After stopping at the location off the 70 a few times after work and having nothing but positive experiences, I decide to come to this location on a Sunday morning as it is closer to my house. They couldn’t be bothered to have a single register open. Only self checkout. An elderly couple is struggling on one. Meanwhile I’m processing a cart full of groceries on another. I keeps having errors and having to wait for the attendant to clear them. This happened at least five times. Also run out of room in the bagging area and you can’t remove bags or it will cause further malfunctions. Self checkout can be great for quick trips. Not one regular checkout register was open. I’m writing this in the parking lot so you know exactly when this happened.

Moses is a neighborhood store that is strategic. I find it easier to access, friendly workers, and easy to shop. I always feel I know where everything is. Yes, and their meat and vegetable departments are reasonably priced. Get there and see for yourselves.

Great for basic supplies and a few special products.Received excellent service at the deli section and during checking out.I believe the individuals name was Shelly, store manager? She was outstanding! Professional, friendly and took extra care packing my groceries.This was the best experience I have had at Moser's.There are some negative experiences I have experienced at the store that make me question shopping there.Today was perfect. Well done!

Stopped in today and everyone was helpful. Got some great deals. Was able to get in and out. I miss real checkers as I don't like machines telling me to put something in the bagging area and it's in the bagging area. Store is always clean.

Store layout is still confusing. The staff was okay until a lady came up telling our check out clerk and basher not to listen to each other, that the other one didn't know what they were talking about and then made the email that she doesn't care about the customers food only her own. Talk about making customers feel unwanted and can easily make you not come back. Our clerk said the other woman was a manager... not a good look for the store.

Small store with all the essentials. I prefer it over most in town due to fewer shoppers to deal with. I'd like to see their prices more comparable with bigger stores, only reason for 4/5 stars.

Rangeline Moser’s is fantastic! Every single time I come in I am greeted and I can always count on staff to help me when I can’t find something. The meat department is so knowledgeable. The cashiers are so sweet to my kids. My son gets excited to go to Moser’s because he likes the quarter machines out front. Well today, he went up to a cashier and asked if he could exchange his nickels and dimes for $.75 in quarters to get something out of the machine. The cashier gave him 3 quarters out of his own pocket and told him to put his change in his piggy bank. My son is still talking about how nice it was! Moser’s is our go-to grocery store and it’s 100% because of the amazing service we get there!!

This is my 1st choice for groceries stop+ for sure THE ONLY PLACE I WILL BUY MY FRESH MEAT FROM. Shelly, Joe+the entire staff are ALWAYS friendly, helpful+courteous. The store is ALWAYS clean+well stocked. Weekly ads are posted+easily accessible on my mobile app so I never miss a sale. Good down to earth fresh products+never a "surprise" when u get to register. I absolutely love that they are up to date on new items, yet the atmosphere+choices remain top quality. I know what to expect. I like that. Isles/products are set up+arranged with thee quick, hurry up shopper in mind. This gas been my#1 stock up shop for 10+ years. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Great prices, especially considering our "amazing economy" since 2020. It's nice to save money, but minus a star because the meat is pretty low quality each time we went. I ain't that poor yet.

Stopped only for sticks of butter, I went past the deli and they had some customers buying sliced turkey and white cheese, so I bought some. Gina was very friendly and out going, you didn't mind waiting for your turn. She has excellent customer service! will shop again!

The customer service representative was extremely rude & not at all helpful. She did not leave the lottery machine she was filling up with tickets to come to the customer service desk to answer my questions or see if my 80 yr old Mother could use the bathroom. She was not concerned with anything that I needed. I just moved to the area & I see no reason to come back to your store with that poor example of customer service!!

This is the place to go for that hard to find item! I shop for other people and have a gentleman who is always asking for head cheese and fresh pigs feet. Tough customer but thanks to Mosers on business loop I made him happy. Plus grabbed some fresh delicious produce from a very kind associate and made my day as well. Always a nice experience.

My first visit, I usually go to the store on business loop. They had a better selection of food products. Although I was going to purchase a 4 pack special Hawaiian Rolls and they were molded, which made me look at each item more closely.

I wanted a rotisserie chicken but there weren't any so I went to the deli to look at the bucket chicken deals. The worker came from the back. Perhaps she was short staffed and busy I'm not sure. But I did not appreciate her unfriendliness and irritated attitude. Plenty of places offer the same menu items. I will drive a few extra miles to skip the attitude. And so I did. People like that suppress my appetite anyway.

I only shop Moser's when I need a few things because it's close to our home. Their prices are high and their choices are limited. They do have a great mango salsa though in the produce section!

I like shopping here because they have fresh meat with their personal butcher's that will special cut some of your purchase to get the best quality out of cut that we put in our big smoker and I am not bragging it's top of the competition on flavor. Everyone knows there are a lot of variables involved in smoking your meat. But your not going to get around quality when it comes to meat.
