Walmart is always … constant. The layout, the products, the checkout service, ect. This specific Walmart also has kind and helpful employees that easily go beyond their expectations. I recently bought a desk, and chair and even though I am completely able, an associate assisted me with retrieving it and then loaded the large box into my car! Kind, consideration is not as common as years past, but there are some amazing Gen. Z young adults who truly care.

It’s a typical super center. If you have been in one in the last 20 years, then you know what to expect. Prices usually better than similar products at other stores. This one isn’t particularly dirty or anything like that. Plenty of self checking, fewer of the old style if that’s your jam. If you haven’t figured out self checking by now then I don’t really know where you’d want to go.

Jose and Aberardo in the auto department are amazing! They were able to squeeze me in and change my flat tire when the tow guy at Nash's Towing couldn't. Fantastic customer service and got us going safely back home in a timely manner. Thanks guys!

Your curbside pickup staff members are the most incompetent unreliable group of workers I've ever had the displeasure of running into, got 18 items waited over half an hour just for it to be hateful slammed into my trunk and dude walked away saying nothing at all. If you can't manage a job such that simple then I feel insanely sorry for you. Guy didn't even make sure of the name on order so for all I know I get home to smashed chips, shaken up soda, broken glass containers or not even my order at all, sad and HIGHLY unprofessional, that's what you get from ignorant kids working jobs

I don't appreciate the attitude of some of the workers. Was yelled at by a female employee in self checkout on Christmas Eve. The greeter witnessed this and no one apologized. Absolutely inexcusable disgusting behavior. I've never been yelled at by an employee in any store and I'm 35 years old.I started shopping at Hy-Vee after the incident.

Don’t get an oil change here, folks.I showed up early for my scheduled oil change, and I still had to wait two hours past my appointment time. I’ve never had to wait two hours for an oil change.After paying and leaving, I felt like the experience had been very unprofessional, and based on some other customers I saw, i wasn’t the only one frustrated. I called to let them know, since adjusting scheduling could prevent further issues for others. Maybe management wasn’t aware they were severely overbooking.After several extensions on the phone number led to dead ends, I called the pharmacy and asked to be transferred to customer service. I couldn’t even get a full sentence out before the customer service employee began interrupting me and telling me she couldn’t help so I should just hang up. She wouldn’t let me explain the issue with the extensions, and was just kinda mean?I swear I was nice and friendly about it. I didn’t enter the phone call with an attitude or anything…she was just mean. LolAnyway, what a total waste of money and time.

Upon visiting this store to buy a pregnancy test, which by the way can be a sensitive situation for some women. I find that they are locked in a cabinet! A $3 pregnancy test! I had more expensive things in my cart but the lengths I had to go to to obtain it were ridiculous. I asked at the pharmacy who didn't have the key, I asked a nearby member of staff who sent me to customer service, who called someone else to walk with me to the cabinet, who then had to walk me to the checkout holding the test, I couldn't put it in my cart. So 4 members of staff in total I needed to get this test for me and now knew that I was there to buy it. Then marched to the checkout like a criminal all for a 3 dollar pregnancy test! Fix this!Also Taylor on electrical on the evening shift needs to work on her customer service skills! They way I was spoken to was not acceptable.

This trip to Wal Mart was to visit the pharmacy for a Covid test that I could perform at home, and they had some in stock. This winter has been an uptick in the Covid disease, and everyone is looking for these home test kits. I was lucky to get there when they had some. The pharmacist was extremely friendly and showed me where they were on the shelf. Way to go guys. Keep up the good work.

Clearance shopper, and I have a five year old. Im always shopping for something. Well at least they finally get it that when you find something in store and you take it up front you want to get the online price if it's cheaper and in stock. I've noticed finally no more waiting no more having to ask managers they just do it. yYay they get it finally! :-)

Went to our daughter's mizzo graduation. Of course I forgot my coat and a few other things my wife and mother in law needed. Plus we stayed at a virbo so we needed some groceries. They had some things that we don't have at our super center here in springfield missouri.

I went in to do some shopping with my wife, on the way to the restroom. I was stopped and asked what I put in my pocket. I asked what do you mean what I put in my pocket and was told someone saw me stealing. I went to pull everything out of my pockets, and the girl who just asked me walked away. When I said see, I didn't steal anything she got an attitude with me.

Every time my husband goes in this store people are following him and accusing him of shop lifting. Watching him bag the items he is buying. Tonight after just trying to use the restroom they stopped him with the accusation of putting something in his pocket. So after several times of being treated this way my husband gets upset and pulls everything out of his pockets so that they can see and the young lady decided to get an attitude with him and walk away because she was wrong. Have also watched them reprint out his receipt and look it over as he walked away.

Walmart is Walmart no matter where it is; however, being from Stillwater, Oklahoma the stores in Columbia, Missouri has a bigger and better selection.

The Walmart on the East side of Columbia...Im not a fan. It seems dirty, and even though the staff are friendly they seem disheveled. The store feels like youre entering a rush zone. Sorry but its just not worth it to me. I prefer to shop small business, farmers market etc. I think Ive watched too many fail compilations of Walmart clientelle being rude, etc. Im sometimes just scared to go in!!

This store consistently impresses me with its ability to stock almost everything I need whenever I visit. The staff is friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming environment, and the store is well-organized and clean, making it easy to find what I'm looking for. While the self-checkout machines can be occasionally broken, they are promptly closed off. Despite this minor issue, I highly recommend this store to others for its reliable and enjoyable shopping experience.

I can generally find just about anything I need here!I have found that they seldom have the Dark Chocolate Bars in that I prefer. So if I order them online to pick up about a week out, they pull them as the come in. This way I get the ones I really prefer. And are super healthy for me.It's hard to find any chocolate that has not been Dutch-,,ed, or been alkaline, or that does not have lecithin in it. All of these things kill the healthy properties of chocolate. So it's just a way to transfer suger into your body.I am so happy Walmart has one that is good for me at a great price.

The employees at Broadway Walmart are friendly and professional always ready to help from the time you arrive the greeter until you check out or need a refund the service is exceptional .five stars is easy to give to rate this store .I may miss someone if I try to name each one that helps in every departmentI recently had to have a special tire size Kisha and James in automotive had them there quickly and ready to put on my car with clear information .If your looking for the best service in a timely manner and at a fair price visit this store it's a one stop store for many needs .

Exactly what you’d expect from a Walmart. However, don’t bother with the fabric section unless you have an hour to waste trying to find someone who can help you.
