This is our go-to Dollar General. They have a small produce section that is shockingly the place I find the best avocados locally. Staff is friendly, we’re able to get in and out quickly, and can get what we need without having to go all the way to town.

The man behind the register has no idea what he’s doing. The line was held up while he was doing god knows what & he aborted my transaction & held my things behind the counter while he treated me like a thief in front of the other customers. Meanwhile I have the receipt as proof that I paid & he refused to give me my items.

Updated 02/04/2024 this location was clean for a Saturday night coupon day. The fellas where very patient with me since I was there before work. I was in a hurry.Updated 03./31/2024 I seemed to have the right evening to get Cigarettes. it was nice to see the employees mingling in the parking lot with the locals. I am one of these locals so let's see how today's visit goes

The store manager Katrina is fantastic! Having been in the industry before, she goes well above and beyond what is necessary or required of a store manager. It's nice to see people out there that still care about customers and their job.

Love this store! We try to put as much business through this place as we can, even if it costs a little more, so it stays open. The thought of going back to having to run into town for everything is not a pleasant one. The grandkids like to get a cheap toy when we go - there’s a good selection.

It isn't the biggest DG around but still nice to have. Usually well stocked even with Covid shortages. Would like to see less mess in the parking lots and cleaner baskets/carts but other than that it's a good store.

well this place just lost my business. I've been a frequent customer of this Dollar general for 3 years now and I've never experienced such rudeness until the girl who works the cash register that kind of looks like she's on meth started working there. She's rude to me every time and today I was basically called a liar over a $0.30 coupon that she had on her shelf.terrible customer service. I called to speak to a manager and apparently no one will answer the phone. I am terribly upset about this experience and am sad to say I will not be returning. Maybe drug test your employees before you hire them and have the conversation that they should wait until the customer is out the door before they start gossiping about them.

Employees change over steadily. Isle are always hard to get around. Shelves are stocked with outdated products. It's hard to get help when needed.. They don't seem to care about their disabled customers & they won't stop shoplifters, even when caught red handed. Then put it on the paying customers backs......not fare.

Nice large clean new store. Large variety of items that you do not find in other DG stores. Lots of new inventory put out each day. Very nice gentleman working the register.

It's okay for those who live a little too far out of desoto for walmart, but the staff can be pretty rude and downright lazy. Pretty consistent to see someone with a bad attitude working the registers and GOD FORBID if you call the store with a question they will talk to you like you're cousin bubba whos missing 3 fingers and calling to borrow money to gamble away on those ever alluring hamster fights.

Dollar general carries a lot of everything, a quick in and out store my wife and I shop there all the time we really like the one next to save a lot run in for food and the other for odds and ends.

Since they don't suggest people wear masks i will not be going back in.iim only patronizing businesses with mask policies, will travel to South County to spend my money. Don't care about us don't care about your business

Love dollar general convenient. Not for normal shopping though. You need a couple here and there items. This is the place to grab it there like one every few miles.
