Do not know if same owners? because seems like place had an over haul overnight and NOT in a good way.Pepperoni Melts are overcooked. The hot dogs, brats look burnt half the time. They seem to over fill then give out old product.Some skinny lady sits at front counter on computer rather than helping.Place looks a mess. Stuff all over, way less organized than before. I have not seen the shorter blonde owner so thinking they sold. She was there alll the time, very friendly and accommodating. Always willing to do all she could to accommodate a customer, I got refused a simple custom shape. Was told they have no time to do it, too much going on. If they truly sold and this skinny lady the owner, place is going to fail fast.I was in weekly, thinking I need to find a new place.

Not happy at all came in on the 4th had two customers behind me they got there ordsr before i did.. and then they come and ask what did I have bit guess what didn't have enough pretzels for my order now since they gave the 2 customers behind me there orders before mine!!! 10 mins in the store waiting. While other people were helped that came in after me!!!
