Great place for a road trip pit stop. Bathrooms are clean. Inside is nice. A lot of cool things to look at but everything is way overpriced here.

The mechanic inside is rude and couldn’t communicate smoothly,I had an oil change of semi truck, after all i asked the mechanic to look at coolant and advise if we can add more , he said it’s not in premium. After he gave me receipt with comments on bottom that he checked coolant and find on low level, coolant was above Min almost to max.I don’t understand how he felt happy to comment on paper instead of doing that with customer.

I hate it when people put on here, "GOOD HOME COOKED MEALS", they're far from being Home Cooked Meals,unless you come from a family where everything is cooked in a microwave oven fresh out of the freezer from Walmart! The food tasted stall, NO FLAVOR, and most of it COLD. and the service isn't any better! I asked for a refill on my Tea and it took her 15 minutes to get it to me, by the time she bothered about bringing my refill I was standing up ready to leave, I told her forget it, I didn't have all day to wait on a glass of tea! Especially when you can clearly see them standing behind the counter talking and laughing one was to busy on her phone to worry about doing her job that pays for that phone, Oh but don't even think about walking away and not leaving a TIP, does pepole not understand that the Tip is based on the services that you received? So you give BAD SERVICE you get a BAD TIP, give GOOD SERVICE and you get a GOOD TIP. why is that so HARD to understand??

Waiting for over 6 hours in the line and at the end they tell you "WE ARE NOT TAKING YOUR TRUCK"...The chick behind the "Service Counter" latterly telling "STOP BOTHERING ME"...Is that type of customer service and communication professional drivers deserve???The driver stopped at TA travel center at 6PM in Oak Grove, MO. There was a waiting time of 6 hours, the gentleman at the service desk called Petro trucks service across the hwy, and called Concordia TA truck service, they said the waiting line is 2 hours bring the truck.When you hauling military vehicles or equipment and have a tight schedule, the time is sensitive .A minor trailer lights issues turned into a nightmare..

The best PM service for my semi!!!Great meachics. We pulled into the bay at midnight and they started work almost immediately. They installed original paccar filters and really good Fleetguard fuel/water separator.The service and price deserve 10 out of 5 stars. I'm really satisfied !!!

I stopped in here after driving all day. I saw the country pride sign and thought truck stop diner, probably good food and good portion size. NOPE I ordered the buttermilk fried chicken sandwich with fries. Picture looked really good. What I got was half of a chicken breast, so fried and dry it was beyond hope. Still charged 17.75 for it. I left it on the plate. That "big cup" next to the sandwich is the little container the salad dressing came in

Came here to re-screw a mud flap, after going to the office and signing up for a work order i was done within 20 minutes, but they still charged me for 1 hour labor anyway. One star for being quick.

Aimple american fair, small menue but enough choices for every one. Great service. Our wait person was really fun. However, we were informed that by "corporate mandate," the TV could not be changed from fox news! Terible decision.

DO NOT EAT AT SUBWAY. Food in the case has gone bad. Tuna, of all things, is rotten, you will be very ill eating here. Veggies are somewhat frozen and are several days old, at least. The employee is rude as could be had customers waiting for 20 minutes while having a smoke. Why would anyone wait to buy a stomach infection is beyond me.TA should be very worried about rotten fish being sold inside their location but truckers will buy it so they don't much care about them.

Attention Truckers: Plenty of parking here but can fill up at night time. Decent service and you have your usual Country Pride and TA truck service. It's worth mentioning that if your in need of groceries, Bratchers Market and Dollar General are within walking distance. There is also a McDonalds, Seven Days Diner, and El Patron Mexican restaurant Nearby. There are tons of other businesses within the Concordia area use google maps to do a search if needed.

I have been in this business for many years, running the road. It’s very often anymore to find someone that goes beyond what the jobs description says. Rebecca M works at the travel center at Concordia M.O. She makes sure the coffee is fresh and gives a warm smile as U walk in. The hotdog and buns are fresh, and she offer to make fresh ones if the machine is already off. She goes beyond what the job description suggests. The road can be a cruel journey at times. It’s nice to always stop here and have a smiling person.

Bathrooms are super small for a truck stop, they only have a Subway. Got the Ultimate Nachos. Terrible! Chips all broken up…not worth $12!

The chick behind the counter Shay is about as friendly and personable as a hyena with a toothache. And it only gets worse if you eat in the restaurant and get girl waitress. She will just sit playing on her phone rather then helping you or checking on you. She will also argue and give you attitude if you order chicken fried steak and want gravy on it. According to her it dosent come with gravy lol.

Sick and tired of these truck stops not having food available. Country Pride was closed up and blocked off and Subway was also closed. The roller grill looked like it hadn't been changed over since first shift was there. Sorry, but trucking isn't a 9-5, in case you forgot. Since the pandemic, these places have gotten just as lazy as most workers, it's pathetic. At least McDonald's dining room was open until 10PM. Far from my first choice, but at least it's food.

First off, no toilet paper at all.the towels I was given to use for the shower were damp. It looked like they had just folded the towels the previous person used and left them for me to use.Wads of long hair on the wet flor infront of the toilet and shower entry.I get into the shower and find a quarter of a bar of soap. That confirmed to me that she shower was not cleaned at all.The leg part of the stool had God only knows what all over it.Trash was still in the trash can from previous people. Every shower I have ever used has always had the trash emptied.Talked with the manager the following morning and her reply was " It does not surprise me at all. I have been having trouble with one of the shower porters". How about you fire the person? Giving some one dirty towels to use spreads disease. Having to stand in a unsanitized shower is no better.She said she would refund the points used back to my card, but I have yet to see the refund.Your gray towels really should be a different color so that we can tell if they are really clean or not. They just look dirty.

Read so many reviews talking about good food. Must have been for Mon-Fri, tried it on a Saturday. I was not impressed. Food was horrible on so many levels. Waitress was friendly and the place had approximately 4 customers. 2 breakfasts cost approximately 45.00 not including the tip. She earned the tip. She wasn't the cook.

I stop in every week to get a carton of Winston's. And yes, I know it's bad for me. But today I was charged 57.06 for a carton, while the board said 55.56. I realize it's not thar much of a difference, but kid at the fuel desk just proceeded to change the price in front of me, instead of honoring posted price. All good though.....considering I come through here 4 times a week or so, I will not be returning. I will pay the higher price somewhere else. Service fail!

Do not schedule service at this location unless you have ample time to wait! Even if you schedule it days before, they not gonna put you in a line until you check in in-person. They quoted me 5-6 hours. OK. I go in 8 hours at 1am just to see no trucks in a bays and two guys chatting at a front desk. On my question how much longer for me - he said that he got 2 more trucks in front of me and that he is the only one here. Here goes my night. Never again!
