The male pharmacist is incredibly rude every single time I have to deal with him. My doctor had to call to chat with him about one of my medications and after (my own doctor said) he actually said he agrees with me and suggest I switch pharmacies, which I will be doing immediately! My specialist was appalled at the way the pharmacist treats me. CVS upper management really needs to fire this dude. I don’t understand this incredibly horrible service and lack of empathy. He truly always seems like he HATES his job.

Possibly the rudest staff ever experienced at this location, but in general, it seems that CVS is more interested in my money vs my satisfaction. Since they have incredibly stupid policies, it’s less expensive for me to not use my prescription coverage at CVS (only place allowable) and pay out of pocket at Walgreens or Costco. I highly recommend any other pharmacy other than one owned and operated by CVS.

I just had a horrible experience with Jason the Pharmacy Manager for CVS Crystal City. He was extremely condescending, rude, dismissive,and arrogant. He went out of his way to make a situation worse instead of helpingsomeone that needed his help.Clearly his customer’s heath and wellbeing matter very little to him. This is the 2nd time I’ve tried to give CVS pharmacy another chance. It’s sad because some of pharmacy techs really do care, but their hands are tied! (It’s pretty bad when they quietly encourage you to “please call corporate.” Please save yourself the embarrassment I just went through by “questioning” Jason and find a Pharmacy that cares about people and treats customers with respect.

I wish I would have gotten the team members name that helped me because she was awesome. I did self checkout and didn’t realize the sale price doesn’t change until I enter my number. The lady popped up before I even had time to look for anyone to help and explained it to me. I still don’t know how she new I had problems but I’m impressed

Waited for a script for over 1 month, which was out of stock. Kept getting notifications that they were still working on it. Checked by phone and in person (in store) to make sure it wasn't ready. Was told 4x it was NOT ready. Got a text 12/24 that it was in stock and ready. Went to pick it up on 12/28 and was told it had been there for over 14 days, so they restocked it and now was unavailable. I had been in within the last 14 days during the time they said they had it.

This is the most rudest unprofessional unorganized dumbest pharmacy I have ever worked with. They quoted one price over the phone for three months for 145.00 when we get there we get a one month for 68.00. They ripped us off. That place is trash.

My script was ready for two days and in that time I received two text messages requesting that I get my scripts asap. Second car in line at the drive through and I waited 26 minutes total. Totally unacceptable! If there is a problem customer, they should be asked to pull forward or go inside. One customer should not prevent 7 other customers (the number of cars that bailed) from being helped! Had it not been for the “important text messages” to pick up, I would have been among them. And as is typical of any service these days, only two people to cover the drive through, counter and phones.

I normally don't go inside the store but, rather use drive through. But on one particular occasion I went inside and was impressed with the layout of the store. Shelves were very well stocked with products. The employees were very polite. This sounds rather weird but the store had a very relaxing feeling about it with soft music playing. I use CVS for my prescriptions and will never go back to Walgr**ns!

Had a little bit of a longer wait than originally expected, but the man handling it was open about him struggling and he prioritized getting it handled. Better than Walgreens has handled any situation we’ve had with them. His good attitude made up for the wait.

If I could leave a zero I would. You leave an urgent care with a sick child to get a prescription and of course its not ready yet after an hour. Ok. So we go back after receiving a text its ready. Wait in line 30 minutes then we are greeted by a miserable sarcastic older woman with glasses. She said we are out of the medication. I told her I just recieved a text that it was ready. She was extremely rude and hateful. She said I told you we are out and I don't when it will be ready. Why don't you transfer to somewhere else then. WOW. Her attitude really needs some work. She is an ignorant woman that has no business working at customer oriented place. My granddaughter was in the car and didn't need to see this rude woman disrespecting her grandmother. Horrible customer service. There is no excuse for this behavior and definitely not justified. I did nothing but ask when it would be available. I will never step foot in CVS for any reason! I will be sure to tell friends and family too. I will be transferring my scripts back to Walgreens. They may be slow but they are polite and understanding and go out of their way to assist!

I purchased an item and went to return it (was not used). The clerk and then the manager said the system could not give me the full return. They said it was acting \"strangely\" and therefore they could not help me. The total return should have been 21.61 but instead it was only 15.26. I am not sure why I have to give up 6.35 because your system would not work. This is insane. I will not be going back.

I’m not very happy with current pharmacist. Josh, I believe is his name. He has a bad attitude and must be overwhelmed. Not friendly at all when I called. I was a “uniformed customer” and he had no time for my questions. Ally was so much better. Even if she was overworked I could get an answer without attitude. Have a daughter who is a pharmacist and appreciate their job is tiring. However, what happened to customer service at CVS.

Went in to pick up prescription on 05-23-33 ay 07:45 am and after waiting 5 minutes (I was the only one at the pharmacy) I left, because the jerky pharmacist never came to the pickup counter or even acknowleged that I was there. CVS is the worst!!

I have not talked to anyone yet. However, I ordered my items off the company web sight. I liked the way you can find what you intend to purchase. Also, it allows for navigating the site without getting lost.

Whomever answers the Pharmacy phone for questions and concerns has zero concerns for others and seems to care less. Were they trained to just hang up on people? That's what I received at least. Not overly friendly.

Everyone is always very friendly when I walk in and ask if I need help with anything. I normally go to the self checkout which is very convenient when there is a line at the regular checkout. I am always getting a coupon that brings me into the store and then I walk out spending a lot more than I came in expecting to. I definitely recommend this store.

I was greeted by Kodie when I walked in this store #10025 for the 1st time. He was so friendly helpful & pleasant. He helped me with many things: navigating thru the CVS app, sale prices, & finding all I needed. He was such a blessing & kind young man. I'm glad I came to this store & he was the person who made my visit wonderful. Thank you so much Kodie great job 👍

Slowest. Pharmacy. Ever.I guess I took it for granted that they would just automatically fill the script that got sent over by my kid’s doc at 2:30 pm. I even called and they said it would be ready at 4. I showed up at 5:30 (30 of those minutes in their drive thru). I was told it STILL wasn’t ready but they could “send it through now” and it would be up in about 20 minutes.Come back again…this time they’ve “lost” my kid’s insurance information. Eventually they found it but have to “transfer” it - and that will take another 10 minutes.Meanwhile I have a sick toddler at home…simply needing some antibiotics.Long story short…go to Walgreens across the street.

In my opinion, this is the best pharmacy in the county, hands down. The pharmacy staff makes it feel more like a small town pharmacy where they know your name and are good about checking on you. They are patient and always willing to share a smile - even on a busy trying day. I know several by name, but they are all great. Give them a try - you will not regret it. !

I don't normally give reviews but this place needs one. I've been a customer since they first moved to Crystal City. I hate this place. Customer service is rude, wait times calling in are ridiculous, and even wait times to get a simple antibiotic shouldn't take a whole day. Especially when you dont feel good. Lucky for me my insurance is now having us use mail in. I love it. If I need a quick prescription my family of 4 will be going back to Walgreens. I've given CVS so many chances and I'm done. Not ALL CVS locations are this way. My husband travels for work and loves his. Just rethink this one!!!!

Employees hover around you, especially at check out. Employees don't listen and know how to operate the self check outs. Wish they better trained and had better customer service as well as better trained.

Made the mistake of choosing this for my pharmacy. Very first fill said I do not want to be enrolled in the autorefill system, don't want robocalls, I will call when I need something.Cue the robocalls asking if I want refills - if you don't answer to interact (and I never seemed to catch the calls) then it will call back. And call back. And keep calling.First instance of this I called, asked again to not receive the refill calls, was told they'd take me off the list. It happens again. Call again. They said they'll take care of it. More calls. Went in for a refill, explained I was still getting the calls, was told that they'd fix it so I wouldn't get them. I got home and immediately get another phonecall from the CVS harassment robot. This time when I called to complain I was told that THIS call was asking if I wanted to enroll in the refill robocalls.NO. NO I DO NOT.I was offered the choice of getting text messages instead so I would be notified when prescriptions are ready to be picked up. Ok, fine, sure.Hey, would you look at that - I started getting texts asking if I wanted refills on the medication I had just filled 9 days ago.I've blocked the number and unenrolled myself from the text messages.

Work member named 'Annie' was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products throughout the store. She was very helpful with finding some things that I needed after looking around for a bit, and did so while making sure her smile never left her face. Extremely pleasant employee to have help me around the store. I will say I've been to a few CVS locations in the metro area, and if anyone is deserving of some recognition from upper management, I'd put her on top of my list!!
