Aloha! My husband and I own a food truck, and were asked by Jules at Crystal City Cannabis to be at their 420 Event. Jules was so incredibly kind and accommodating from the start. We had no idea how our truck would do at an event like this, but Jules was honestly so wonderful that I wanted to just because of her. When we arrived, Jules met us..she had cones out for our spot and was eager to help with whatever we needed. I assumed this organized, natural leader was a manager here, but I learned today she’s a bud tender in training…..definitely going to be a leader in training if I had to put money on it!We also met the owner Zack (loved him!), another leader named Candy (so so kind), two amazing marketing people and their entire friendly team at the store. Everyone was SO great to us..every single one. The dispensary had a new Members Lounge that is VERY cool!The product is fresh, with a lot of selection! I picked up some Lotion (well Jules picked it out after I told her about my issue with bad radial nerve pain) This lotion is the only thing that’s worked! I’m AMAZED🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼I recommend this dispensary and highly recommend meeting Jules! She’s a GEM! Mahalo Crystal City Cannabis for having us!

Absolutely love this place they have the coolest stuff in there and the workers are always so nice and educated if you have a question about something or if your looking to try something new. Definitely my go to place for the past couple years.

This is not an actual dispensary for one for two that’s how Zach DeCarlo ropes people to come in it’s an overpriced head shop that the owner taxes people on all glass and product I know the real prices of everything and he’s screwing people over to turn a profit, that 100-250$+ piece of glass he’s selling costs him 10-25$ that small piece of glass he charges 10-50$ costs him 1-8$. Dude treats his employees like garbage. Whatever they have to comment on this review is just them trying to save themselves and spread wrong information when I’m spreading the truth as a wrongfully terminated employee that was fired on thanksgiving bc I didn’t have proper equipment to move glass display cases BY MYSELF. Do not spend your hard earned money here place is an absolute joke ran by an absolute joke of a person.

So please allow me to start off by saying that my experience here Everytime I visit has been nothing more than pleasant. The employees are always willing to help you with any questions you may have related to cannabis.They are very well educated and were able to answer any questions one may have. You know with the legalization of marijuana in MO there are so many dispensaries popping up and out of all of them in Jefferson County I have to say that this one top's them all. So take the time to drop in and see what they can offer you.

I would like to start off and say that this shop is amazing. The location is perfect because it's in an expanding part of town and the building is huge so you know they have tons of products to choose from. They are very organized with the products and the layout. The employees are so professional, approachable, knowledgeable, friendly and just make you feel welcome. I love that I can walk in there and they know my name and what I'm looking for. I have to give a shout out to Will, Brittany, Luke and Marcus who are all fantastic at giving me information about the product and helping me find what I need.

This app is useless if u want to find out what they have and or price I don't know bc want u have to do for the site to show you what the have in-store but it is definitely not like any other cannabis sites I been on I travel Missouri and go to lots of different stores this site is the worst by far but loaded faster than all others 🧐🤔😏

Edit: @William Review, the attached image on my review was a must to be able to see the tiny bold text on their gas station weed. At least you can read the labels on the real marijuana products at an "actual dispensary" I'd gladly pay more for the real thing.Original Review: Snake oil salesmen! The fact they have "dispensary" in the name is very misleading. You think you're getting real marijuana, but it's Delta 8 and hemp products, AKA synthetic marijuana, AKA watered-down marijuana. The same stuff you can buy in most gas stations. Was just quickly passing through but should have known when he didn't scan my driver's license.
