My very first time of having our new Goldendoodle groomed, and Shannon and staff were very friendly, courteous, and kind to me & our Lollie Doodle!! I also appreciated the text with pics, letting me know how our girl was doing and when they were finished. I will be using them again!

The staff are very helpfull and friendly. They took very good care of my dachshund while he got his nails clipped. He doesn't take to getting his paws touched. They took him in and treated him like family. Withing five minutes I had him back and services were paid. If you are looking for the right people to attend to your families needs, then this is the place to go. I belive they do it all from grooming to overnight stays. I will be recommending them to everyone I know. THANK YOU!

I didn't catch her name. I took my patches who looked like a homeless ragamuffin. Matted hair. Just a mess. Patches is totally blind. They done her all up without hurting her . I will be taking her back so she doesn't get in such a mess again. Can't thank them enough!!!

I've taken my Siberian here 3 times in the past year or so. I called set an appointment yesterday for today. Then I got a call an hour and a half from the appointment time saying they cant groom my dog. Reasoning behind it was he bite or is to big for the girl to handle. Huskies like to bite at water they think it is fun. Also that he breaks the kennels. He doesnt do this at home or anywhere else. They also complained that he barks ummm hes a dog that's around other animals hes gonna talk to them. I tried to tell the lady that jax is completely non aggressive. So I ended up taking him else where and guess what they didnt have an ounce of trouble out of him. I was never told after the other times when I picked him up that he had caused any trouble. Also the lady at k9 said he was to big for the small.girl that works there to control. Well the lady I took him there instead was about a 3rd my size. She handled him just fine.. so to my conclusion by prosses of elimination they just didnt want to do the work and fabricated an entire story shaming my dog because they didnt want to do the work. I would have been happy to pay for the more work. I think they just like to do small dogs cause.its fast money... please big dog owners and long coat owners do not take your dogs here.. there is a way better place in dexter across from Walmart.

My dog is shy and can be snappy, but Shannon did a wonderful job and had him giving her kisses by the time we picked him up.

I took my friends little poodle mix there. The girl told me I could come back in two hours to get her. I came back after the two hours and they still didnt have her started. The gray headed lady talk to me awful. Said I've dealt with u b4. N we have always have an issue. And I looked at that lady n said. No ma'am. U are mistaken. I dont usually take my friends dog. N she called me a liar. Well Idk what that lady was talking about but. I told her not to disrespect me. N she said it's the same thing over n over??????. Idk what she was talking about. But I called my friend and told her what she told me. My friend called up there. N ask what was going on. She told my friend she would bring her home. When she was done. And my friend called me and said they left her hair uneven. And didnt do her tail or ears. Just for anyone looking for a place to take your fur babies to be groomed. Well DON'T. The lady there was very disrespectful and I use to buy clothes for my fur baby there. Well never AGAIN!. I will drive elsewhere. So I can get better service. Without all the disrespect. What a sorry woman, That works or owns the place.!!

I've been going here a long time and service is not as good as it used to be. Groomer didn't do a very good job and had an attitude. She didn't call the correct number to notify me my dog was ready. She laughed about it.
