I shop here a lot and usually have a great experience but yesterday, I went in to buy a lawn chair. The lady told me that they only had the one that was on display outside and would give me a $20.00 discount. When I really looked over the chair after buying it, I found rust on it and went back in to return it. A young man working there told me that they in fact did have new ones in the warehouse. I went and picked one up and was then charged the exact price of the supposed $20.00 off price. When I got home I looked up the chair online and found that she never did give me $20 off of the one sitting outside. She literally lied to me, I’m assuming to get rid of the weather beaten one. I am so disappointed that someone could be to dishonest and try to take advantage of me.

Always greeted at the door friendly helpful fast. Do some work related purchasing to help support the local businesses when we need items right then. Always pretty much in and out never a long wait. Sometimes the popcorn machine is in operation and for some reason it's the best I've had.

Friendly staff that lets you know if you need any help to let them know to let one of them know and asks if you're able to find what you need when you're walking through isles, obviously searching for something. Good prices, even though they're higher on some things than Lowe's or Menards it'd cost more to drive 20 minutes one way with fue . The selection is great and so is the Ace rewards program.

Always open to my silly questions. If I buy anything big they help me with it, getting to my car. Great place to buy things for around the home and lawn. Will even help me find someone to help install if need be.

Even though the store was closing in about 5 minutes or so staff there was extremely helpful with my elderly aunt and helping her pick out some flowers and making sure she had everything that she needed and wanted. Great great customer service.

This store has made me never want to shop here again !!!!! There adds show sulphur .but whenever you want to get advice on getting the correct product the chat assistant tells you they don't sell the products
