my wife went back and bought. Friends thought the pic was photo shopped.. come on laugh a little life is funny that away!!!

Staff is rude and not helpful.I come to this one, as it’s close to my job, but I hate coming here.No one ever says anything to you, even the cashier.Terrible customer service.I’ll probably start going somewhere else.

Had a woman working inside that was extremely rude on Friday. It was almost the end of the day and she looked to be the only one working in the whole store. Very loud. Very obnoxious. And clearly didn’t know how to do her job, as she said many times to every customer in line “I don’t know what I’m doing”. Sad that in these desperate times dollar general is hiring anyone and everyone. This has ruined my preference of shopping here and I definitely will not be returning.

I changed my rating due to the fact that I bought some things other day that were 75% off and they charged me half price! .... And full price on other things that was half off I bought fever medicine for one of my children and it was supposed to be half off and it was full price when I paid for it.... Not one of digital coupons either!!!! It was marked half off and shovel and rakes have 75% off on sign next to cashier and plus me and my child had to pick up all the things that was outside because the wind was blowing them everywhere and when I am informed them bout this they said who cares

This is the 1st time I've been in one of the Dollar General stores and was actually able to get down aisles and was greeted by employees. I was amazed. I hope this store stays like this. All Dollar General stores can learn from this stores customer service.

The manager is rude almost everytime we go in. She has a bad atitude an is the worst person that works there. She told another co worker she couldnt break my 100$ bc she didnt feel like it. Rude rude rude thats what she is.

I like going there for the most part but some of the employees are kinda rude and are very short with customers the manager is really nice but really could use a new night shift person to take the place of one of the lady's that works evenings

Their coolers are typically very unclean. The coolers are so gross that at times you can smell the funk in the air. Music too loud in some areas. By too loud I mean you need eat plugs.

Crowded store, stock carts in aisles hard to find what you need manuvering around blocked aisles.
