I want to rave on Kayla and her team. There was a misunderstanding and they helped me, near closing time, find a location with the Medication my dog needed that night. Thank you so much, I don’t know if she will see this but she’s amazing. -Louis’ family

Joke of a pharmacy. Called in 25 minutes before close and KATIE answered, put me on hold for 10 minutes, I hung up and called back she preceded to put me on hold again without even asking. Hung up and called back again, same KATIE girl answered. Had to speak to a manager because of her attitude about me having to blurt out not to put me on hold and to give the phone to a manager. By the time I finally got her to pick up it was 1 minute before close so I was unavailable to pick up my medicine. This was straight up call avoidance because KATIE didn’t wanna have to take a phone call 25 minutes before close. This girl needs to be fired and if I see her working next time I’m in the store I will no longer be using this pharmacy. Absolutely disrespectful.

Getting my diabetes supplies and insulin here was a nightmare. I kept telling them that one of my supplies wasn’t run thru the insurance correctly and no one would listen or even try to figure out what was going on. Switched to Pharmax and they immediately saw the root issue and had it fixed in less than 24 hours. Maybe the staff needs more training or they just don’t care or they may be too busy. But all I can say is Pharmax is also super busy and they don’t even blink an eye and I have my meds and issues resolved or can at least explain why something is the way it is. Walmart pharmacy seems to be too concerned with getting people in, out and done.

Some of the most knowledgeable and caring pharmacists and techs work here! If you had a long wait…well, it’s a pharmacy. They’re probably chronically understaffed and very busy, but please be sure that they are working very hard to serve you.

It's a pharmacy! Not much to say about it. Shame they don't seem to ever schedule enough people to handle customers, always seems to be a line. The employees are nice though as expected, the pharmacists I've talked to seem to know their stuff as well. Rating would be higher but the line waiting time is a tad excessive IMO

Most of the time you have to stand in a line that is not so quick to dissipate. The problem with reviews is that I'm not sure if my rating should be 3 stars or 5 stars. On the one hand, this pharmacy is probably no worse than other pharmacies, on the other hand, the lines suck. I'll split the difference...
