Very rude and poor customer service!! I took my dog there this last time and they told my husband that if we needed help re-homing our dog they would help us and that going a whole year without being groomed/hair cut is way too long. Even though I told them on the phone when I made the appointment she has been to cape for a groom/cut since she has last seen them due to working in cape M-F. Not only did they try to tell us we needed to rehome our dog THE OWNER MESSAGED OUR SISTER IN LAW AND SAID SHAME ON JADE AND TYLER!! Very unprofessional and not a way to run a business!!! I HIGHLY suggest going somewhere else!!!

One of the girls is very condescending and shamed my husband and I because I brought our dog in for a hair cut. His hair was very matted and I mentioned to one of them that we had lost our home and he had to stay with a relative of mine and that’s why his hair was so bad. I was upset my relative did not brush my dogs curly hair. But I did not want to lose my dog so I had no other choice but to leave him there while we sorted out our living situation. The oldest/tallest girl shamed me in a very passive aggressive way more than once even though I was bringing him to GET IT FIXED! And on more than one occasion we had issues with overcharging, neglecting to inform us of early closing (got an attitude with my husband over it because they neglected to inform us of leaving early), and also let my dog come home covered in pee once. The fake nice has to stop if you want customers to return. And if you are trying to help dogs, maybe don’t shame your customers who are bringing them in to have them taken care of because you don’t know someone’s situation. I will NOT be returning.

The first time I took my dog here I was overcharged the original price they told me it would be, I let it slide because my dog is hyper and was surely a handful. They did trim between his eyes and his private area but that’s all I could see they managed to do.The second time we were running late and the employees were not cooperative, were not helpful over the phone or in person and hung up on me. I wish I would’ve had a better experience because the atmosphere seemed very nice but we will not be going back.

One of my dogs came home with a large Nick on his leg all three came home smelling like wet dirty dogs, Time before last all three came home with kennel cough !! This time all three came home sick and throwing up !!!!!

New owners. Friendly courteous service. Take my two Maltese there. They always look great and comfortable when I pick them up. The prices are reasonable; and since my dogs are calm and comfortable when I pick them up; I know they are easy while handling them. Highly recommend!!

One of the ladies will add her tip onto the charges without telling you. Not everyone can afford a $25 tip. And then be manipulated into paying a 15 fee BEFORE the next visit is even scheduled. I will not be returning.

We've taken our 2 Morkies to them a few times. They always do an excellent job. One of our littles is terrified of everything, but he does great. That tells me how great they are with our furbabies❤️

The girls did great job with Roscoe. Diffently will use them everytime. I cant do any of it at home.Rates very reasonable. Trimmed his face and nails $10.
