This is the worst dollar general I've ever been to and I've been to many all over the us! Staff is very rude. To announce closing they yell across the store as loud and rudely as they can that they are about to close also they are always just standing around when there is a giant line of people and only one register open. The store is a wreck always a mess really needs some improvement... not being rude just telling the honest truth.. I hate going there but sometimes it's my only choice and trust me it's always the last resort.

The Dollar general in Doniphan would be a great store if they'd fix the bathroom and have more than one register that works. I hate going there even though I love the products because I always have to wait at least 15-20 minutes in the checkout line because only one register works and they don't have a bathroom. I've had to leave my stuff in the checkout line to go to another store to use the bathroom. Now I try to shop elsewhere so I don't get in that situation. And I'm complaining about these problems because nothing is getting done. The bathroom has been out of order for at least 6 months and the registers have been down for over a month. It's very frustrating.

Hard to get very fast service here as they normally only have one person checking at a time, however the person's working are very friendly and egar to help but the company in general I don't believe care about their customers or the community in which they conduct business. They only want to make a profit. How much DO they give back to the communities they are in or to their customers? Anyone know? More importantly. How much do they give back to their own employees? Are the employees of value to the company? What have they done to help lesson the spread of covid 19? For customers or employees safety?

I had a full cart of stuff to buy and ask to use the restroom. Cashier told me no I could go down to Dollar Tree and use the restroom there. Mmm... guess I can spend my money some where else too.... enjoy putting the stuff back.

Not enough help shelves not stock and wait 5 and 8 people in line . Yet i can drive 22 miles to a well stocked very busy store get checked out and people help find things in store. Why cant Doniphan do that? I like dollar general just managment at doniphan lacking and employees way lack of.

I feel this DG does not keep enough stock on hand, mainly of the sale items. It is a small store. I do feel this store could do better in a larger location and expand their stock.

They have the rudest employees and management ever i walked with my 6 year old disabled son in 9 1/2 inches of snow and freezing conditions i had a duffel bag to carry our groceries home with i asked the girl at the register if i needed to leave my bag with her she said no and then followed me around the store like i was going to steal something They had 3 employees in the store and i had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come check me out when i was telling the girl that was ridiculous the manager that i have complained against to corporate 3 times banned me. This is the only store in a 40 mile radius of my rural home. I am a us army vet!! Very disappointed in this company!!!!!

Liking the digital coupon and soda sales. Staff is much nicer and actually will open a second register when busy now. Good improvements at this store.

They are by far the rudest empolyees I've ever encountered!!! I've been to the other two locations surrounding me, and they are nothing alike. I got the feeling like I was bothering them and I won't waste my money on them!!!!

Items that were "on sale" or "buy 3 get this product free" were not in stock. Aisles were so cluttered you couldn't get through with a shopping cart.
