Nate was a great help ordering the shoes I needed from my daughter. He got them in in time for me to send them so she would have them in time for Christmas. He also said he could send them and gave me the price and it turned out to be the same as what I spent, but I was able to put it in box that didn’t look like shoes hoping to fool her. :-)

What an awesome spot. Ordered Thule cross bars, towers and cargo basket. The guys even installed it for me (and provided some good conversation and tips about camping spots in Arkansas). Definitely recommend these guys.

I came in looking at bikes and comparing prices between bicycle shops in my area and I found more than just a new bicycle. I found that they had the best staff that didn't seem like you were wasting their time just looking. They were super friendly and helpful with all of my questions, because all I ever had for bicycles are the normal chain store bicycles, low quality and won't last. So Nate introduced me to the Kona Dew Large frame and I was just blown away with how easy it was to ride and shift. The quality is beyond what I was used to having. I have put over 100 miles on it since September 2023! Thanks Nate and team you all have changed my life in many ways.

Awesome guys Nate and Will helped us get the right rental bikes for the MKT and Katy trails. These are not cheap heavy beach bikes, they rented us Kona hybrid bikes. We were able to enjoy the trails a lot. We will rent again. The bike shop is well stocked too so we were able to pick up all that we need.

Absolutely top-notch products, service, and follow-through. During the supply-chain snarl of the pandemic, they introduced me to the perfect bike to meet my needs (Otso, Wahella C!), arranged a test ride, helped place the custom order, and immediately built it to spec as soon as it was delivered, all in barely a few weeks. Unbelievable! The quality of the build was excellent, too. I immediately hit several hilly local gravel rides, followed by a weekend of riding in Bentonville (the weekend of Worlds CX! woohoo!) and I still haven't noticed the need for a re-tune. And they've been providing this level of product, service, and follow-through since I bought my first Kona Jake the Snake from them, nearly 20 years ago. I hope they're here at least another 20.

Love the guys at tryathletics. Extremely helpful and nice while pretty much letting us have our way with the store while testing out bikes. Service takes a little longer due to their size staff is extremely friendly. Owner gave my friend a great deal on an older model bike will explaining that the newer model was not the way to go. Will strongly recommend and still go back for everything I need.

A very helpful and friendly shop. Great mix of products for those who are interested in cycling (casually or seriously), swimming, running, or any combination therein. Their bike service staff is skilled and professional. The shop was always helpful and supportive during my time as a member of the Mizzou Cycling team, and is involved in lots of other things in Columbia and mid-Missouri's outdoor scene. Helpful, non-pushy sales staff that is able to help guide you if you are a total novice up through an expert.

Extremely knowledgeable and personable crew working here. My Boyfriend just bought a Kona Blast mountain bike and loves it. I keep coming back for repairs, add-on upgrades, and workout shoes. They have something for everyone, no matter if you commuter by bike for work, take part in endurance races, or like to go riding off-road.

Awesome selection of cycling apparel and gear, in addition to bike repair and sales. I love this place because they have a great selection of women's gear as well as men's. They always have the newest styles and top-performing gear: gloves, helmets, shoes, jerseys, shorts, you name it! On top of that the sales guys are really, really friendly and helpful.

Very nice place the staff worked with me and they were quick. From the moment I walked in, they sized me up immediately. The staff had me on a great bike within minutes of walking through the door. I didn't buy the bike but I plan on returning and eventually buying it. Great friendly place.

A local business gem that should be your local bike store!!! When I first moved to town I went looking for a new Mtn Bike and hit every shop in the area. Tryathletics was the last shop I hit and from the moment I walked in the store I knew I was buying my bike here. The customer service was and still is amazing. The staff is not only knowledgeable but passionate about the gear they sale and the sports they provide. They have a great relationship with their reps and I have yet to hit a snag with ordering parts and getting work done, everything has truly been amazing. These guys are awesome and super fun to get along with.

I love bike shops, triathletics is no exception to this. They have great service and are willing to help. The mechanics or knowledgeable and are willing to spread that knowledge. Right down the trail from me so I ride by just to stop by a lot. Many times I stop into stores to browse and they are okay with that.

Just bought another pair of athletic shoes here. Steve is the most helpful guy ever for athletic shoes, foot problems and anything related. He gives great personalized service and advice, takes all the time you need, and knows what he's talking about--from years of experience in the running/exercise world. I had questions about plantar fasciitis this time and left feeling truly helped. Much better than trying to buy shoes online or going to one of the big stores. This store is a great example of why we should buy local!

We reserved two bikes in advance, but when we got there, they didn't have two of the same bikes my husband wanted, and they were not willing to change out the seat for a more comfortable one for him. With a store full of bikes, you'd think they would be willing to switch out a seat for just a2-day rental!

I have had a few experiences with these guys that have turned me off. The repair crew tends to take advantage of people who do not have much bike expertise. One time I asked their opinion if I could modify my road bike for the MKT, and they told me it could not be fitted to ride on the MKT when it could. My first time I had my road bike serviced by them for a malfunctioning part they told me the part was irreparably broken when it was not.

They have an awesome yearly clearance. Local owned and great service with knowledgeable staff. The place for runners as well as swimmers and cyclist. Not cheap but the quality of merchandise is high.
