A great shop for all things Mizzou. Very stylish, well laid out and well stocked. While the cashier wasn’t particularly helpful and was not familiar with the store’s stock, there was a manager(?) on the floor that was wildly efficient and helpful. We found the shirt styles we were looking for in no time. I also loved the faculty T-shirt wall and found it surprising how well priced everything was. As for t-shirt sizing, we found we had to size up one size. (Med ➡️ large)

Thank you to the staff and managers for being so nice as my daughter shopped at Mizzou. She loved the campus tour. The clothes had such high quality. Very impressive fashions.

I am immensely impressed by the University of Mizzou. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure students' needs are met. They provide prompt, excellent service, making everyone feel valued and supported. The warm and inviting atmosphere fosters an environment conducive to learning and personal growth. Whether it's the professors, administrative staff, or the student services, each department reflects a high standard of professionalism and dedication. This review is for MADDY IN THE COMPUTER SECTION! She was so amazing and answered all of my questions. She even remembered me from browsing a few days prior to purchasing. I’m not tech savvy at all and she gave me advice based on her expertise with computers and experience as an MU student. 12/10 would shop again. I’m sure her coworkers are also wonderful but Maddy for the WIN.

Purchased an adult shirt and kids shirt for white out game however we did not end up going so i went to return both shirts as neither were worn or even tried on new with tags never left the bag. I get to return desk and the lady tells me “we don’t do returns on Gameday shirts” and i was only able to return kids shirt. Not sure what they qualify as a “Gameday shirt” as this specific shirt just says Mizzou on the front and has all sec helmets and teams on the back what makes this a game day shirt? I could see if it said White out game on 9/9/23 or something but it doesn’t. Also was never told when purchasing that shirt would not be returnable had i know that at time of purchase i would not have gotten the shirt. Very disappointing please have your staff notify customers at check out if they are buying something that cannot be returned so they are not surprised when they try to return a brand new unworn shirt. After this interaction i think i will go back to buying our Mizzou gear downtown

The manager @ the Mizzou Store (Aaron) was a great help to me while I shopped for items needed for class. He did a phenomenal job explaining the student charge/financing process and provided exceptional customer service. Thanks again for all of your help!

I went to buy books with my student ID, when they scanned it the Id was “missing”. They then told me to go to the ID office who then said that they had been having the problem all day, but I would still have to pay for a new ID (keep in mind I had my ID in my hand) which is $25. They claim to not be able to reactivate and ID which is not true, I now refuse to buy from the bookstore and you or you kids should too

Good bookstore. Reasonably priced school supplies. They even have affordable cute clothes in the clearance section if you need a new outfit but don't have time to leave campus. The Mizzou spirit wear is pretty expensive though for the most part.

Always fun shopping here! The staff are super accommodating and friendly. The products are plentiful, the quality is good and the prices are reasonable. Best to have your Tiger shop on the Black and Gold discount days for great savings!

I really don't like the Mizzou store. I do not have a good time in there. Everything is overpriced. Everything says Mizzou on it- weird. And the mannequins freak me out. BUT Josie Johnson makes the store. Her warm, fuzzy smile makes me feel something. It makes me feel human again. Josie Johnson looks into my eyes and tells me everything is going to be okay, and I know she means that. Then my card declined so she was wrong but that's not the point. Josie Johnson is the reason I keep coming back.

We went there on homecoming Friday and were on our way to see all the house decorations. Place was pretty busy but staff were quick and courteous. i purchased a new stocking hat, price was high but got a 25% off deal on it. If you want something Mizzou, this is a good place to find it.

Great selection of apparel and Mizzou gear (t-shirts, sweatshirts, cups, mugs, hats, etc.). Also a good selection of snacks, candy, toiletries (Tylenol, etc.) when you’re on campus and need something quick.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Our oldest daughter wants to come to Mizzou eventually and she was overwhelmed with how "cool" the place was. We're from out of town in for a wedding so we swung in and got her a sweatshirt and I got a hat.

Helpful friendly staff and the best selection of Mizzou gear in town. Expect to pay a lot for anything though. Most clothes are very high end Nike brand.

I rented a book from the store and paid extra to have the book rushed. The book was shipped late. I called and asked for a tracking number and was told that they don’t use tracking. When I went to return the book, I called about a shipping label and was told there was no shipping label supplied. So I paid about 25 dollars on shipping in total. It seems very unorganized and good luck getting someone on the phone who can answer your questions. This is definitely a last resort. I will be using Amazon.

For a college store, this place is huge. The variety is great and they'll have pretty much whatever you're looking for from gear to office items. It feels brand new, open and inviting. I was impressed with it.

First impression: there is a huge variety of Mizzou branded clothing. Cotton, athletic, men, women, children, toddler/baby even. Tops, bottoms, socks, outerwear. Certainly there is something here for everyone who is looking for something labeled with Mizzou.

Here, formerly known as University Bookstore, my part-time job here as well as Mizzou EE undergraduate in the early 90s, nice working environment, culture and experience with various international students and locals.I still recall those old days when I peeled old price sticker or place new price sticker on used book bought back from students or other universities, that's before barcode made available. Good experience and memorable one.

Good location for Mizzou related paraphernalia. They've branched out from just a bookstore. In fact, they removed bookstore from their name. Prices are slightly higher than you can get elsewhere in town (JCPenny's, Kohl's, Target) but the convenience and contribution to MU is a positive.

Great selection of Mizzou-branded merchandise in an attractive and open presentation. This is not the university bookstore of the past. Nearly anything you could want to survive college life is available here.

Don’t buy books from here- they could charge you a lot more than you originally purchase them for.When buying books from Mizzou, they have a policy that says they can switch out a used book that you purchase for a new book, and upcharge you (sometimes a lot more money). They switch it out a lot, so you never know what you’ll ACTUALLY be paying.After my husband bought his used book and they charged him more for a new one instead upon pickup, the used book is still listed online for purchase through Mizzou. It feels like they want to scam as much money as possible out of students.There are much better textbook buying options out there.

The renovations done in Brady Commons are an extreme Improvement over the utilization of space available they've really opened it up an added a great deal to maximize the use of the facility it's a very comfortable setting and I was highly impressed with the work

If you are a Mizzou fan, you have to stop at the Mizzou Store to grab your tiger gear. From gifts, clothing, tiger ears and tails and everything in between, the Mizzou Store has it all! The merchandise is fresh and there are Mizzou items that you won't be able to find anywhere else. M-I-Z!

Don't rent your textbooks here. If you try and rent a used book, they are likely to replace it with a new book and charge you extra for it. Don't be fooled into this scam.
