I appreciate this store, but need to see better, healthier options brought in! Local produce, greens for salads, better fruits and veg, and a higher quality of food is needed. The prices are high, which prevents many people from getting what they need, but customer service is terrific.

Great selection of just about anything. Prices are fair for a local grocery store with great deals to cut you a break, definitely worth checking out and grabbing a quick snack, simple meals, or a specialty frozen item.

I shop here, because it's the closest supermarket to me.I understand that the prices will be slightly higher - not great, but I can deal with that.I'd really love to give them a higher rating, but I can't do a complete shopping trip here.I need organic produce choices.Clean foods as much as possible.I am grateful for the things that they DO have, and I will add that the employees have always gone above and beyond for me. Very nice people!

Mark the Butcher was very pleasant and helpful as well as the younger Butcher. The other employees throughout the store were pleasant as well. Everyone greeting you with a smile. Nice to see!

I was shopping today at Country Mart and I literally had to go through all my items because I found stuff that’s been expired and if it was by a few days then fine I could understand but one item had been expired since 2021! So, if you’re going to shop here I HIGHLY RECOMMEND checking your items and their expiration date.

Dont waste your time drive to aldi or walmart like David tells everybody around town outside of work! Then he goes and collects a paycheck from CM weekly! 😅

I am absolutely appalled at the treatment we received. We are in the biggest UHAUL available with a trailer attached hauling another vehicle. This alone is very stressful. We stopped at this store to fuel up and let our dog out for a bit and take a minute to check on our cargo. We pulled away from the pump way over to the north east corner/curve to be out of everyone's way to do that. We spent $130 and there maybe 30 minutes and a chubby reddish haired glasses wearing female came out and told us we needed to leave because we would be blocking the trucks! Which we made sure we were out of anyone's way. Needless to say we will never be back and that woman should be fired! A prime example of how NOT TO TREAT YOUR PAYING CUSTOMERS! Disgusted ...take our money and told to leave.

I had trouble finding the citronella candles so I asked one of the lady workers and she took me to it and even offered to show me some other kinds that they had. Customer service >5 stars. A young man bizarre checker and he was so fast that I was sure that there was mistakes on my receipt. No mistakes! Speed and accuracy >5 stars!

Customer Service is top notch in the Dixon Store. Understandably so, It is hard for a smaller chain of grocers to compete with larger chains on prices and variety.Meat packages per lb are less in the 5/$25 deal and the variety rarely changes. However, the meat department accepts specialized orders to fit your family's needs and the meat is fresh.Parking could easily be enforced. I was almost hit by a car as i walked across a NO PARKING lane in front of the store where a customer "ran in for a minute" and didn't see me. Manager stated they do not enforce it. I am small and couldn’t even imagine what would happen if this could have been a child. So they should definitely enforce the no parking areas for liability and public safety.The convience store is wonderful bonus! Gas and Cigarettes are competitively priced with the area and incentive program is a plus!This is a small town store with great friendly service!

It is usually well stocked and easy to navigate. The staff are friendly and helpful . Speedy checkout. They have a better Variety then most of your small grocery stores. Prices are comparable for a rural area.

Finally, there are more great alternative products like coconut flour and almond flour.You can bake Wonderful food with these items. Forget the wheat.

I used to rave on the freshness, quality, and value in the meat department. I frequently took advantage of their complimentary custom cutting and packaging service where regardless of who was working my order was always fulfilled expertly. Now I struggle to find a decent looking pack of pork chops and the custom service I received wasn't even close to how I asked them to do it. I am also disgusted to see way too much meat marked down on the verge of spoilage because I know that the expense of such waste will work it's way into prices elsewhere. I'm seeing a similar pattern of waste in the produce section. As I checked out recently a couple employees wandered aimlessly past the registers, one looking at his phone. I felt like that was unprofessional but realized they could be on break, however before she even finished ringing me up my cashier stopped to get on her phone too. This is a far cry from the skilled, competent service I was used to from our store. It's quite disappointing.

It's convenient closest grocery store within 15 miles, it has pharmacy, an convenient an gas store, now ace hardware is attached, they have nice cuts meats, weekly sales, deli.prices are very reasonable..most cashiers very friendly an willing to help, the 4 start is because counter help is very poor, an couple of them is very very slow,I have gotten spoiled meat but just like any store that happens
