Handicap parking is a joke. Electric carts not fully charged or they're aren't any electric carts around at all. People being rude.Can't find anything you need or want because they keep changing the shelves around or they have discontinued items, but it's still advertised on the app as being in the store. Plus you have to do your own checkout.They remodeled, put extra lanes in to hire people to check you out but they won't open the lanes but maybe 2. 3 lanes if you're lucky.You have to do it yourself.The store needs new manual wheelchairs that actually work. New electric carts that actually work.They have the money, put it to good use.

The auto center here sucks. I paid for a tire plug, they "fixed it" twice. Yet, both times I had to come back because it was still not fixed. And, I waited no less than 2.5 hours each time. But..the store itself is good.

Beyond rude workers. Stood in an aisle for 15 minutes pressing the assistance button then decided to go to the front desk ladies to ask for help and ALL THREE of them completely ignored me like I was invisible as I stood there asking for their help. THE most unprofessional people I've ever dealt with.

Jeannie is one of the funniest and upbeat cashiers in Desloge Walmart. Whenever she is working at the register I go to her instead of self check out Always have, Always will... Unless she gets fired, or quits, and of course I can't go to her register on her day off so I suppose I'll have to shop on the days she is working. Did I mention that Jeannie is totally cool?

This is the better of the two Walmarts in the parkland area. Compared to Farmingtons Walmart, the one in Desloge is much bigger, better organized and has a larger assortment of items. Overall the store is very good. Most aisles are pretty wide. They have quite a large selection of items across the store. Workers have always been friendly when I have shopped there. They usually have a lot of holiday stuff left over after the holiday happens. Cashiers are friendly and helpful and are quick too. Wait times for checking out are not bad at all. Great store.

Walmart's a solid choice, no doubt. The layout's user-friendly, and they've got everything you could think of. Prices? Totally reasonable. From groceries to gadgets, it's a one-stop-shop. Online shopping options? Super handy.

I felt accused by the greeter when I had to show receipt sent to phone and wait for it to be examined before I could leave. I've never felt that way any other time when being asked about receipt. Felt like the digital receipt threw him off. I assume I was asked because I didn't have a bag or paper receipt. Only had a large bag of chicken feed and a tape gun.

This place is really cool. The personnel most of them are attentive and always helpful. There are your bad apples , but not enough to make your experience a bad one. I attributed to the management doing there best to hire good people. 3 stars is ok, you will never be a five stars because that will require stellar service, organization and maybe rebranding, because to be honest most items are not of the highest quality standards. But overall you will have a satisfying experience.

Just sat on the phone with the electronics department for 20 mins the first 10 I waited for a response about a corner tv mount they said they have one I asked just to double check before driving out to get it that it was in fact a corner mount and not a flat she didnt know so she had to double check and she put me on hold and never came back. :)

The store is clean. The employees are nice. I like this Walmart. I still do not like self checkout, but the lines are so long for the 1 or 2 cashiers. Please bring back the cashiers.

Store has really gone down hill in terms of diversity of items. Shelves are stuffed with 3 rows of the exact same product. I shop at another Walmart when possible just so I can have a selection to choose from.1/5/24- Store still seems to have product management problems. I find items I purchase frequently being out of stock for months on end.

I bought the wrong oil for my truck. I wanted to trade it for the right grade of oil. The return clerk said it couldn't done because I didn't have a receipt. She was thinking cash refund. That's not what I wanted. So I told them to throw it in the trash cause it wasn't doing me any good. I would really like to know what they done with it. As a result I will never shop at Walmart ever again.

Has everything you need even has those toothpicks you put in those tiny weiners at a sexy party. Knock knock who's there ? Its me let me in already its cold outside and these skin tight pleated pants are not the warmest . So let this guy in so he can get his funky white boy self grove on (kinda like little foot does in land before time but at the same time nothing like that at all cause one is a person and ones a story about a dinosaurs crazy journey). So at the end of the night he can go home all alone and bathe in his own tears till he falls asleep thinking how he had just had the best night ever and how his new best friend and him were getting their eyebrows pierced in the morning and then St. Louis bread for lunch sounds yummy.# Jesus had a pet dinosaur.

Literally don’t ever work here it’s a joke. The team leads have favorites and don’t even try to hide it. There’s only one good team lead in the whole store. My last day is in 3 days and I’ve never been more excited to leave. I feel ignored, forgotten. Ur just there to make them look good

Management must be asleep at the wheel, they need to see how their cashier's act when ringing customers up, aside from just a few, the rest are rude, uncarring and could care less if you are there, I guess they don't know how to acknowledge people or even speak, I really hate going to this Walmart, sure wish a Target would open up down here, wake up managers

3 months ago I had bought 4 tires almost 500 dollars I'm still waiting here at Walmart for a warranty tire what's the point of road hazard if they are going to ✋️ prorate the tire and charge u for a tire

I leave full shopping carts there all the time. Went there again today with a full a shopping cart left it at self-checkout. Walmart has horrible customer serviceDollar General here I come

Less and less cashiers and more and more personal shoppers. It's gotten to the point that there are more Walmart staff shopping for the online orders than there are customers. If you don't like the self checkout be prepared for a ten to thirty minute wait to check out.

Like any other department store this one has up and downs. Some of customer service people are very rude and not helpful. Other than that it's hard to get someone to open locked med for dogs. Cashiers seem nice and bag checkers at door seem to target certain people. Again it's not everyone but some out in public service need to be behind scenes instead

Proud of our Walmart Super Center. It has come such a long way in the last 10 years. I believe it is up to par now and the Great Value brand is super affordable for this area. I like to say, "If Walmart doesn't have it, I don't need it."

My opinion sometimes the taxes are little outrageous better get package deal when taxes are high and when inventory is done everything is moved makes more difficult find if needed something for emergency I understand do that get more people interested into buying more stuff but dam trying find it all over again is ridiculous

We were checking out in the self checkout. I accidentally scanned a thing of cheese twice. I Asked the girl who was working to cancel the item and she cancelled the entire thing. We were almost finished. I noticed after scanning a few more items. So I asked her if there was any way to bring it back. And she scanned her badge and cancelled the whole thing again. We just left. Walmart is getting ridiculous.
