We had the best experience for our 1st time at this location. We walked in just before closing but wasn't rushed at all. I ordered a birthday cake for my 11 year old boy Ozzie and grab some extra baked treats.The cake turned out absolutely Amazing and both my 11 year and newest member Jade (5 months old) just couldn't get enough of it.We'll be back again for sure!

Friendly and helpful staff! Lots of options to choose from, not only with treats but toys and food as well. I bought 2 toys for my pittie and they are still in one piece 48 hours later, which is a minor miracle! Very happy with the quality!

Our favorite groomer, Sierra, recently moved to this store and as always we were thrilled with how Daisy turned out! Sierra has a special touch with animals and we would follow her anywhere but to be in such a relaxed and friendly environment makes it even better!!

Every time I went washing my dog there, the room was super clean! The stuffs there are super friendly too, and they always have freshly backed cookies for your dog

Fantastic experience for my two pups with anxiety. The environment is pretty quiet and not a ton of activity which is what they need. Lynzie is AMAZING, she is so good to our dogs and they trust her. The whole staff is very friendly.

We normally go to the kirkwood location since that is where our nervous dog got comfortable to go, but they were booked, so we came to this location for a nail trim! Skylar was awesome and let us both come back with her, talked with us, and treated our dog really nicely! The lady up front (I apologize for not remembering the name) was also very kind! We will definitely come back to this location as our back up for nail trims!

Best $16 I’ve ever spent! The self washing station is so much easier than bathing at home! So much easier on my back too. It faster and best of all they clean up the mess! Great friendly, helpful staff. We’ll definitely be going back!

An employee of this location got in my nervous dog’s face and was trying to pet her while I was checking out. She had approached her without asking permission while I was paying. This is unacceptable behavior for someone who works with dogs on a daily basis. I love the Treats Unleashed franchise but will not be coming back to this location.

I had a great experience with Theresa and the entire staff at Treats Unleashed Cottleville. Theresa asked questions about what I wanted and was able to do exactly that. I also had the comfort of know my Yorkie wasn't stuck in a cage all day. The staff took great care of him. We will definitely continue to use the grooming services here!

Had to get my girl a birthday cookie. She loves those. And at the counter, they had the calming cbd chews for pets with anxiety!! My girl doesn't like storms or fireworks, so I want to try these.

I'd like to list the ways in which Store Manager David and his team are exceptional humans but I think google reviews has a character limit. After my dog army crawled through the biggest mud put at Legacy Park, we were miraculously able to book a self wash slot at this store.David went above and beyond in helping me figure out the self wash station and dry off my very dirty pup. The shop itself is very well maintained and clean and has a fantastic selection of snacks and toys. Will definitely be back (but not with my muddy dog).

The staff here are super friendly and they seemed genuinely excited to help me find what I needed. The store was laid out well, super clean, and had a good variety of items for us to choose from. I can't wait until their dog bath is up and running. My big golden reteiever Max loves his new Himalayan dog chew that the staff helped us pick out!

This was my first time taking Pippin to the self bathing station. He is nervous of bath time at the groomers so this was a great middle ground for him. He did so well and all the employees were nice! I will definitely be returning.

Had a horrid experience at the location by B&N so I thought I’d give this location a shot but I just received a notification for a lost dog. Dog was lost from Treats Unleashed Cottleville during a grooming appointment. I think I’ll take my initial experience as a sign and stay away. I hope for poor Remy and his family he is found safe.

I washed my elderly dog in their self-serve dog wash booth. They were very accommodating, and the booth has most everything you need including an apron.
