They need to work on customer service! Staff isn't very friendly. They often act put upon to assist with loading feed. It seems like none of them enjoy their job or dealing with the public.After being a 25 to 30 year customer I was very unhappy to have to fill out a credit application. I have excellent credit, and have never not paid an elevator bill. Certainly didn't make me feel valued or appreciated.

I called to try and set up a MO state inspection so I can get my car transferred to MO. No one seemed happy to work there as the last person I talked to gave me a bad attitude because I was referred by a couple of people so I was making sure I got the right person the shop next to this place . He kept giving me a bad attitude when he found out that he was talking through a sign language interpreter (I’m deaf) and didn’t believe that I lived in Drexel and my Street was only a block away. I tried to schedule an appointment but he insisted he is the only one to set up appointments....i work a full time job then I offered early Friday. He said no only me that set up appointments then he hung up. Because of his rudeness, I’m taking my business to an auto shop in a bigger town. Please learn to be friendly to people with differences.

Got some feed for cattle and horses from them. Was standing at the tailgate to help load. "Man" that brought it out was completely rude. Had my arms stretched out to grab it from him and he intentionally dropped it and walked away. Ok, maybe a mistake. Nope. Came back with more, again, I tried to help out. He threw it over my head into the truck. I thanked him and told him I appreciated him. He never said a word and stormed off. Trying to give local businesses my business. After that, won't use them again.
