I've used Woodlink a couple times now, once to install/repair gates and once to replace a privacy fence. I've never been so pleased with a contractor. Their prices are fair and reasonable, and the quality is outstanding.I needed some really precise placement for my new fence, and they made it happen, which was a huge relief.I will definitely use them again!

I am only rating on communication. Not on quality of work. I called to set up a time to have someone give me a quote on a privacy fence. A woman answered and took my information down and stated Frank would give me a call. No one ever called me. I went with another company who came out the next day to give me a quote and was very responsive.

Great job at a reasonable price.We had a fairly large project around a 2 acre home with ~620' of 5' high chain link (11 1/2 gauge) and ~220' of 6' tall cedar (for privacy). Frank (the owner) came to do the measurements and offered great suggestions. Later, the crew came (in a timely fashion), paid great attention to detail, (even noticing some misplaced nails and removing/correcting them prior to job completion, making sure all the seams between the fence and other barriers were filled to ensure no dogs will escape, etc) and built a beautiful and sturdy fence.They were extremely courteous and knowledgeable, and worked to accommodate another crew we had on-site to avoid stepping on one another's toes, and had many great ideas on how to best tackle the situations that arose.Wholeheartedly recommend them and will call them for any future fence needs.EDIT: Used them twice now, and they consistently do a great job.

Just want to give a quick shout out to Wood Link Fence Co. They just finished up our new wood fence, and it is just what we wanted and pictured. When we went over the estimate to begin with they were able to answer my questions and make recommendations that made sense. Once we got the ball rolling they were out about a week/week and a half early which was an awesome surprise and finished up within the week. I am sure certain fence types vary based on how complex they are but I was really happy with how fast everything went once we got started. The crew had a few questions throughout the installation but I am really glad they called and confirmed a few things so I was sure it was what we were wanting. Would recommend for sure! Frank, Marcus, and the team at Wood-Link were great to work with. Frank came out to the house to measure and see the type of terrain they had to work with, and soon after provided an estimate for the work. At first we were interested in a wooden fence because of how it looks, but Frank made a great point that aluminum requires little to no maintenance over time, so the initial investment is worth it. We agreed, and signed on to get an aluminum fence. Frank called to let me know that the materials were ordered and would be available within a month.When the materials came in, Frank called, and we made an appointment to start the work during the middle of what turned out to be a cold and wet week. Despite the less than ideal conditions, Marcus came and installed the fence over a handful of days. He made some minor adjustments to the initial layout, which made quite a bit of sense given our backyard. In the end, we received a quality fence installed by quality individuals. The quote was great, and the work was great. I am very happy we went with Wood-Link. Thanks, guys!

I hired this company to repair my chain link fence. The job was completed quickly and expertly. The workman actually doing the job was very careful to make sure everything was in perfect alignment before he declared it done. By the way, the price was very economical, also. If I would have given them 5 starts based on the quality of their work, the problem is getting them to decide that you are worthy of their time and effort.I had them come out and give me an estimate last year for a chainlink fence and had to hound them to send me the estimate. Once I decided to to go with their estimate the job was scheduled and professionally done.Called them again this year for some more fencing and they just don't respond. The problem appears to be the secretary they have. If you get lucky and talk to Marcus or one of the installers they are responsive, but if you end up talking to the secretary, then you might as well call someone else because she will not pass along your requests.

Wood Link Fence Co provided service to install a steel fence on our property. They had made an amendment to the original quote in which they were going to install a third gate for approximately $425 investment. Once the fence was being installed, the contractor said he did not have a the additional gate and could #1. Order the gate and wait 2 week, or #2. Use a section of fence already ordered and paid for to create a gate. Assuming that this either or option we went with option #2 since it had already been 8+ weeks since we started the project. After the project was completed we received an invoice which was nearly $600 more than if we had waited to get the gate. Make sure that you get a quote in writing for any service that this company is proposing to do , and beware if they make any suggestions outside the scope of your quote.

They carefully removed the old fence in order to reuse the panels to save me some money and order additional panel grouped with another order further saving me freight. Every fence panel but one was loose at the bottom. My dog escaped immediately by just scooting under a loose panel. I had to anchor all the panels with tent pegs. After about a couple of months the top of some of the fence panels started to rust as did the gate latches.No offer was made to fix the serious issues other than to offer to fix the loose panels for a reduced rate.Service: Chain link fence installation

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with this company recently. I needed to get one side of a wooden fence for a backyard straightened. Each time I called the office, I was told I would be called back later in the day about the job. This happened for the initial quote, for the work itself, and for follow up calls when the work was not done satisfactorily. I never got any calls back from the company and had to repeatedly call to get the work done.Given the lack of communication, the technician came out and did the quote when I was not there. The project was to fix the leaning fence, and a quote was provided to me via email. My email back to the company asking about how to schedule the work went unanswered, but I called back and the company came out to work on the fence one day. However, the work that was done did not fix the lean. One broken fence post was replaced, yet the same side still leans at the next few fence posts.With my follow up calls, the company told me I'd be called back by the end of the day each time, which never happened. Eventually, I was told that the quote/work was for fixing the broken post, suggesting that I was not clear in communicating what should have been done. Even without me present at the quote, instructions to fix the leaning side of the fence should be clear.Bottomline, I've been very frustrated throughout the time working with this company, and the fence still leans on that side.
