I have never had a good experience with the people working in your store! Instead of helping you find what you are looking for, they just stand at the counter! Every time that you need something you have to go to them and ask, then they act like you are bothering them! You definitely need better customer service, because there is none!! Most people try on both shoes, but they only give you one, so then you have to go back to the counter, and ask to try on the other one!! If someone is trying on shoes, they need to stay there, instead of the customer constantly going to them! Shoes are usually not one and done on trying on!! DO BETTER!!!

This was the worst experience of my life. First off the store manager is a child and is extremely rude. I ordered a pair of shoes received them yesterday. Brought them in to the store that evening after calling then and them telling me they had the shoe and size in stock for me to exchange which was a lie. No inventory. Then she refuses to return or even exchange my shoes bc she sees dirt. I can promise you they were brand new out of the box. She refused to help me at all and the proceeded to tell me the store manager will be in tomorrow and I asked for her name and guess what . It was the girl from last night.. so she was playing little games. Very immature. The store has very few selections. And the place was dirty. I'm so disappointed that something like this happened. I have never had bad experience as I did with her. Where are people's manors anymore. I was so upset and just really disappointed the way I was treated . She was giggling and laughing behind the counter with another young lady while I was trying to see if they had any other shoes. Didn't even offer to help me at all. I did not appreciate Kayla as being a manager last night very unprofessional. Someone who works in an office daily and deals with clients daily I would never treat a customer as such

Online order was easy. Pick up was easy. However items that showed unavailable in the store were actually available in the store and when I asked to exchange for the color that we wanted that showed unavailable online they would not honor the coupon that we used online. They said it could only be used if it was for the exact same item but a different size. (Mind you it was the exact same item, same size, just a different color)

I have had nothing but issues trying to return items and redeeming my reward points. The points expire way too fast (30 days) and I’m never able to use them in time. This amount of time is not convenient for anyone, especially considering how expensive your clothing is.

Lack of selection has severely declined in recent years. Styles are horrible. Never have good inventory or size when you do find something. I want to shop here and support brick and mortar. But, I find better styles and better deals online.

I went in to get two pairs of shoes. Got assistance from Rachel. She walked to the back to get me a pair of shoes. And Azi asked if I needed help, I told her yes. She asked what kind I told her and she wasn’t understanding I guess and she got very ignorant with me. I told her I would just rather have Rachel’s help. Rachel was on the phone at the time Azi said, I told her I would wait for her. Azi INSISTED she helped me and I was not going to stand there with someone who was completely rude!!! Will never go there again.
