Friendly & courteous workers. Clean store. Some things were out of stock, but it's Monday, & they were fairly busy with customers. One of the cashiers even helped a lady carry her purchase out to her car! So nice! Plenty of close parking.

Daniel was fantastic.I called right before midnight inquiring about a last-minute printing job I needed done 8:30 the next morning. Not only did he sound energetic and happy to help but after finding out they couldn't meet the exact criteria he gave good alternative solutions, gave quick answers and went above and beyond to help my extreme situation.

the clerk was very helpful and so was the other associate stocking in the aisles very helpful very friendly very clean store I've never use their pharmacy so i can't comment on that but overall a great shopping experience. reason I went in there was to buy benadryl. decently priced which was not what I was expecting I don't frequent Walgreens a lot.

This pharmacy is the worst! Whoever the manager is they need a different position because………..Didn’t refrigerate my insulin for hours (4+)and told me it was fine! Never answers the phone, or on hold over 20 min! Refills my medication without my consent so we can’t fill anywhere else. I have used a lot of pharmacies all over the country, and this was top 5 worst. We only used for a short time because all the problems with staff not knowing their job or just plain ignorance. Medicine is not something you risk with bad service and bad management you might get the wrong medication. This is a management issue not low staffing or post covid problems.

Just wanted to give an outstanding review for the young lady working the front checkout section tonight, (10/13/2021) for helping me find everything on the list as requested by a customer for a pick-up/delivery that I accepted.She was absolutely amazing, kind, and really went beyond to help me find the items. I didn't get her name because I was in a hurry! She deserves a raise in pay, as many employees throughout the employment/career field, have forgotten how to be kind to customers.This makes want to shop more at Walgreens, Thank you again!! 🙂🙂🙂🙂

For some reason there electricity had just gone out. They were unable to do any transactions, and were informing customers by yelling rudely. I have never experienced this with Walgreens in the past. Their customer service is usually amazing. We all have bad days. I hope theirs gets better.

If I could have selected no stars I would have. Store is meter shocked and staff is rude. Had a "Coupon" to get $5 off of a purchase of $15 or more, or so it said. Turns out it's giving you $5 in reward points? What's the point in that? Manager ignored line of 10 or more customers and cashier was very rude when I asked why the 5 dollars was not taken off, and she kept the coupon stating "I don't make the policies I just work here" and she could not give me my coupon back because she already "dropped" it. I have had multiple poor experiences at this Walgreens and I can tell you I will not be going back.

Went to Walgreens to get help with some photos I want to scan and create 4x6. I asked for help the manger kassi was her name was not very kind and was reluctant to help me. She had this Oder of marijuana and was just horrible the entire store smelt like it. I am a 66 year old and should not be smelling this nasty smell. Walgreens needs to do better with hiring employees. My pictures were completed by 11:30pm. Went to the store and the doors were locked at 11:57pm. I thought the store closed at 12. Definitely not never will shop here agin!

I used to hold this store in high regard but no more. Horrible customer service and just not on the ball like they used to be. Last time I came in they couldn't find me in their system. Today I made an appointment to get a booster shot online. Filled out the online form, said that I needed the Moderna booster shot. I left work early, drove from 30 minutes away, and they're out of Moderna Booster shots. Is there not a way that you can contact upcoming Moderna appointments to inform them to reschedule. Ridiculous.

I have used this Walgreen's location's pharmacy for years and everyone that I have interacted with (both in person and over the phone) has been a delight. This morning, I spoke with someone by the name of Mackenzie and she was not a delight. Her customer service skills were lacking, her tone wasn't pleasant and she disconnected the call right after I thanked her. I'll still be a customer, but that interaction wasn't good.

What's to say: they replaced Woolworths as the go-to place for curbside convenience and quick pick up stuff....not cheap though. Prices are rising and the deals are fewer and far between. Ads help, though, again not as plentiful as even a month ago.

Came into this Walgreen to look for a cosmetic item after looking for 10 minutes I went to the cashier area that was unattended and stood for 10 minutes with no one asking if they could help, etc. When another customer came and stood in line behind I ask “do youknow what I can do to get assistance”. She replied, no I stood up here for 15 minutes one day without assistance. I then cried out, “hello can I please get some help”. A cashier came to the register and I ask if she had this particular product she replied she didn’t know. I ask was there anyway she could look it up, she replied no. Pathetic customer service.

I bought some downloadable art from Etsy and wanted to print that and the rest of my wedding photos (I printed the first set of wedding photos at this Walgreens). Later in the day I get a call from Walgreens saying I need proof that I can print these photos. Which was weird since I didn't need it for the first set of wedding photos, but fine. I explain that I have a receipt for the downloaded work from Etsy saying I can do what I want with it. She says that's not good enough! So I spend 50 minutes on the phone with Etsy and they get in touch with the artist so I can get this proof same day (Etsy and the artist are amazing!) When I arrive to show my proof she doesn't even look at it!!!! Completely ridiculous!! If you weren't going to look at it why bother making me do the work! And to top it all off 90% of my pictures were printed incorrectly! Absolute joke!

Been waiting for 3-4 hours to get my meds filled from getting my tooth removed today came up to this location once I was done guy told me it was over the counter meds which it wasn’t .. so I called issue fixed called no answer came up to the location now there telling me it’s going to be another 10-15 min when I’m sitting here in pain an just want to relax definitely do not use this location to get your meds filled

should have zero stars for the way pharmacist treats you. They also want to fill your 30 day prescriptions a day late because they reference the calendar instead of the prescription's supply. Lastly, their prices are the highest in town

WHEN I TRIED TO PURCHASE 4 JARS OF DECAFE AND 2 JARS OF REGULAR COFFEE I WAS DENIED THIS PURCHASE THAT WAS ON SALE. THE CASHIER AND THE STORE MANAGER TOLD TOLD ME THEY WILL ONLY SELL ME THE QUANITIES THEY FEEL I NEED. WHEN I CONTACTED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE THEIR WOMAN ACTUALLY ARGUED WITH ME AND INSISTED THAT ON THE FLYER IT STATES THEY WILL ONLY SELL ME THE QUANITIES THAT THEY FEEL I NEED . I REBUTED THAT IT DOES NOT STATE THAT WALGREENS HAS THE RIGHT TO ONLY SELL ME THE QUANITIES THEY FEEL I NEED ON THEIR FLYER.SINCE WHEN IS IT THE ROLE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ARGUE WITH THE CUSTOMER ?
