A friend recommended Lucky Dog Paws and we could not be more thrilled with their services. Mary and Joseph are so kind and really care about their clients - the people and their furry family members. Every aspect of the care is personalized to best meet needs. The facility is new and too-notch. Our dog took to Joseph right away and we feel so comfortable having this great place for her to stay. Lucky Paws has honestly lifted a heavy burden from my heart ❤️. I have worried close to two years looking for a homey, loving and clean boarding facility. The waiting area reminds me of my Drs.clinic.Clean and no doggy smell.The owners are courteous and it is obvious they love what they do.My girls never hit a bump in the road, as the second time, they appeared to know the ropes.Thank you Lucky Paws. We have a 9lb min pin that we have never boarded before and has lots of anxiety. Joseph at Lucky Dog Paws went above and beyond to help her while she was there. Mary helped us with getting her set up for success while she was there. They monitor the 5×4 foot kennels with cameras to make sure everything is good. It was a great experience! I would recommend this place for all your doggie boarding 😊!

We feel so fortunate to have found this gem for our sweet baby girl! Mary and Joseph are so personable, patient and understanding of nervous dog parents looking for the best of care for their pups. Joseph took the time to show us the prestine and intimate facilities and answer all our questions. Highly recommend Lucky Dog Paws. I was very nervous boarding our puppy for the first time. Mary invited me to tour the facility prior to boarding. It’s very clean and they check on the dogs often. Joseph was amazing. He kept me posted by text how our puppy was doing. We picked him up and he seemed very happy. We are customers for life. Thank you for being amazing!

My husband and I recently located to the area in June of 2022, our family members used to watch our dogs for us and it had been so hard trying to find a place to board our dogs here until we found Lucky Dog Paws! We first went for a tour of the facility, our first impressions were worth 5 stars due to how clean the facility looked and smelled (big clean freak over here). We met Joseph that day, he was so kind to explain to us how they run their facility. Mary communicates wonderfully about bookings and invoices. They are both such kind people. We have taken our dogs for just day care stays prior to their extended stay to get them used to the facility and each time we pick them up we can tell they are well cared for! Highly recommend Lucky Dog Paws. Mary and Joseph rock. And!! We get “pupdates!” (Updates texted to us on how the stay is going).

Mary and Joseph are wonderful with our two dogs. They are very reliable and responsive when we have needed their services on short notice. They can accommodate early mornings and evenings and never fail to send an update on the dogs. We have used Lucky Dog Paws exclusively to come to our house and let our pups out for us when we have day trips and I could not be more pleased with their service.

Mary was so helpful when I had a family emergency and needed short-notice care for my two senior dogs. I had never used Lucky Dog Paws LLC prior to that and she made time to meet my dogs and learn their schedule the same day I contacted her. Very helpful for that stressful situation! We utilized Lucky Dog Paws for in home care of our two dogs. They were amazing. Came 4 times a day to play, let the dogs out and feed them. Mary Coats has taken care of my dog, Shadow, for several years. The first time she took care of him was after he came home from a 6 day hospitalization where he almost died. Shadow required medicine be given several times a day, at the same time, and Mary made her way to my house to administer his medications, all while my husband and I were on vacation. Since that time, Mary has taken care of and fallen in love with my 3 lb Maltese/Chihuahua mix little dog. She has kept him while I was on vacation, she kept him for a month and a half in May/June when first I had total hip replacement and then for an additional week when my mother passed away. I completely trust Mary as I know she treats Shadow (aka Little Man) as if he were hers. Spoils him rotten. LOL She loves him and he loves her. You can't ask for a better animal caretaker. Mary and Joe provide the best pet services. Our cat requires insulin twice a day and the meet that schedule. Our cat found a new hiding spot and they continued the hunt until they found him in an impossible spot.
