The Columbia Mall Target is clean and well-run. Lots of stylish and seasonal items - one-stop for all my needs. Both cashiers and self-checkout available.

I have drive up picked up from Target several times and each has been so fast and so easy. The people are always polite. This last pick up I noticed the Starbucks option and they almost got me. That's a really nice add to the service that is already dang near perfect.

Target is the bomb you know what we get so much clothes here, and they're cheap and they last forever and the staff is always friendly, and it's just a really good atmosphere. I don't like the red color so much but I do like the clothing and the makeup and the lingerie and shoes oh my God like could you get any better for a girl

Clean store, concise selection, not a huge variety. This target is on the smaller side of targets, so it has basics. I like their kitchenware selection here. Clothing selection seems to miss the mark.

My only complaint is that they sell out of my favorite dairy free foods and snacks too quickly or don't order enough of them. Otherwise I absolutely love Target and they always have the cutest things with little hidden sales all over. You gotta really look for them though but it's worth it

Had to wait in line for almost an hour to get checked out. Only 2 cashiers. The 2 lines were about half the length of the store and self check was almost just as bad. If I didn't need the stuff I would have left it right there along with a couple of other people that got fed up with the wait.

Honestly this was the nicest, biggest, cleanest and just overall awesome target I have ever been to hands down. I was amazed at the sheer size of the store itself and I was impressed at how clean it was for store of that size. I remember standing with my girlfriend at the front of the store by the clearance seasonal stuff right inside the front doors and I simply couldnt believe how many people were just flooding into the store. I have been to some very busy stores before but this was on another level. It took me a minute to realize why but after a few minutes I realized why, on the side of the store i noticed an exit that fed straight out to the mall that it was connected to. I have never seen that before with a target but i liked it. the whole experience was great and i would go to that target again in a heartbeat.

This store is fairly organized, this is the only Target store in Columbia. For the first time in my life, I don’t think I’ve EVER seen the line to check out SO amazingly and unbelievably long.

Requiring veterans to register online to use a 10% discount for veterans day once a year is a new low. We didnt put our lives on the line, watch friends die, and get permanent disabilities to sign up for your absurd corporate program.If you want to thank us, then thank us. Target is my jam! At least my hometown Target is! I will pick Target over any other store every time. But this Target was awful!We were in town visiting…needed to pick up grocery items. Did some school shopping while we were there. Over $300 purchase and only had self check out open. My hometown Target will check you out at customer service.So we tried, but the clerk who was so busy on her phone, informed us that she could only do 10 items or less. Went back to her phone…We went to self check out. Checked out ALL of our items our selves and now I’m stuck with a backpack that has a security device attached to it!!! Because get this….I don’t freaking work at Target…I had no idea there was a device on the backpack!!!! Yes I know I can haul this back to my Target and have them remove it but I shouldn’t have to!Get it together! It’s not hard to provide good customer service!

In theory a good store, but watch the checkout like a hawk: sale prices rarely ring up accurately and then you get to stand in line to get your owniney back from a rude customer service clerk. Other times there's only one checkout stand open and a long line for self checkout. Shop at your own risk.

We don't often visit Target because they are more expensive than most other stores, but I do LOVE that they have manual sinks and paper towel dispensers! I'm so sick of waving my hands like a crazy person in front of machines so I can wash and dry my hands. Don't change these please Target! 4 stars just because they are expensive.

My pickup experience was awful. I could have easily done my own shopping, made it home and made dinner in the amount of time I waited for my 4 item pickup order. Only half the spots were filled. It would take literally 1.5-2 hours to get your stuff if they were. But props to the workers - they were running around like mad men. Definitely a management issues, not the workers.

I’m leaving a review of my local Target to specifically thank Ethan, a very nice young man with blonde hair who was at the store a few weeks ago when I stopped in. I actually thought his friend was an employee but it was Ethan who was a Target employee, even though he was off the clock. I wanted to know the price and availability of a sweater that I couldn’t find anywhere on the rack. Ethan and his friend were walking by and I stopped them, not knowing Ethan was off the clock. Even so, he took the time to scan the sweater on his phone and told me what was available and that I could order it from him if I wanted. He was a very professional and courteous young man who did not have to help me at all, as he wasn’t clocked in. I love my local Target even more now.

Forced to use self checkout even though they had one regular aisle lit up like it was available. Minimal staff around for assistance. I am not a fan of the new boutique layout with less product. Worse, they no longer stock raisinets. I do not find their so-called improvements to be such.

Shop Target! Wish it was a Great Land-however much better than WalMart. Oh and if you are in Columbia MO know that the Starbucks is now located to the right as you walk in the main entrance and not very visible until checkout in case you would like one while shopping. Try not to hit a support beam pole in the middle of the aisle and enjoy shopping. After all it’s better than WalMart.

I just moved here and have been to this Target 2 times in the last week. Both times I got to the check out and found my items were priced incorrectly (also with products I saw in different aisles). The second time I even double checked and the same product next to it was also marked the same price..and yet they were both priced wrong it appears. One time isn't a big deal, but these were large products (vacuum and patio chairs) and so it's inconvenient for this to continue happening. Besides these issues, the store is fine overall.

I can't say that I'm as in love with Target as other people, but it is a great place to shop. They have great policies on coupons and on their Cartwheel program, so if you take the time, you can get some great discounts. Their return policy is really easy. I went in with my husband to do our baby registry, and we received a great bag of free stuff. It's always clean and well-lit, and I rarely have to wait in line at the checkout more than a few minutes.

The Target employees are always friendly and very helpful. They never make you feel like you are bothering them. Even when they are busy they take the time with you to help you and that makes you feel valued.

I haven't shopped at this Target in many years. Needless to say I was very disappointed. I ordered some bins online from a sale, to be picked up in the store. When I got there, there was no direction for where their pickup location was and I am disabled and is difficult for me to just walk around the store looking for where I'm supposed to get my products from. I asked several customers because I couldn't find a service agent anywhere to help me and they told me it was back up front at the customer service desk which they were using as a cashier line, which had seven people in line. I was not about to wait behind seven people to pick up my items so I walked back up front where some employees were milling around and asked somebody where the pickup was. A lovely gentleman, James, offered to help me, otherwise I would never have found where the pickup location was. I still don't know where it is. The store seemed to be out of order and unkempt and difficult to maneuver. Very tight spaces and their cashier lines were very overcrowded.

The pick up order is so quick. I love not having to wait. The staff is so pleasant and helpful while respecting distance. I feel safe and like I can quickly get the items I need without waiting in the car with my fussy toddler for any period of time. I love Target Pick Up in Columbia, Missouri.
