I have been with Gateway going on a year now and when I say I have received exceptional customer service from Debbie I mean it! In fact my grandmother decided to cancel her insurance and go with Gateway because Debbie took the time out of her day to find great coverage, $$ cheaper, and explain the coverages within the policy and answer all of my grandmothers questions. If I have any questions or concerns Debbie has always got back with me either that day or the next. Will absolutely recommend anyone to her!

When I realized how much I was paying for my homeowners insurance, and for my car insurance combined, it was twice as much as what I pay for my personal property taxes here in Missouri. I began to ask around some friends at church, and my pastor had given me the phone number of Debbie Hammor. Who is an agent and works for Gateway Insurance Network. I phoned her and went over the details of what I had been paying for and she quickly helped me to realize where I was being covered and where I was lacking in coverage. She explained things to me that I had no idea of with insurance, she told me she would call me back with quotes, and it didn’t take her very long to do that. She had the best offers, the best prices in the best coverage is that I hadn’t even thought of. The insurance that I got from her cost much less than what I had been quoted by an insurance company I had had for 12 years. . I feel totally comforted in knowing that everything that I have now is covered with insurance, and I am paying much less than I’ve ever paid before even with the prices that have gone up with other insurance companies.
