Wow this is a destination liquor store here... service was excellent and they have amazing selections of all wine, beer and especially spirits. Found several bourbons here that are very difficult to get in Iowa if not impossible due to allocation. Highly recommend!

Holy smokes what a great experience! Colton completely understands customer service. If other service industries or performing at the level at Macadoodle does the world would be a better place. Look if you know what you want if you want to cheap go to Sam’s Club. But they won’t have the selection but they do a Macadoodles. The staff are knowledgeable, completely customer centered, and you’ll have so many choices to choose from it’s unreal! Plus the prices are fantastic. I was there August 27, 2022 Colton was the guy adult with fantastic! This was my first time visiting Macadoodles and I will for sure be back time and time again.

Wouldn’t honor the price on the shelf. Was told that they only honor prices the register rings up and they are not responsible for their employee stocking mistakes. Horrible customer service. Will be taking my business to moshiers or sams club which is priced better anyways.

After 2 years of asking that the par be raised on an item they were consistently out of, I quit going there. Decided to give on more chance and they had it in stock...but doubled the price. I'll never go there again!!!

Very large amount of options for alcohol. It’s great. Got a few things I wanted to try and I will be coming back. Definitely worth looking into if you want a good place to buy bottled liquor.

If I could sum up my first experience with Macadoodles, it would be "Wow they have a lot of booze." My experience with drinking stopped pretty much after college about 30 years ago, but for cooking.. well that's another story. Batters, marinades, glazes, sauces and gravies - many take great advantage of the flavors in various potables. For most everyone else, be it cooking, celebrating, creating cocktails, filling shots, snifters, tumblers or sampling the tremendous selection of beers that are on hand - Macadoodles has a tremendous selection for whatever you're looking for.The premises was clean, parking was ample with handicapped spots right at the door. Though they were very busy on a Friday evening, the staff was courteous and quick to help me find a dry white wine, flavorful red, and a sherry for my kitchen with tips on how to keep them sealed and preserved for longevity as I cook with them. Prices were very reasonable, and they seemed to have many sales for things that were outside my needs unfortunately.

Great selection and prices. Nice staff and good selection of non alcohol items like soda, candy, smokes, and ice. They have a lot of local beer sperated by city, state, and nation. Definitely recommend!

Fabulous store with a variety of many options priced well plus gives you military discount. Took our visiting friends from Florida who agreed with us this is best place for variety well prices items. Staff is super friendly giving assistance!

Easily the best selection of alcohol is Columbia, especially if you like hard-to-find and premium products. For instance, they have some wonderful Japanese whiskeys, and their champagne selection is fantastic. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

Went for my 21st to buy some alcohol and the clerk was so nice. Showed me where i could find what I was looking for, pointed out the favorites, and even gave me a birthday discount. Once you go here there is no reason to go anywhere else; much love to the staff <3

They have almost literally everything you could ever want... but that doesn't always make it the best place to go, there is so much it's overwhelming and no one is ever around to ask if you need anything/help finding something/or need ideas on what to buy. Also, when checking out we were very polite but, said "Hello" and "How are you?", and "Bye, have a good day" never bothered replying or making eye contact... we even waved to other employees and got nothing lol. Just not a helpful or friendly service.

The Shell station attached to the store has gas pumps that are rarely in working order and it's been the same situation for well over a year. I live around the corner. Some of the staff are worthless i.e. young guy, red hair glasses.

If you are too busy to answer your drive through- then put your cone out to show it’s closed!!! Columbians can get their beer anywhere- some of us use YOU for your drive through!! Forced to go inside, when I complained, the cashier could have cared less. Many cars in the unmanned drive through when I left tonight, getting no service.

You seriously close your drive-through an hour and a half before closing time? Ridiculous. What’s the point? I will forever take my business elsewhere since I drove completely from one side of the town in pajamas because it’s the end of the evening and I have no desire to walk into your store in pajamas. It was Sunday. Called to confirm if drive through was permanently closed from the parking lot snd worker said it was store policy to close drive through 1.5 hours before closing.

The staff there was very friendly, very professional, and quite helpful. Scoop even made suggestions based on things we purchased, helped us consolidate a case together, and moved a bunch of boxes to get to a product that we wanted. Went in for 4 things and came out with way more than that. They even helped us pack it all to the car! Way to go guys!

Lots of liquor. A huge amount of liquor. Got my boyfriend some great maple whiskey. It's really smooth and you can taste the maple🍁 (~$40 bottle). Super fun experience but definitely did get a little overwhelmed with all of the options.

This store is awesome! Great selection of alcohol to choose from including a smaller selection of mead in the back left corner. The build your own 6 pack option is fantastic and has an extensive collection to mix and match from.

I was disappointed with the selection, I was alluded to believe through the reviews It would knock my socks off. I also was not acknowledged when I came in the door or when I left, even though I got stared down by staff. I smiled and said hello, but did not receive anything in return. Kind of a bummer of an experience. (This happened 10-25-22 in the afternoon)
