One of the best customer service stores I have been too.On our way to go camping to the James river our car broke down right in front of this store.The employees and owner were amazing. Offering us assistance in multiple different way. Being a extremely hot day the employees gave my boys some treats while the owner of the store and I try to figure out the car situations. After several different attempts to get the car to run, unfortunately we had to call in the tow truck.And after all this they even gave us a ride with all of our camping gear to the river.I am so grateful for this store and its people for giving us a helping hand and the opportunity to still have a great weekend!

It's the best feed store in my opinion. The staff are great, kind, friendly, always very helpful. When I get my feed for my animals, they load for me and they just make you feel like part of the family. Thank you so much y'all. Joe & Laura

Thanks to Dustin and Sarah for going out of their way and finding us the size poly stock tank we where looking for and getting it to us super quick. So glad we have a place close to home that we know we can count on having what we need, or willing to get if they don't.

We had lumber delivered and the truck delivering did not come with the necessary equipment needed to haul to our location. We had over 4k lbs of lumber sitting on a dock with no way to transport it. After exhausting every resource we had could think of, we stopped here. Thank God we did. Dustin was immediately handling the situation and saving the day like it was just a normal day for him. He hopped right in his truck and went to work. I cant imagine what kind of outcome we would have had if it wasn't for him. It takes a special kind of person to go above and beyond, out of their way, to help people when they don't have to and it isn't part of their job description.

That was an odd encounter. Bunch of kids working there that don't know how to say "hello" or "you are welcom", when I paid and said "thank you" the young man replied with silence and the young girl was staring at me the whole time. Creepy, unprofessional environment.

HUGE SHOUT OUT to our own local farm and home store. Dustin ordered 100 bales of hay for us. However when the hay came in, my husband was in the middle of a serious episode of vertigo and was unable to drive. Tim voluntered to haul the hay to our home. Due to the nature of our driveway, this took 3 trips. When Dustin became available, he joined in and made sure the hay was put away.This is home town community service at its finest. We are ever-so-grateful and blessed. Thank you so very very much. My heart is full!

I LOVE this place. They have a little bit of everything and if they don't have it they try to get it. And all the people are so friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and i always enjoy getting my feed and other stuff there.

For a small town this is a very helpful convenient business it combines Farm and Ranch with a well-stocked Hardware. The employees are incredible

I didn't like it because they might accuse you of stealing something I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody to buy anything there because they might accuse you of stealing.
