Worst Casey’s store I’ve seen in my entire life! When I say the management is lazy, that’s an understatement! They never have a good enough stock! No napkins, no cups in stock and at times there’s absolutely nothing in the deli freezer! The new young kids that work there bring the most to that store! This store is a complete disappointment to everybody in Dixon!! I don’t spend my money there anymore and advise other people not to!

This store is the biggest disappointment in town. The newer staff are quite pleasant, and the only reason I chose to give this 2 stars over 1, so they’ll be spared on this review .I have traveled all over Missouri and neighboring states, visiting Casey’s stores all around after drinks and food.The store in Dixon, I believe, is the worst one I’ve visited out of them all.Drink coolers are CONSTANTLY empty, while the cooler is piled ceiling high in the back with unstocked drinks. Personally I’ve spent almost two weeks walking in to the cooler for a specific drink that couldn’t seem to make its way to the shelves from the shipping flats, just feet away from where they belong. Not to mention, there’s stock constantly piled in the floor all around the store, day and night.Food is constantly lacking at all times of day. Whether it be for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or just a snack, you’ll be lucky to ever find any fresh “grab n go” food ready to go, that’s if it even looks edible. Constantly sold out of PIZZA, the company’s flagship. Today, at 12:30, I was lucky to get the last piece, and it appeared no more was coming up. I can’t count the number of times I’ve swung by, at many various times throughout the days, to find the pizza and food warmers empty.Management or ownership really needs to step up, and get this store fixed. The community deserves better. But for the last 2/3+ years, this has been the most disappointing Casey’s I’ve visited, consistently.Unfortunately there’s no other stations in town that serve any food, or I’d completely avoid it. Maybe one day I’ll be able to get food and drinks on a regular basis, without wishing for the best and getting lucky when I walk in. It’s a gamble every day as to what you will, or will not, find in this store.

This is my hometown Casey’s, so we go there often. Last night we ordered pizza, hot wings, and breadsticks. We got home to find that they hot wings were not sauced at all and our pizza order wasn’t correct. This was the second time the order was messed up. We understand people make mistakes, but the frequency of the subpar food makes me want to drive out of town for pizza night.

Have tried to order pizza from this place 3 times recently and the wait times were 100 minutes twice and this time 70 minutes, just for a freaking pizza in dixon Missouri of all places. I can literally drive to a different town , order a pizza, and have it before this "caseys" can make one.. smh. Long story short I took my business somewhere else. Never seen a "caseys" with as many issues as this one.

This place is an utter mess. Take my recommendation and stay far away!The last three times I ordered food I have gotten calls to cancel due to the store being out of stock of ingredients. This time was the worst. As there was a second sandwich, I went in to get the one they could make. No manager on site. The tall, thin, young kid in a black shirt and red baseball cap started shouting at me that I had been rude and he would be telling the manager about me in the morning. He said he hoped I got banned from the store for life and that he had cancelled the other sandwich as he was refusing service. He refused to give his name.If you like not getting what you ordered and having some kid with no authority cancel your order for no good reason, this is the place for you. If, on the other hand, you want good service, keep far, far away! I don’t know if this is normal operating procedure for Casey’s, but I don’t plan to find out. Casey’s is off my list of places to shop.

Nice Convenience Store in Dixon MissouriThis is a nice one stop store for all your gas, food, snacks and convenience store needs.I place a special order every few weeks and the friendly staff has never let me down!For a fast paced store with limited staff they seem to keep it running smooth. Shelves are stocked, checkout is easy and they always have a good selection of last minute grab n go needs👍

The worst Casey's I have ever been to. This Caseys used to be great but for the past year it's been terrible.Go in almost any time of the day or evening for a slice or two of pizza and the pizza bin is always empty. If you want pizza you have to order it. They just don't keep the pizza stocked or other hot food for that matter. Breakfast foods are the same way.Ants crawling all over the place also... just freakin nasty.I've been to many Casey's as I travel alot and no other Casey's have been like the one in Dixon.

This place is the laughing stock of all Casey's. Ordered a sub online , show up to get it, and I'm informed that they don't make subs after 8pm. So I drove there for nothing. That's the latest in 3 years worth of disappointment. Expect disappointment with the possibility of hepatitis.

For being the only place in town to get pizza, they really need better training on time management, and customer service skills. This is the 4th time I have ordered pizza to be told it would be ready in 25 minutes, wait 25 minutes just to be told they are just starting my pizza, I understand busy, however they are not and havent been any of the times the cook hasnt properly advised a good wait time. Management needs to have more oversight

Nothing spectacular. Run of the mill C-Store. No bells or whistles. Wanted jelly filled donuts for morning but was told we couldnt get any till 3am or take home frozen. Made fresh daily my butt! Just unthawed.

The best and only pizza place in town. Definitely better than Caesars and Dominos,and the staff is much friendlier so if it's pizza you crave Casey's is the spot.

I ordered a pizza on 1 172020 when my pizza got here it was way undercooked greasy and stuck to the box because it was underdone called the store and was told I had to bring the pizza back in to get a refund mind you it's freezing rain outside Angela the manager needs to be fired
