I showed up at the store at 8:02 PM, not realizing they close at 8. The nice manager was at the front door explained they were closing, but offered to let me come in if I knew exactly what I needed. I would have never asked for this courtesy, but was so grateful to have the opportunity to pick up 3 essential items. The 3 female staff members at the customer service & checkout were just as friendly and kind. From the few minutes I was there, the store appeared very clean and organized. THANK YOU again, Porter’s Supermarket! Your employees are awesome!

Everything was going great until the older cashier lady jumped on me and embarrassed me in front of a whole bunch of people.She was at the check out counter closest to the little office & where you can buy cigarettes ringing up a customer.I was needing to pick a carton of cigarettes. I was just being goofy, no one was around but could have been in the office.I said, ding, ding. It wasn't that loud.She stopped checking the person out and from where she was standing said. WE ARE VERY BUSY!SOMEONE WILL GET TO YOU AS SOON AS THEY CAN.IT Was the tone of her voice and hateful look that made me feel an inch tall.Then everybody was looking at me.Tracy came out of the office, had no trouble helping me.don't know what is going on with this woman but a person never knows if she going to nice or really rude .I'm not sure I'll come back to Porter's. This is not the right way to treat a customer.

Not only is that a good store, and the people that work there, they found my stepfather's wallet in the parking lot and walked up to their house and return the wallet with all the money in it medical cards, driver's license, etc. I thought that was so awesome what good good people they are, I love Crane Mo. And Porters🇺🇸👍

Love their in house deli, it's always fresh and better cooked food than at Walmart deli, other than the the people are friendly and it facilitates all the needs a supermarket should.

They just recently remodeled and expanded, the place looks great. But, the people who work there is the reason I shop there. Every single person will go out of their way to help and not make you feel like your bothering them. It's a home town business ran by home town people.

It was my first time visit and I wasn't sure what to expect out of a small town but Porter's was an organized, clean and well stocked store! The employees were so kind and friendly too! Really impressed!

This is a great store. People always freidly and ready to help. Items they may not have if you tell them they always do their best to try and get it for you your next visit. The prices are always competitive and reasonable. I like my home town store.

It's a friendly supermarket with all the necessary items for the house, specialty foods for the conocieur. Greatest meats. Also has a Starbucks inside where you will enjoy great coffee, free internet and shop. Very friendly professional employees.

Porter's.Market in Crane, is well worth the trip to shop for groceries at. Very helpful, friendly employees who go out of their way to help this shopper. To either find items, or, put heavy items in cart and then load in your vehicle. I love Porters Market!

I bought some potatoes yesterday, and as I’m checking out the cashier and bagger argued over the potatoes were bad or not. So they decided to just give them to me discounted. I told them all the potatoes over there had sprouts and were slightl soft. Now i don’t know to much of potatoes, but i learned a lot yesterday. My boyfriend cooked the potatoes and about an hour later we were both really ill. After doing some research and messing with the last potato I realized they were bad. You guys need to go through your produce to make sure you’re not selling rotten food. That is just ridiculous.

Hot food is very expensive and salty, store isn't very clean. Cooler systems go out very often which causes food to go bad and it's still on the shelves. Food in general is very pricey. Would not recommend
