Natalie was phenomenal with my dog. Her work is phenomenal as well. The staff made me feel very comfortable with leaving my precious pup for his grooming. Absolutely love the fact that it is a family owned business. Would HIGHLY recommend for grooming and for their homemade treats that they make on the premises.

I used to love this bakery but they don’t seem to care anymore. I just bought treats for my Pomeranian and they are hard as a rock. This is the third time in a row. I took a video of me trying to break the muffin with a metal object and it barely leaves a dent. These are supposed to be soft fresh baked treats. It just breaks into dust if I am able to get it into smaller pieces. If I had a large dog who could normally eat these sized treats it could become a choking hazard. I’m just going to make my own treats at home.

Having our dog groomed at Treats Unleashed is a positive, stress-free experience. Our dog is older and has anxiety issues. So many other places are loud and so chaotic that it adds to her problems. The groomer does a good job and listens to our requests.

Was super fast & friendly service from Jessica for cat grooming! My cat, Mary, came home looking great. What I really appreciated was Jessica telling me that she stopped the dryer when she noticed how it upset Mary. I appreciate her respecting how the pet feels and trying to keep them comfortable. My new regular groomer!

My wife and myself have had very bad experiences with horrible groomers in this area. Not taking their time and very poor people skills. Came to Treats Unleashed and noticed right away this is our place. Calm relaxed environment with great workers. Our doodle needs some work but they have Been amazing and treating us like family. Highly recommend Treats unleashed.

**DON’T GO FOR GROOMING** We took our dog for grooming appointments 3 times. Our appointments were rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice the 2nd and 3rd times we took him in. They “texted”’ my phone (never got it) and then chose to wait over an hour to call after my dog was done. Then charged us extra money for being late. When we brought up the issue, the front desk staff (Maya) was rude and offered no assistance. They are inconsistent, unreliable (reschedule appointments last minute), and rude. Will never be going back there. They have no concept of customer service.

love taking my dog to get her nails trimmed! the trimmer always makes my dog feel very comfortable. my dog has always been nervous and skittish when it comes to her nails, but once i started taking her here, it was like she warmed up immediately during the nail trim! would definitely recommend to anyone who has a dog that doesn’t like her paws being messed with!

1st time going here and OMG! This is by far the best pet store around!!! The staff is friendly and very helpful! It smells amazing up in there as well! Freshly bake treats!!! Yummmy! Never a bad experience here. The staff are welcoming, kind, and give engaged customer service. This recent visit was for a nail trim. The person doing the service was delightful to converse with and did a perfect nail trim on our Pomeranian. Oh and booking was very easy for this service.

The groomer and everyone else was super kind to my terrified puppy on her first haircut. My Pierogi is very shy and scared as she is just getting used to being outside a puppy mill. Everyone was so kind and gentle with her, and when I picked her up, she was happy and curious again.

Orion usually really hates his nails clipped and I tried taking him other places but they did a really great job with him and it was really quick as well. I just shopped for some toys and by the time I was finishing browsing they were already done :).

Every time I take my dog for grooming Steph is amazing with her. She comes back looking and smelling fantastic. Ori is still a puppy so we are still getting her used to going to the groomers and I don’t know what we would do without Treats Unleashed and Steph!

Had a pretty decent experience yesterday. Was impressed by the selection, organization, & visible bakery behind the counter. However, the employee certainly could’ve been more friendly. I was getting owner or owner’s-daughter vibes if that matters. Just didn’t really find the employee personable. I tried to have light conversation about dogs/the treats but just didn’t get anywhere near the attitude or responses I hoped for. She did not smile one time. It would’ve been my pleasure to say this place is awesome and the concept is perfectly executed, but it wasn’t quite. A more personable employee would be a healthy start

This was the best grooming experience my dog has had. The staff was friendly and efficient and I love that my dog received one on one attention rather than being shuffled through an assembly line for four hours. He is always too nervous to take treats from other groomers and was relaxed and comfortable enough before and after his appointment to take a treat from the staff. This lets me know they made sure he was 100% comfortable the whole time.
