Interesting place. Worth the stop if you need to stretch. It says Missouri's biggest antique mall. It certainly has some space. I'd call it the largest vintage mall. I didn't see too many older pieces there. Prices were reasonable. They seem to take shoplifting seriously! I guess it can make sense they have a lot of small items there that could be picked easily. You can spend 4 hours here easily and not see everything.

The staff here are very friendly. The facility is absolutely huge with many different items for sale. They also have vending machines for drinks and snacks as well as they sell freeze dried candies. This is my go to place to find new additions to my John Wayne collection. They also have so many items from my childhood....nostalgic. A definite MUST for anybody to check out.

This palace just keeps going and going. It's so huge. No joke. If you are looking for something, you will most likely find it here. Love going here.

Now I know every place might have thieves, but this one really ticked me off. You have to go thru the truck plaza up the hill to get to it. There is a sign outside stating only wallet & ID, which means nothing to me as I've never been here. Mind you, I walked in, and a lady st the counter stated: you need to use one of our clear purses and return your purse to the car. First, where do I start? My purse was a little on, barely enough for my wallet, phone, and keys. Not a big purse, so i had to use one of their purses and bring mine back to the car. My biggest issue, do they wipe these each time they are used? Next, why don't you have lockers for people if you have a theft issue? Why make customers uncomfortable and then have to go back to their car to put their purse in it? Number one complaint: If you call yourself an antique mall, ensure it's the truth! It's more like an oversized Indoor Flea Market with some antiques scattered about the entire place. Why not make a section just for antiques only, so people don't have to water their time trying to find them. Big disappointment for sure and rude treatment if customers as soon as they walk in, like purse are the problem please! I have 4 cases &a a booth in an Antique Mall, and we have lockets inside for use, but we don't require it.Don't waste your time treasure hunting here. We should have listened to someone who told us it's like a flea market, Bless their heart, they nailed it. Shame on me for not listening š

Massive... This place is HUGEI have never come across a Antique Mall this big. Coming from California if you are a fan of Antiquing or collecting you have to check it out.Pricing:Overall I think the booth owners price near or above ebay.. Most if not all booths know exactly what they have. We walked through the store for 2 hours and maybe came across 1 or 2 things that were worth what was being asked. We could have easily spent another 2 hours but they were closing. We did come away with a single item but we know we overpaid for it.Customer Holding Area:Their were a couple of shelves you could place items you want to buy near the middle of the store. I say take advantage of this because it takes time to get from one end to the other.Overall:If you are looking for something very specific and are not price conscious you will probably find it here. You are going to have to dig for it but if anywhere has it this would be the spot.Checkout Process:2 lines very funny cashiers who dont seem to hate their job! They go quickly and require your ID to match the credit card which you would think is a no brainer.. but i guess not?

We made a stop here on our way west on I-70 from Columbia as they were having an outdoor event and was impressed with their vast selection. Granted, I would use the word "antique" loosely when describing this Mall as it seems to primarily be modern / flea market items sprinkled with a few antiques. Just as long as you keep that in mind, bring some good walking shoes as it is going to take a VERY long time to look at all the items, don't mind the indoor heat as it doesn't appear they have AC in the largest part of the mall and know ahead of time you need to leave ALL bags including purses in your car before walking up to the door......you'll have an enjoyable experience looking around. The staff are friendly and helpful. The items on display, for the most part, are well organized and clean. The only issue that I forsee coming up on a regular basis, especially for the customers and as a result, the staff, is their NO BAG policy. I get it, they probably are dealing with a rampant amount of theft and the management figure this is the best way to limit that but it is annoying to all the regular customers who don't realize this policy until upon entrance only to be stopped and have to go back to their car to leave even their purse.

Super rude! We never even got to look around because the second we walked in the door the lady yelled at me " you have to leave your purse in the car!" I had a very small cross body purse on & I am not a thief & won't be called one so my family & I turned around & walked back out & left! We won't ever be going back there! Maybe they need security cameras or something but they need to think about how they treat customers if they want any.

Great place to spend a day - and you need a full day to see it all. Hundreds of dealers/booths with a great variety of items, usually at good prices. This is not just an antique mall - there are tons of antiques, but lots of new stuff of all kinds, too. From furniture, to clothing, to housewares, to knives, to collectibles, to plants... lots of cool stuff and with such a variety you should be able to find what you're looking for. Note - Due to increased theft, they no longer allow backpacks and purses, etc. inside the store. Don't whine - it's not that big of a deal. Just leave them in the trunk or something. They're doing that to keep costs down for you.

I went to this place many times but today they treated me very badly and the woman was very racist. was trying to pay for something and I was going to pay with my bank card and she told me that I need an ID to know if I am the owner of the card. It's stupid. They had never asked me for my ID anywhere to be able to pay with my bank card.

This is prolly the largest Antique store I've ever been to. you go through one section of it and then there's a whole nother half on the other side. And you think you're finished and you turn a corner and there's another area bigger than the one you just went through. And it goes on and on and on. They have so much stuff to look at you probably need two days

READ REVIEWS BEFORE GOING TO THIS STORE, especially this one!! I have been going here for around a decade. It's a hit and miss but I do find some things because I buy a wide variety of items. Today was my very last stop here, ever. I looked back and my receipts for this year alone totaled almost $3000. In some years, I have spent more than that. It is more of a flea market than an antique store now anyway. Most of the stuff belongs to the same dealer who is way too high. Basically they treat everyone like criminals now, even their dealers. Probably why all of the good ones have left. Today, I made the "mistake" of asking if she (the āmanagerā) could call a dealer and ask them the price of an item that had no tag. I was told "No, because the dealer might lie to them and just say it was theirs" and "You could have switched or removed the tag" (anyone who has been here knows their tags are non-removable). Okay, thanks for calling me and your dealer dishonest. Moving on. So I asked what happens to items with no tags, do they just throw them away since they don't trust anyone and everybody lies. She said that those items go to the lost and found. When a dealer comes in and they see an item in the lost and found, they can take it to the front and look up the dealer's inventory to see if that item is theirs. If that item is theirs, a new price tag will be printed. Great, they have a system to find out the price of an untagged item. Now weāre getting somewhere or so I thought. So I asked, what is the difference between calling the dealer on the phone and having the dealer there physically? Do dealers only lie on the phone? Seemed pretty simple to me but logic and reason (and courtesy) were eluding her today. I was told again they could not do that. Really more likely she was just too lazy to do that. But she had plenty of time to leave the register unattended to gab with other workers. So in a final attempt, I asked if could I leave my name and number and when they finally figure out who the item belonged to and the price would they call me. "NO!" we can't do that either. I have never encountered such an effort to NOT sell an item. I have travelled to antique stores/shows etc. all over the US for the last 40+ years and have never encountered such rudeness toward a good consistent customer. Over this, you have lost me as a customer for life because you just didn't want to take the time to make some effort to try (they were not even busy at the time on a weekday). You are going to make the same effort later on when that dealer claims the item. You just didnāt want to do it for a good customer. Wow, that is really smart business right there. Good for you. Merry Christmas. If you are Dealer number #246 Two Cousins Vintage I would like to buy your Sorghum tin. Maybe you would be so kind as to Contact me.

We love the midway antique mall. Itās a huge indoor space that has tons of booths and interesting things to look at! The mall building is just about 5 miles west of Columbia. If you like antiquing it should be on your list every once in a while to see whatās new! We have found several things for our house at a reasonable price. No big bags or purses are allowed.

If I could leave a negative star review I would. I have life saving meds in my purse and they apparently dont allow purses in there anymore. They offered a dinky clear bag to carry my stuff in. Its no ones business whats in my purse or what meds I take. Shame on this business for not listing it ANYWHERE on google that purses are not allowed. They dont even make most womens clothing with pockets anymore. We wasted our time driving all the way out there for nothing.

If yāall find yourselves traveling west on I-70 on your way to St. Louis or heading East to Kansas City and have some time to kill, Midway Antiques is worth the stop! You could literally spend a few hours just wandering and looking around!

We love Antique shops. This place is HUGE! Spent 3.5 hours exploring. Found some great things. We did have a encounter with a rather rude employee. We had a few things we decided not to get, as we had found something else. Didn't remember which area the items belonged, gave them to Patty at the register. She huffed, rolled her eyes, grabbed the items and walked off, not a word spoken. We also had a item that did not have a booth number or a price, I let Patty know and asked if there was a way to find the price (we knew which booth it was from). She grabbed it from me, said "it will have to go into a lost and found to see if a vendor claims it. So, No" The guy who was actually ringing up our items asked a woman named Sara if we could figure it out somehow, she offered a very easy solution of calling the vendor. Once the vendor was called and we were given a price, Patty laughed and rolled her eyes. She was extremely rude! Other than that, we really enjoyed our visit.

They have everything..old and new and everything in between. We went on Christmas Open House day last time and just spent the whole day. We bring our puppies in their stroller and they have fun greeting everyone too! Wonderful way to spend the day!

1st visit but turned away before I even fully got in because I had a tiny purse.I asked where Iām supposed to leave my purse & they said āyour carā. šAbsolutely absurd. Who can feel safe & comfortable leaving their belongings out in a massive unsecured parking lot?Very disappointed in this unwelcoming market. Wonāt be returning or recommending.

Huge!!! Friendly staff & great selection. I've been to a 100,000 square foot antique mall, and this mall felt larger. If you're pressed for time and can only stop at one of the I70 antique stores in Colombia, this is the best place to stop IMO. Artichoke Annie's is a close second but smaller.

Leave your purse in the car. Really?! A small handbag, barely big enough for a cell phone, wallet and meds. Nope. Can't bring that in.

Not happy with their new policy on no purses allowed in the store. I understand no large purses or bags or backpacks, but ny purse is NFL stadium regulation size, so if that size is cceptable by the NFL, then they should also accept a small handpurse in their store. They can also have the right to search all purses before they leave the store.
