I really liked this store. I recently relocated from Lee's Summit to Knob and was looking for another grocery option. This store is clean, well lit, has a nice variety and i really like how they keep the shelves full and faced. I'm not sure if all Bratchers are this nice or if it's just this one but i like it.

I moved to Concordia MO 5yrs ago and Bratchers is the only groceries store. The employees are very kind and the store is always clean. They are always there to help you in anyway for your shopping experience the produce area always stocked and clean the meat department the cases are clean and if need a different cut of meat they are there to meet your needs. Shelves are always stocked the deli and hot bar you always have service. The cashiers always polite and willing to help. Thank you for being an excellent groceries store and I don't have to drive 25 to 30 miles to do my shopping.

They're the definition of a friendly neighborhood grocery store! They're always nice to my kid ( evening giving him a lollipop when he comes in, which makes him love going grocery shopping with me). The store is always clean, and for a local grocery the prices are reasonable.

Great little gem hidden off the main road. If your stopping at the Truck stop make sure you drive the mile up and visit.

Awesome market, very close to the truckstop. Really good selection. Friendly staff. Good prices. (Rib Eye here $8. Same steak at Walmart $12-16)Highly recommended.

At least a 3rd of their produce/dairy is expired. The meat/bakery is almost as bad, A good portion of the food is near expiration date, and not marked down.The lack of Customer Service, and the pure incompetence is astounding.The store owner needs to take a good hard look at their store.I have zero clue what the Morning Staff does all day, but it sure isn't work.Also The sarcastic dorky dude named Jeremy, and the older heavyset woman are especially bad.The Prices are extremely overpriced for the little food I was able to stomach buying from this store.I thought Hyvee and Price chopper prices were getting high...but here.. its doesn't even make sense.At Least over there your able to get fresh food or older food that's ACTUALLY marked down!Save your money, it's better spent shopping somewhere else.

Very good customer service here. Decent amount of food option for such a small sized building. This place is particularly helpful to truckers (TA truck stop nearby) who are on the road alot and need to buy groceries to keep them trucking without having to relying on overpriced truck stop food.

Nice little grocery store. The produce always looks great. They have good deals on meat most the time. The meat is always good quality. I'm also a big fan of the frozen , raw jumbo shrimp in the 2 lb package.

Everyone was so friendly! Wow! That’s so rare nowadays:) It was a great place to stop and grocery shop. It’s right behind truck stop. Reasonable prices. I will shop here every time I come through! Better than Walmart! They had liquor and beer a great variety too! Thank You! We will be back:)

Locally owned & operated. A little pricey even before Covid-flation, but I like keeping as much money as possible within my own community. Fresh meat & produce, good deli, helpful & friendly employees.

Great little grocery store! We were stuck at the truck stop for the weekend and went to Bratcher's several times. The deli is great! They have delicious fried catfish! The nice lady at the deli made some fresh for us twice. Nice store, nice people!!

Most of the people are friendly, been shopping there for 22 year's. But the best part is the deli. So nice and clean. I give them a 5 star on the deli side.

Great little market!I'm a truck driver and whenever I pull into the TA next to this market, I head over here to stock up on a better alternative to truck stop garbage. Good selection and very friendly staff. All I can say is... Thank you for making my life on the road a lot healthier and a little more comfortable.

Love this place I usually restock my fridge in the big truck on my way to denver here. really convenient since its within stones throw of the truck stop. Seen some other drivers just pull their rig right in front of the store like it was going to kill them to park in the truck stop and walk. Keep it classy

This store has great sales and is always clean. The only problem I have noticed is that most of the cashier's are not friendly, none have asked if we found everything we needed, any time I have been there but other than that it's a pretty decent store.

Its nice to have a local grocery store option, unfortunately the prices reflect that "local convenience". They do occasionally have a good sale and you never know when you will be able to pick up a "manager special" or "marked down clearance" items

Visiting this city with my daughter and I loved the meat market side of the store. It was easy access into the store and very clean and organized.

The only thing that would make this place better is if they had more VEGAN options. They did get in one product that I requested which made me very happy. The other product they brought in is vegetarian, not vegan, and that was disappointing. Thanks for trying!!

I mean I want for ham, they had it, I gave them money they gave me ham, I traded a number of my limited working hours over the course of my life for some ham, they took said hours and gave me several slabs of ham in return, for roughly 1.5 footballs of ham I traded a insignificant amount of work. This was an agreeable trade by all.
