I called 6 different places for birds. They were all over $100 or the place didn't sell birds at all. They had very nice bird cages for $10. The birds were only $20 each. Critters was very helpful for me. The store is on nice-ish shape. (Still fixing it up).

They were extremely rude to me, and kicked me out because they said I took poor care of the animals there. Every pet I'd gotten from there died. It's because they take poor care of them. I took the best care possible of those animals. I heard that the shop has new owners now, so I hope it's in better condition than it was before.- Tabatha

Extremely dirty. Animals are not taken care of. The reptiles rarely have water and seem to not be getting fed. Not a surprise to go there and see a snake with a illness. Their mice/rats have been infested with mites plenty of times. Overall this place is in horrible shape and those poor animals do not have a life being there. Very sad and disappointing. They also sell little babies chicks that are dyed colors like purple/blue/pink at times. Would say don't do business here but these poor animals need a forever home at the same time.

This place is absolutely disgusting. No animal should be living in the conditions that I seen those animals in. Their reptiles are underfed and dehydrated, the snakes are so hot they are all piling into they're waters which is not healthy. They're rodents are thin and underfed as well. They have bunnies in Guinea pig cages which are WAY too small for them. The fish tanks are filthy and overstocked. The birds are in tiny cages that they can barely even stretch their wings in. But the absolute worst part was they're back room where they keep the feeder animals. They have what looked to be a 45 gallon tank filled with rats to where that could even move same with the mice. This place deserves no stars and NEEDA to be shut down and the owners tried for animal cruelty. Disgusting.

They completely messed up an order for me. Not to long ago they where actually good but something happened. I asked for 6 dozen crickets and I only got 3 dozen. Also the small crickets I got they where all medium.

Called to ask prices about lizards and was yelled at to come and look and hung up on. will not be buying anything from here. VERY RUDE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
