Wow, this place gone to sheet after TA acquired it. Brand 24/7 cigarettes was $20 a carton before and now it's $41. The parking upfront are now reserved parking spots. I went here in and out, and get the F out of there. I didn't even bother eating like I used to before. Thank you, TA for sheeting at this once great mom and pops truck stop.

Like most truck stops, especially TA, the prices are higher than most & their parking lots need a LOT of love. But they’ve got at least 10 fuel pumps, a good cat scale, a restaurant that’s not a country pride family restaurant & a TCBY!!! The inside though … that’s where this owner spent the money & it’s beautiful & welcoming. I could spend hours looking at the model Cars, enjoying a shower, doing laundry & relaxing. I wish they’d put that much love into the parking lot so it wasn’t a muddy swamp, but I’ll take what I can get out here. Easy on & off the highway & there are a few service bays!!! I’ll absolutely stop here again!!

We clicked to purchase a shower online in the app. The shower was not cleaned!!! The last persons soap was inside. No one is cleaning these!!! TA is not this nasty. I know your breaking corporate TA rules for franchise. I’m contacting corporate. This is a disgrace to the TA name. As my fiancé said you can’t put lipstick on a pig.

Went there to get a tire mounted & balanced for my car and they're the only tire shop around here open late. It's more than urgent as there is a piece of metal stuck in the sidewall of the one on it. Neither of the 2 guys working knew how to use the equipment for car tires, they were only doing semis.

Always visit Dottie's when we are this direction. Everything you need in one stop including haircuts, laundry, showers, and a chill cave. Restaurant is awesome. Staff is courteous and helpful. Fuel card perks. Plenty of free parking. Trucker's little oasis.

I've been coming to this truck stop for about a year on and off as I travel across country and I've been in 43 States and I have to say that I really enjoy this place all that it offers the food the people and I'm just really pleased to give this review on behalf of the charity and the kindness that they offered me today while I was in crisis.

It's one of my favorite places to stop. The parking lot is huge and never full. Dotties restaurant has really good food and the staff are all very friendly. Two fuel islands with a little store between them. Lots of memorabilia and stuff to look at. Clean restrooms and showers. Other truck stops could take a lesson from this one.

Shower 5 needs a deep clean in some parts, shower caddy, soap in the dispenser and maybe an update when compared to other TA/Petros, but the rest of the truck stop is really nice inside.

Dottie’s ( restaurant ) has always been a great place to eat. The store is your average truck stop store.The showers on the other hand have gone down hill since TA bought the business. They appear clean but smell like cat urine. Guessing because they use ammonia to clean them.They have no air conditioning so its a sauna when you go in. Definitely not worth the $16 they cost.Lastly, the parking lot is like driving down a pothole infested gravel road. But it does slow down the speeders.

Well apparently they don’t train there help or they are scamming customers I was charged 3 times on a purchase told that it never went through then used a different card so actually I paid for what I got 4 times ridiculous

This used to be a good place to stop. However, since it became a TA it has gone downhill quickly. The soda fountain at the diesel island wasn't working. The overpriced food in the hot case was all past it's pull time. And don't even get me started on the condition of the parking lot. It's got truck eating potholes.

I’ve been a customer of Mid West Petroleum & Dotties restaurant for 15 years and since T/A bought it they are ruining the restaurant !!! Every morning when I stay there and its numerous times a month I always order the hand breaded chicken fried steak breakfast!!! Of course T/A changed the menu and it is now the frozen garbage that they all serve 😡😡😡 They took the good sausage off the breakfast buffet and change the coffee ! The coffee they have now is awful!! How long before they take away the salad bar ???? Which is what I get passing thru for lunch all the time! The weekend breakfast buffet packs the restaurant with drivers and locals bet that disappears next. I absolutely love the restaurant staff and always felt like I was at home eating there. I have been a customer for so long some of the waitresses are like family! I foresee if they make anymore changes it’ll put Dotties out of business 😡😡😡I for one will not set foot on that property ever again and many of my driver friends have said the same if Dotties goes!!! I will no longer get breakfast unless its on weekends now because of the change of the chicken fried steak!

My experience at this truck stop was amazing especially the gentleman at the fuel island desk named Daniel he went above and beyond with his customer service toward me and the couple ahead of me. He really hooked it up. This is my first time here and won’t be my last from now on. Thank you Daniel for making my experience and time and money worthwhile.Keep up the good work🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽

Reminded me of a REALLY old truck stop (fuel island). I mean the kind ya find in the sticks. The men's restroom was a complete wreck. I don't blame the T/A. I blame the dirt bags that have ZERO respect or consideration for others.Huge holes in parking area.

Put this service dept. on the list of very smart choices to stop at! Jon was up front with me and I got no-nonsense honesty about wait times. Dr. Bob located and handle a couple airleaks for me and was super polite about showing me what my issues actually were. For me over-all, the level of honesty and respect I received makes this a go to spot for future service related issues. Well done guys! And thank you!

Food is awesome and cheap compared to most truck stops. I spend 12.00 total for a build your own Omlet. Even with a tip it was less then $20.00. Hope this place never closes. Getting harder and harder to find reasonably priced food much less a actually restaurant.

Sadly this is my last time stopping here. TA has their greedy paws on it now. This used to be the best truck stop in Missouri, not anymore, ridiculously high prices (typical of TA) and the food has nowhere near the quality. Thanks for ruining one of the last decent driver friendly truck stops TA.

Had to get our truck fixed. They took us right in and jumped on situation got fixed in no time. Amazing mechanics friendly service , and they treat you so nice. I would recommend there shop here to anyone looking for there truck to be be fixed . Guys are spot on.
