I'm editing my review because they got a new manager and workers in- and it's amazing. They're all friendly and the store is a lot better organized. The new manager did a complete reorganization and there's hardly ever a mess in there now- and when there is it's from customers digging through things and not putting them back. The staff fix it as soon as they can.Even the random Dollar Aisle is kept stacked nicely.I'm in this Dollar General at least twice a week. The staff is hands down great, superior service.

I was told to leave the store because of my backpack purse. First, that is profiling and poor business practices. I'm 45yrs old, and have had 2 emergency back surgeries. I cannot carry a regular purse on my shoulder. If you are so worried about people stealing...maybe hire some employees to work and watch cameras when the store is open. Don't take it out on your customers.

Great prices on some art supplies. Shelves were stalked well, pretty cleanly, but checkout line can get very claustrophobic. I dont think it's an entirely safe ordeal, the last time I came in I ended up leaving after seeing how packed everyone was in a tight line.

The staff and management are super sweet and attentive. Very clean. Aisles are a tad cramped, some aisles could accommodate a wheel chair some probably a tight squeeze. Wheel chair ramp accessible, front row handy cap parking. Parking lot well maintained in the icy and snowy months. Good selections of products

Store us ALWAYS hard to navigate because there are racks of product in nearly every isle. As a customer, I should not have to move a 400 lb cart of dog food out of my way in order to get what I need. The manager is great, but dg needs to have a dedicated truck team to put away incoming product.

Very clean and customer service is good. I got what I needed and was content. This is a very organized store and i really enjoy the layout of it as well. They had everything I needed and more. I will be back soon and thank you for adding one just like it in Elvins, MO as well. Came in handy a couple of times already!

Very nice person working behind the desk. Prices are a bit higher than Walmart. But that's not the workers fault. There just doing there job. The store is very unorganized and very needing much help of cleaning but that again its not the workers fault because they don't hire enough people to actually allow the complete work that needs to be done to be done. One woman or man cannot do five different jobs. So since they have customers coming in pretty often they can't know where due to jobs at the same time so while they're checking out the people so they can get them out of the store so that people can get where they need to get going they can't be cleaning the store and organizing the items so in another words they got not enough people and too much work to happen again not the people's fault that's working there it's the Corporation that is in charge of Dollar General that should be getting off their lazy butt using money and paying people to do the job while the other people are able to do their job Dollar General is going up a lot in many places like 20 minutes apart this is a good thing but stop by in stores long enough to put some people to work so the Dollar generals won't be so cluttered. One major thing that I cannot stand that is involved in the store is when you get to the checkout you got to go around a large stupid maze to get to the checkout to pay for your items that makes it very cluttery for the people to be able to stand six feet apart it makes it very close for comfort and in the way there's not enough room in that store to have that kind of setup. So basically what I am saying hire some people pay them the right amount of money that can clean up the store and make it look good and let the other people that are doing the behind the desk checking out the paperwork versus stalking the shelves you don't have enough people for that hire some people clean up the organization of the store. Lower some prices. I honestly think that you ended go a better way and you would probably be a lot more of organized if you have a lot more people working for you and put some more items in there it wouldn't hurt to get some stores over here in Iron mountain Lake area. I am happy to shop at Dollar General but it's really upsetting and a very tight shopping situation because of the unorganizing place because you don't hire enough people thank you and have a very blessed day

Newer store, but store is cluttered and messy. Many customers in the checkout line, and only one extremely hateful, rude cashier. Attitude like that, at a Dollar General??? How can a newer store become that messy and dirty so quickly??? Obviously the management and staff don't give a hoot, but yet "someone" gave them a job. Needs great improvement before I darken this store's doorstep again!!!

Great staff. I will say that I see way to many empty slots where products should be. Often, I can not buy what I need as shelves are empty. This is a relatively new store and manager says they don't order, but the home office does. Really frustrating. Thanks

This dollar store in Desloge is the BEST dollar store I've ever been to. I've met the manager and he's awesome and I will seen him with his employees and he makes work fun for them. Maybe that's how he has the best store around. Even when it was the old store thing we're put up and in their place. I rate this Dollar Store #1. And I'll drive to that one verse's the one closest to me. I highly recommend this specific store.

The worst store i gave ever visited. I had a full cart on January 11th, 2020 and the female and male that were working made comment everyone should be at home instead of shopping, they began yelling throughout the store 45 minutes before closing to make our way to front of store. At 30 minutes before closing they were coming to us personally there were an elderly lady with a younger woman and i for total of 2 carts. They were very unprofessional. I asked each of them for prices on a few items and the man said he didnt know and female stated no clue! I walked out and left cart sitting at 10 minutes before closing due to 3rd personal approach and a wave towards the front of store and the extremely rude and hateful way they treated the other woman due to her card not working properly

This new store is extremely well organized, and very well stocked. The employees are quite friendly and welcoming. Check it out - no doubt you'll be pleased. Some prices are cheaper than Walmart.

a great place to shop! Reasonable prices! Better pricing than Walmart on a lot of comprable items! In fact Dollar General carries many items which Walmart no longer carries and at a lower price than Walmart offered the mat when they did Carry them!

i just went there cause it was close. product was all everywhere. hopefully it was a delilvery day. very clutter and hard to find what i was needing . The time before that i truned around and walked backed out cause of the line had 6 or more custermers and only one cashier..

I absolutely hate Dollar General it's very unorganized and 90% of the people that work there are snobs no matter if it's in Park Hills, Desloge, leadwood,Farmington etc I have not been in a good Dollar General yet half the time they don't have the item you're looking for and the people are stopping and you've got to walk through so much chaos I'm not talking to people I'm talking the floors are not clear there's boxes in front of the shelves or boxes in the middle of the floor it's so unorganized and so unclean

Right off hwy. 67 in Desloge ..... Easy to get in ...and back out in a short amount of time....Brand new store being built as I make these comments ....Wich will be even easier to get to and park .... Nice staff ...proffesional ...Cant go wrong .... Stop in Sometime and Say Hello ...☺
