As a devoted pet owner of 5 dogs, I have found PetSmart to be a reliable and convenient destination for all my furry friend's needs. The store offers a wide range of pet supplies, from quality food to toys and accessories, making it a one-stop shop for everything you may require.One aspect that stands out about PetSmart is the level of service they provide. The staff members have been somewhat knowledgeable, very friendly, and ready to assist with any questions or concerns I may have had. Their expertise has been invaluable in guiding me towards the right products for my pets.While the overall experience at PetSmart has been positive, it is worth noting that some of their prices can be on the higher side. However, this is something I have come to expect when shopping at specialty stores like PetSmart. The convenience and variety of products available justify the slightly inflated costs.In comparison to other pet stores, PetSmart feels like a comprehensive haven for pets. Sorta like a gas station metaphorically speaking as in convenience for pets, and it’s right in town. They not only offer the essentials but also provide grooming services and even adoption events sometimes, It truly feels like a pet-centric community, and I appreciate the effort they put into creating a one-of-a-kind experience.In conclusion, PetSmart is a go-to destination for pet owners looking for a wide selection of products and services. While the prices may be a bit steep, the convenience and quality make it a worthwhile choice for those who prioritize their pet's well-being.

My husband and I visited today to get our puppy some chewing options and treats. We were welcomed very warmly by Olivia and a lovely young man. Olivia was exceptional! She was extremely knowledgeable about the chewing options and what were the best and safest for our golden retriever. It’s always nice to get really good customer service when you go to a pet store, especially when you have a new dog. Olivia was amazing and she definitely deserves a shout out! Thank you so much!

Store was clean, kinda small but for dogs and cats they have alot. some reptile stuff and fish stuff. Not much else. Groomers there, I haven't used them so I can't speak for that..... Prices decent and employees were friendly.

They did a great job grooming my Yorkie, Gus. Gus is a rescue dog, who lost his left eye, and most of his teeth. He is about 12 yrs old, has separation anxiety. They treat him with kindness. I will take him back anytime for a grooming.

This was my experience here on ONE NIGHT. First incident: I wanted to get a catfish that I researched would go well in my tank and asked my fish connoisseur friends. The girl asks me what size tank do you have?. I showed her the tank I had, 30 gallon. She says she cannot get me the catfish because it’s not compatible. Then asked me how many fish I had. I have 2 goldfish. She then proceeds to tell me that I don’t have a big enough tank for the 2 fish I have. (Okay, I plan on a bigger tank when my fish get bigger).Second incident: I get to the register and another girl asks me why I would feed my dog the brand I had in the cart. It is Pedigree, my VET RECOMMENDED for the dog I have who has special issues and allergies. It is the only brand that will not make him violently ill. I proceeded to tell her that my vet recommended it and I actually am a registered Veterinary Technician. She proceeds to tell me that it is “like a great value brand of food, mostly of corn and not food for dogs”. I explained to her again, that my vet actually recommended to try it to see how it works and for the last 5 years, it works for him. I bought a new tag for my other dog (who mind you, eats a much more expensive and better brand). I grab the receipt for the code and she says in a snarky attitude “do you want me to highlight the code for you?” And I said no thanks, I’ve done it before. “Well it’s the small numbers at the top with T”I should have walked out without purchasing anything. I have never felt so judged in a store in my life. Your employees are rude, I will NEVER go back to PetSmart again after this encounter.

Weak fish, poor health. Sick diseased fished, ruined my tank and my other healthy years old fish. Do not buy from here, stingy with refunds. Act like your a thief if it’s a new item fyi.

Very nice store. This was my first time being in there. But it was clean and the employees were very nice the day I went in. I was looking for a cat collar and bought one but the part that you snap together was very easy to pull apart. So I decided to take it back and get my cat a different one. But their prices for the most part seemed fair. And they also had some pretty cute kitties if your looking for one. And the return process went very smooth.. the employees were nice and helpful if you have a question.

I was there on 9 November 2023. I’ve had previous bad experiences but I thought I’d give it another shot with nail trim. They did an amazing job very sweet and I’ll definitely be taking poody back. I totally forgot the ladies names but I will be back.

Totally unhappy with my first grooming experience here.my dog looks like he got a hair cut from a toddler and i was told he wasn't complaint so she couldn't cut his face so why was i charged 37$ which has a special handling fee im calling about it when i calm down because on top of my dogs appearance he was patting so bad i had to feed him ice when i got him to the car.i was first told i was late for my appointment then she seen i was right and said the other groomer called out.i was a groomer why did she just not use a muzzle truthfully i think she was upset the other groomer called out and just didn't work with my dog!!who by the way is a puppy and first time at the groomers.

Set up an appointment for grooming, basic bath and brush but it states on their website what all that includes and it is suppose to include a paw and pad trim. The groomer said it would be 1-3 hours and they would call me. Over 3 hours went by and we tried to call with no answer (in her defense she was the only one grooming and seemed very busy). We went up there and she had our dog done and drying in the kennel. When we got her to the car, no trimming had been done. A little disappointing since they had her there for so long and we paid for it. The lady was nice, but we won’t be taking her back for grooming again.

When it comes to pet supplies, they are limited. If you are not shopping for your basic pet, don't go here. We couldn't find what we were looking for so bought some overpriced larger tennis balls for our dogs. When we went to check out the cashier talked to another employee the entire time until a regular customer came in, then she proceeded to converse with them and hardly even acknowledged the two people( my husband and I) she was ringing out. She was there to do the bare minimum. Didn't ask if we found everything alright, which we didn't. The customer service at this location is terrible. They get 2 stars for having some pet supplies....

a pet groomer shouldn’t talk down to someone because of their diet. If she wants to be in health so bad she’s at the wrong job. Never coming back. Train your people better, not everyone wants to hear a rant

I took my dog there to be groomed for the first time and it took 5 hours was not told it would take that long. Complained manager dealt with it very nicely then 2 months later when I try to book it. And apologize. I was told that I am not welcomed there because they cannot deal with me. I was never rude to them or anyone so I was blackballed for one complaint about the time. That's ridiculous. They can't handle complaints so they blackball you really. If every business did that where would the world be?

I am always happy to visit this store. You have an amazing staff member, Peyton, super friendly and is very knowledgeable. You should have more employees like her. She makes it worthwhile regardless of the price. This kind of customer service is bar none, the best.
