Employees don't pay attention to customers. Store is ALWAYS a mess. Stuff in aisles. Store desperately needs better management. And the district manager lies and says he will take care of the issues. Things get better for 2 or 3 days then are right back to being disaster.

The self check broke and seems they don't plan to fix it as it's been down for least a month this store NEEDS a self check out due to lack of employees and they end up with 9 plus people in line is very in convenant. Certain Food items go out of stock and don't get anymore in as they can't keep sweet tea in stock either. There coolers are broke AGAIN. Always new employees as they can't keep any around long.

I won't be going back to this store I will drive to barnhart from now on. they are under new management and have hired some people with bad attitudes and employees are vaping in the store.

Best employee in this store that they have had in a very long time hands down is Nichole she is always there and always friendly and helpful she definitely deserves a raise. I'm a regular everyday customer I see it there's been a few times she's been there alone. She's the only worker that doesn't make customers feel bad for using coupons even the 2 past managers have talked down on people using coupons. I probably wouldn't keep shopping here if Nichole wasn't there because everyone else is rude

I went in to store on Plaza Way Sat. , Sept. 2 at 9:45. I know they close at 10 but this was the only time I could get a ride, can't drive self, have Epilepsy. They closed store ( and registers) while I was in store!! I NEEDED to use the $5 off if spend $25!!

Extremely rude workers. I had to pay with cash and she asked if I had another method of payment and I said no cash is all I have and she snatched the money out of my hand said all I have is fives in change and I said that’s okay with me and she continued to be rude and slam the drawers and made me feel very uncomfortable because I paid with cash. The experience I had here makes me never want to shop at dollar general again if this is how I am treated for paying in cash.

Christy or Kristy working was very rude to me and all I did was buy 3 things and use the self checkout and she came up to me and said “I turned the screen around so you wouldn’t use this.” so I said “Well i was standing up here and nobody was up here so I checked myself out.” and she started back talking and being rude. Will not be coming back just because of her.

I walked in the store and found it to be I don't know it felt dirty. I was greeted by a nice young lady, and I made a comment about the music apparently they like playing I don't know what you call it Urban music and there was a lot of foul language used in there and because that offended me greatly I left and I probably won't go back in there again. In the past I went to that store and it didn't seem as gritty and nasty but now that they've added that to the mix it's not worth it for me to go in there again. It's unnecessary to speak foul words every other sentence in this Urban music and I'm not going to go places where they do that.

Always get what i came for but not really a place u can get in and out of fast. It's dollar general so you know there isnt a huge volume of people in there at a time, but there is ALWAYS a line. Seems like there is always just one employee working. Makes me think twice and I pick Walgreen's when i want to get in and out fast, even if it costs a little more.

I’m honestly just glad that there’s still a dollar general with apparel in it! I miss when you could run into dg and get a shirt or pants or something convenient but they all stopped selling clothes this is like the last one left still selling clothes! I’m thankful for that!!! 🤗🤗🤗 hope it never changes

the air conditioner is not working right in the store it's very hot in there and with the coronavirus going on right now having to wear a mask people can barely breathe with some conditions now care less being in a hot store. want to be able to patronize my stores that are in my community but if it's so hot you can't stand being in there why even go

It was very difficult to navigate through the store. It seemed like they were restocking every idle with all of the pallets every where. However there was only one person that I saw doing the stocking. Also, the isles are very narrow.

There is a clothes sale going on right now… I took my items that had sale signs on them to the register and the woman told me they were not on sale… She was no help at all did not offer to honor their mistake. I do not recommend this place.

This store was packed with all sorts of useful items. Very unexpected and that's in a good way. Not you're expected dollar store experience and the employees were all very friendly and helpful.

It's the only store i do most my shopping in, iUsed to go to Walmart not since early covid 19. Thanks to Trinity also at DG she is always working so hard and does a excellent job. Thankyou

I've been out of town for several months. I was very very disappointed in the store. I had to wait for someone to come up front to ring me up. She had her phone in her hand, as soon as she rang me up grabbed her phone again. The store was full of boxes to be unloaded at 8:30p.m.

My go to store for all my household cleaning supplies. I can get in and out quickly. They have a great coupon app. $5 coupon most Saturdays.

I came in here about 20 minutes ago and this rude very hateful woman kept getting to close to me and the woman working reminded her of the 6feet rule so she would back up she was close enough to breathe on me and the worker was wonderful and friendly and understood she was making me uncomfortable thank you to the wonderful employees here

I have only been in this Dollar general twice since it's not in my normal shopping area. Cashier was very friendly easy to check out easy to find items.

Walked in today and the cashier was on HER cellphone while checking customers out. Was talking on her phone talking about old memories. There was a line of around 3-4 people. Customer service needs to be worked on honestly until that happens I’ll be disappointed in this DG. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Did not enjoy my visit today! There were boxes everywhere! you could not get to 70% of what u were looking for plus I guess what was the manager talking so much what I bought was $5.00 but on sale for $4.50 plus and $1 in store coupon which would have made in $3.50 but i paid $4.95

All dollar stores are a little different. The one I went to in Festus, Mo has good bargins , is clesn & easy to walk through.
