Love Tractor supply. If The Manger Dan sees me in the store he always goes out of his way to come greet me and shake my hand and asked how I have been. Great guy. The younger blond haired lady treating me rude one day because I got my dogs a big bag of Cow hoofs and it said 4.99 for the big so I grab them went to pay and she ringed them up and made me feel like I was trying to get them cheap and I told her theirs still 2 or 3 bags in the spot and she acted like I was lying which like I told her I would still pay the regular price. I just didn't like how she made me feel inside, probably because I have tattoos and she was stereotyping me. It blew my mind her attitude and after she called me a lair. Then me, her and another worker which is a very nice respectful lady walked back there because she said I was wrong and they seen they made a mistake and put them in the wrong spot the blond hair never said sorry or nothing. She was one of the rudest worker at a store I've ever ran into. I Love tractor supply so much when I fell down in there because they had this black sandy grity stuff on the floor where the tools was I let them know and didn't go to the hospital. I just healed at home. When I could of probably made a stink about it

I called to confirm they were open until 8pm. I just needed dog food.I arrived to the front door at 7:57 to find it not open, and see them all the way in the back of the store. I called and called and called and nothing.I drove from 25 minutes away just to have them close early.Thanks.

Bryan was amazing! Waiting right by the door to help me load some bird seed! I had thrown my upper back out and usually I don't take help as I'm younger, but boy Bryan was ready to help like I was an elderly lady! He helped me find the best buy, grabbed it for me, rung me out AND carried it to my truck! What great and helpful service! Someone get this guy a raise!

We purchased a $1200 pellet stove today got it home unpacked only to find there was no power cord. So I called and I was told they had to call the boss and find where the cords are then they would call me back, they didn’t call me back I drove over only to be told they just don’t have them and I can drive back home get the pellet stove and bring it in and return it.

Fun. Interesting. Some novel pieces, some quaint items. Good selection of farm implementation and supplies. Good displays. Nice people. Friendly, welcoming, and enjoyable. Boots, gloves, clothing attire for the ladies, as well.

I ordered some items using the tractor supply website and my Columbia, MO address. These items were shipped to a store 4 hrs away. As I was working with the girl at the register to correct my mistake the manager walked up. Without knowing the details of the conversation I was having with the clerk the manager suggested that I didn't know how to use a computer implying that I was stupid. I explained to him that he had just called me stupid and informed him that the customer was always right. He is he asked me to leave the store. Which I did without buying anything. The items I was interested in were in the yard. One can only wonder if he would have taken a different approach I would be a happy customer. Instead I went down the street and spent $400 on similar items.

So i just bought a zero turn mower for there. Not only was Brian knowledgeable about said product, he literally could of worked for cub cadet, lol, the amount he knew was impressive to say the least. The whole buying experience there was absolutely something from past times of which the person made a relationship before trying to sell you something. When we went to purchase the warranty the young lady at the counter was very informative, and not pushy to get it done. I will definitely be back and will drive the extra few miles just to come to this store. 5 stars to Brain and company!

This store has more than just farm supplies. I love their home decor and outdoor garden sections. There are a lot of neat little trinkets and do-dads that I haven't seen in other stores. Today I found a 2.5 gallon water can. I have been looking everywhere for one since mine was destroyed by a hail storm, but all I could find was the 1 gallon cans. So happy to find the larger size here and for a reasonable price. The sales clerk was very friendly and helpful, as well. This is definitely a store worth exploring.

Once was a mistake, twice seems intentional. The price in the isle was a good bit lower than what they charged at checkout. Both times when I mentioned it (two weeks ago and today) they said ‘oh yeah, well sorry’ but wouldn’t honor the price the produce was listed for, and didn’t go change the price in the isle.

Placed an order for curbside pickup. Website showed it to be in stock. I got an email and text indicating the item was ready for pickup. Left the house and then got an email only that my order had been cancelled. The employee "hit the wrong button" and they don't have any in stock. I'm not sure why inventory control is so hard between brick and mortar store and web, but this type of error is why I try shopping online exclusively. It's just easier than dealing with this hassle.

I have made three large purchases, 2 Cub Cadet, and a utility trailer. The staff treated me like family and extremely accommodating for not just those sales but every time I go there. Always a pleasure to shop there.

Never order any supplies from this company!!!!!!! only if you need them in next 3 Months!!! My goats died cause they couldn't get vaccine, it took 6 weeks!!!! Babies dead all over the place. Corporate won't send them anything!!!!!!! Corporate won't even talk to you about shipping your orders.Order online!!!

Prices have almost doubled on the 40 lb layer pellets for chickens! But sometimes there are broken bags of dog food that are marked down which is a big help.

I went on a dark cold night and bought a bunch of heavy stuff from the lot that I needed help loading. Jordan and another staff member were friendly and helpful even though it was freezing and dark. Great customer service!

Tried to take two brand new tool boxes back that were given to me as a gift. SKU and all stickers are on the product. They would not give me store credit or a refund!! That's not customer service. My business will go to orscheln from now on.

Tons of cool stuff. Don't waste ur money on expensive cat litter---- equine pine horse bedding works and is safe. You won't ever smell cat piss again. Some cats simply don't/won't adapt or understand covering poop up with anything other than litter// Still: 40lbs for $6.Also as the bedding absorbs more cat pee it becomes more dust like. It seems there's just no getting away from a mess with cats. Recommend a mid size roll of carpet ($18) from walmart---place under the litter box this helps stop/trap the dust//pellets and make for an easy vacuum job every couple days
