I'm partial because I've worked here for 2.5 years now, and it has been one of my favorite jobs ever. I love what I do and I love my co-workers, and I'd like to say to anyone who may be reading this, we genuinely care.We care that you are in our store and we want you to be happy and return. Sometimes we may not have the things you need, and unfortunately those problems are sometimes out of our control. But I assure you, we will do our best to get things stocked in a timely manner.We will always do our best to accommodate you and give you a one-on-one personal experience. We love to go above and beyond for our customers so they leave happy and feel valued.We appreciate our regulars and we love gaining new customers. Always great customer service, especially the manager! She goes above and beyond for her customers even when she is busy and understaffed, and never lets it affect her work.

Basically just like Dollar General store. Prices and products about the same. Also they have ( just like DG) carts full of inventory blocking aisles due to being understaffed. I still say, the government handouts at the onset of covid, have hindered many people from even attempting to get a job.

Filthy, messy, unorganized, product all over the place. Employees outside in front of store smoking and on phone for long periods of time, instead of doing their job. Been there twice, both times it has looked like that. I am surprised they do any business, I was glad what I needed was in a sealed bag or I would have driven to Wally world instead. I cant believe a store manager can have pride in the way that store looks, I would be embarrassed. I know I would be looking for more employees that would care a little more.

It was hard to get around but they had just received a large shipment and the employees were working hard to get it on the shelf.mymomalways said if you can't some things nice keep your mouth shut I agree with Mom.

Attentive, Interacting and extremely helpful employees. other stores in the Dexter don't even kno how to pronounce attentive b'cuz their so inattentive to the customers needs.. Point Blank.. Tremendously pitiful .. From Wal-Mart to the Do4llar Store . (which literally is from one end of town to the other end of bloody ol' Dexter

Had very nice lady to check me out today & advise me of sale but store is still a cluttered mess & dirty. Can't hardly get thru store & clothes are so tight in rod that its almost impossible to look at them. Awful!!!

This was one of the better Family Dollars I've been to. Very nice staff. Aisles are to cramped for 2 carts to fit down but it is well kept.

Im so glad that family dollar in Dexter is having people wear facemask. It will help protect shoppers and the nice employees who work there. Im glad this store cares enouch to help stop the spread or slow down the spread of this Covid19 virus..Thank you!!!

Probably just me but I find it a little hard to find things in the store. I don't go there that often to know what aisle I need to get what I'm looking for.
